The management and staff at this shop is a cut above the rest. They have consistently gone out of there way to track down some very difficult items for me and are always fully stocked for my needs. The owners are quick to recommend fantastic products that make sense for you and even helped me into several awesome devices at very low price points. It is clear that this shop is focused on taking care of the customer and that profits flow only as a result of that philosophy. Knowledgeable staff, great product selection, quick, kind, and efficient.... what more could you ask for? I would highly recommend checking them out. I have had some issues with local vape shops recently. There is one product that I always buy because it works for me and these other shops told me they don’t sell them and will no longer carry them. So I decided to stop in vape emporium to check out there selection. They had my Kratom and plenty of it. The best part was not only the customer service but the prices. I have not found it anywhere else for their price. Best decision I made. They have everything you can ask for and more. This is my only ape shop I go to now. The owner is awesome and goes above and beyond for you. THIS IS THE BEST VAPE SHOP AROUND
Fair prices all around and great bundle deals for vapes. Not too many places can be found where you can get two disposables for 30. The owners are fair and quite decent and the workers you will encounter on your day to day are as wholesome as they come. The products they carry often speak for themselfs in both quality and price.

Very friendly, very low prices, best in town, you can mix n match different disposable brands. Buy more and you save more. They have a rewards system. Ive been going to house of clouds for awhile because they were closer and they werent open when online it said they were. Im very happy I Googled this place, only 2 miles further and the lady behind the counter was super helpful extremely nice and informing. After reading the reviews and owners responses, I had to laugh. Products of the highest quality and customer satisfaction are not their priority. I purchased a vape unit 3 weeks ago. Today for no reason it stopped working abruptly. I changed coil. That didnt work. I took it into the vape shop and the manager put in a new tank. Still didnt work. She called the owner who would not replace the unit. Said they were discontinued! Refused to give me a replacement or discount on an upgraded version.When I got home I looked through the manual to find that this unit has a 6 month warranty which the owner nor the manager chose to honor. I will never purchase from this establishment again and will make sure that I let my friends and family are aware of the horrible customer service from the owner and the substandard quality of the products.PS... the unit wholesale cost is less than $20. I hope that $20 was worth losing a long time customer.

Went in asking for 510 batteries... After seemingly disrupting a hang out session, the dude didnt come off keen to sell much.. definitely not the place for stoners. Only options were about 10$ more than they can be purchased elsewhere... Cant attest to how regulars or just Vape enthusiast are treated. But my experience wasnt particularly enjoyable..
