Honestly their prices are great, but the owners use outdated software that is no longer supported by the developers for their point of sale system, which has issues with not updating the inventory accounting when items are sold (do a google search), and then accuse their employees of stealing and cuss them out.I know this review is not necessarily service related, but I do think how a business treats their employees is very important.

Bought some papers didn’t see they were king size upon entering my car right outside of the store front, walked immediately back in to just exchange them and the employee refused to do so claiming it was store policy, in what other smoke shop in the world would they not just exchange an unused product for the same product in a different size. That’s just bad business, go to Vape City across the street this place is outdated and obviously disregards the customer and or lacks service entirely; always hiring high school kids who never had a job before and lacks common sense

Every time I come here, Bailey is always very polite, knowledgeable, and helpful! their prices are great and so is their customer service! They have their store policies posted where theyre easily visible, and genuinely seem to care about helping you out! Hands down my favorite smoke shop in the area!

Been sleeping on writing a review too long. They’re great price-wise and the employees are all lovely. It’s never unpleasant to visit and that matters.

Walked in looking for a specific product that smoke shops frequently carry, and the long haired clueless employee had absolutely no idea what I was inquiring about. I then tried to point to a product similar to what I was looking for and the guy freaked out on me as if I was trying to rob the place! I had a pocket full of cash and was trying to spend it! Horrible customer service! would never go back!

An amazing store with lots of products and choices. Well organised. Nick is very helpful knowledgeable and patient. He’s very good explaining about the different products without making you feel like your bothering him. He’s a great person with great information. Never felt rushed. Also they have great prices and inventory.

Smoke Screens is a breath of fresh air after visiting many of the other shops in the area. Solid prices, friendly service, and proper pandemic precautions. Ruben was very helpful and speaks highly of the others that work there. This should be the first shop you stop at when you need anything.

Hands down THE BEST shop Ive ever visited. Ruben provides the most exceptional customer service Ive ever received at any smoke shop... or any retail shop, period. This guy is extremely knowledgeable on the products, never makes you feel uncomfortable or like youre wasting his time...which is obviously valuable... and the prices are absolutely unbeatable for miles and miles and miles. This is where I got my first water pipe and it’s where I’ll always go for any other piece or paper. Ruben was very helpful and charismatic and the pieces in the store are, not only affordable, but also have quality glasswork. Truly a dope place. Please go treat yourself here.

Dont buy vapes from here, they all test burnt, and they won’t exchange or give you a refund from them even if you try them in front of them, so why even get a F receipt from them. F this shop
