I recently had a massage at Massage Heights Spring Creek. While the facility itself was nice and clean my actual experience was very disappointing. This was my first massage, I called to schedule my appointment and left it up to the young lady I scheduled with to pair me with a good massage therapist. I am not sure if I expected too much or if the massage therapist (Melissa) was having an off day but I left my 1 hour session feeling just as tense as I did when I walked in. She was a little late getting me from the waiting area to begin my massage session and then ended the session early. For $100 an hour (the massage itself was $80 plus $20 extra for hot stone) I expect to have my full 1 hour session. Also, Melissa did not target my trouble areas per our discussion, which was my neck and shoulders. After, my massage session ended I was led back into the lobby for payment. When the reception asked how my session was I advised both her and the receptionist sitting next to her of my concerns and disappointment. Instead of addressing this she asked me to tip the massage therapist giving me an option of $20 or $25. I left a tip only because I felt put on the spot and at this point just wanted to hurry and leave. Then on top of that the receptionist tried to sell me a membership. I know that this is part of her job but if I just told you that I had a bad experience, what would make you think that I would want to sign up for a membership? So that I can have more bad experiences at Massage Heights Spring Creek? I really was optimistic based on the previous reviews Id read prior to scheduling my appointment. Instead, I am very disappointed and underwhelmed. I feel like I was ripped off.Update 4/29: Following my initial review I received a call from Kimberly (manager of Massage Heights Spring Creek). Kimberly was very personable and understanding, she listened to me and really went above and beyond to accommodate me and rectify the situation by inviting me back for a complimentary massage. I am happy to say that I had another massage this past Saturday (4/26) at Massage Heights Spring Creek. Kimberly recommended and booked me with a massage therapist named Jazzy. What can I say besides Jazzy was fantastic. She really focused on the areas that were tension filled and made sure I was comfortable even down to the temperature of the hot towels. She also provided me with post massage instructions and care tips, not to mention, her hands are magical. Kimberly and Jazzy really turned this initially bad experience into a positive outcome for me. I have booked another appointment with Jazzy and also signed up for the Massage Heights membership at the front desk with Kaitlyn (who was also really nice) upon checkout. Thank you Kimberly

I have been seeing Zlata for several years now. She is hands down the kindest and most skilled masseuse. She has assisted with virtual elimination of long term neck pain and headaches and has suggested stretches and exercises to augment her massages. I’d recommend her to anyone. Even if you have to wait a bit for an appointment with her (she books up quickly as she’s so fantastic), it is worth the wait.

I recently visited a massage center for a one-hour session and had a very positive experience. The massage was excellent, effectively addressing my tension areas. The ambiance of the center was serene and relaxing, and the staff were professional and welcoming. Overall, it was a rejuvenating experience, leaving me feeling refreshed both physically and mentally. I highly recommend this massage center.

I recently had an appointment for a facial with Jessie . The experience was very much fulfilling for me. She is very warm and comforting to be around and I felt I got more quality of service from the standard appointment. She treated me like a person and was very impressed by her professionalism and her kindness. She gave me a great facial that I didn’t realize I really needed. My skin feels great and hydrated and she gave me additional information to help with my combination skin without pushing a sale. I definitely recommend Jessie for facials and I hope to see her again soon!

Massage Heights Spring Creek sent out a blast email today stating that theyd be increasing rates for long-time members by 33% to the current prevailing rate. The letter attached to the email was dated over a week ago but they just got around to distributing it today.This location inherited my contract from another location that closed, but I moved several years ago and go to one that is near my home which has never been an issue, until now. I called the Massage Heights where I frequent and they were appalled to hear that one of the selling points youll lock in this rate wasnt being honored any longer by Spring Creek. When I called Spring Creek, they reminded me that each location is independently owned and operated, so they can raise it if they want to. Seems like Ill ultimately just be forced to cancel my membership that is almost 10 years old and re-enroll elsewhere. Terrible choice by management.

I love getting a massage from Mindy!! She is very firm, gets the pressure points and takes care of any problem areas that I have! The staff at my Massage Heights are also very welcoming and friendly! I would highly recommend Mindy at Massage Heights!!

I always have a great experience at Massage Heights. I used to bounce around and try a bunch of different therapists, they were all great, but I started consistently seeing Israel for about a year now! Israel is extremely respectful and knowledgeable. I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed! He adjusts his pressure for the hard spots and always asks if more or less pressure is needed. Israel communicates to make sure I’m comfortable and taken care of. He finds all those deep knots in my back and shoulders and uses deeper pressure to work them out while also mixing in the nice relaxing techniques. I’ll admit I’ve even fallen asleep a couple times (that’s how relaxed I am) and that’s never happened before! I’ve never had a masseuse do as great of a job as he does!

Jazzy is the best therapist! This was the best massage experience Ive had. She gave me excellent post massage instructions, was communicative and very helpful!

I suffer with fibromyalgia and most times a massage isnt just for relaxation but it is therapeutic for me to regulate pain. Israel has been a total godsend in my life. He is thorough, patient, and the essence of a beautiful spirit and it all comes through the work of his hands. If you are ever near Spring Creek Massage Heights you should ask for his healing touch. I recently had a dermaplane facial with Victoria. I have been going to massage heights for years and I have never had a bad experience. Victoria is very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. After the facial I was amazed at how my skin looked. She took this 70 year old face and made me look 45! She made good recommendations for skin care. I will be going back to her!

I have had neck and shoulder pain for many years and have had massages the last 10 years without much improvement. The first time I had a massage from Israel Mateos, I felt wonderful. He identified areas that we could work on that would help me and I feel a lot better now. I will continue to see him and would highly recommend him.

The absolute worst customer service ever!!!! From a supervisor not being available for 3 days to extreme last of communication.....this is the worst location ever! They used a verbal confirmation and I guess that supercedes anything formal. When I asked how could they help....I was asked to resign a new contract and thats the only way to get my credits. I asked to contact the owner....they denied me the info. If you want professional services...stay away!!!!

I came here on a vacation to Houston to get a massage and it was the best massage Ive had in a long time. The atmosphere in the establishment is very calming and the employees are all very professional and kind. Would not recommend this location to ANYONE. I have had numerous issues with the manager/director Kim. I have over 40 credits that I have already paid for sitting in my account. When asked if I could freeze my account to give me the chance to catch up on my hours, I was told I would only be able to use them at their location instead of the one one closest to my home while it was was frozen.

I’ve been going here once a month for a few years and have always had amazing therapists. I go in with pain and come out feeling relief. 100% recommend!

I always wanted to try a place like this. It was our anniversary yesterday and I was trying to find a place that had availability for couples. I tried a few other locations and this location was the only one who could help me. They got us in. They treated us well. The massages were excellent. The staff was friendly. We loved it and will be back.

I felt my visit at this establishment was overpriced in comparison to other massage parlors. In addition, my message session started late and ended prematurely. Not to mention, the massage itself was subpar of my liking. Although the employees at the front desk were very friendly and courteous.

A beautiful and comfortable salon, with talented + educated + personable staff. Israel M is an amazing massage therapist. I don’t trust many people to touch my body with all my physical ailments from my car accident 10+ years ago, but Israel is incredibly knowledgeable and talented. Within a couple sessions with him, I went from hurting all day long to barely hurting. I see him as often as I can afford, and I am actually getting so much better 10+ years after my initial injuries. I highly recommend seeing Israel and letting him work his magic!

Mendy was fantastic! I went in extremely sore after a workout and she was gentle enough to keep me comfortable but knew exactly what muscles to work and how deep to go to make it effective.

I had my first visit here recently and I was a bit disappointed. It was a surprise gift so I was excited, I got there 15 minutes early because with past experiences at first visits to massage appointments you have a lot of paperwork to complete. I finished the paperwork really fast with time to spare and sat and waited. I was brought back a couple minutes after my start time. My actual massage didn’t start until 10 minutes after the start time and ended 6 minutes before the end time. I understand cleaning & having other clients to see, but that also shouldn’t be at fault of the customers and there should be a better scheduling system. I understand a few minutes, but shaving off 16 minutes from a 60 minute massage is a bit much. I’ve had memberships at other massage places before where they accommodate and go over in situations like this (when it’s not the clients fault the massage starts late) & they have definitely never ended before the end time. So when they were trying to sell me a massage membership I immediately knew there were better places.

I recently visited massage heights on Rayford rd and had the best experience with the customer service . I went in to ask questions about packages they offer . I was greeted by Savannah and she was so attentive and knowledgeable about the packages and products . I highly recommend you to go in and ask for her .

I’m incredibly irritated with this place’s service. My first visit was great, good enough for me to sign up for a membership. Biggest. Mistake. Ever. Literally when i signed up for it no one mentions to you it’s a 12 month contract. In fact, they told me you could cancel at anytime. Actual LIES. When I initially signed up for the membership, the lady assisting me just basically scrolled through all the paperwork on the ipad telling me the pros annd benefits and told me to sign. Stupid on my part for trusting that. Called to cancel since i’ll be moving out of state and they tell me I can’t since it’s a 12 month contract and that they will have to reach out to their director. Absolutely ridiculous. The fact that they not only avoided telling me about the fact that it’s a 12 month contract, they’re also making me wait for someone on THEIR end to decide whether or not I need to keep paying when I won’t even live here anymore is by fair the most baffling thing ever. It’s fine to be on the pricier side especially with the services they provide, but the fact that they’re intentionally dishonest makes them a terrible company.

I have had massage memberships at massage envy, hand and stone and now massage heights. I am so happy to say that I have finally found a retreat that is worth every last penny! The front staff is always so kind and welcoming and the massage therapist seem to actually care. The therapist themselves are gold.But the staff is standoffish and their billing practices are beyond deceitful.My husband and I got roped into signing up for their membership. We never received a copy of the agreement we signed on site, and all that was explained is that one credit equals a 60 min massage or a facial.Come to find out, the facial is a premium service, so there’s an extra charge if you choose to use your credit on one. Cancel for any reason including being sick? Lose half a credit.Fast forward 6 months, life gets busy, credits are piling up, so we call to cancel. That’s when they tell us we’re locked in a 13 month contract. I mention they never explained the terms and we don’t even have a copy of the agreement, so they request my email address to send it over and claim not to have it in their system. Except they send appointment confirmation to it every time we book.I keep asking how I can cancel and all they do is offer to send me a copy of the agreement to my email. I still can’t get a hold of anyone who’s actually willing to take responsibility for their questionable practices and cancel our membership. Or even send us a copy of the dang agreement.Don’t waste your money. There are better, more professional, and definitely more honest places to get your massages from

I have never had a bad experience at this location, ever. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful.Victoria gives the most amazing facials. I have rosacea and very sensitive skin, so I was very nervous when I tried a facial for the first time. Victoria listened to all my concerns and tailored my experience to perfectly fit my skin needs. She has completely transformed my skin and my skincare routine. And I now look forward to my facials every month.For massages, Helen and Becky are amazing if you like firmer pressure. I have been getting facials with Victoria for the past two years and she is great! My redness and dryness has improved so much through her recommendation for targeted treatments as well as products. Plus, she is super friendly and strikes the right balance between pleasant chit-chat and giving me quiet time to just relax and enjoy.I’ve also been receiving massages with Daniel and he is great as well - he really pays attention to any specific requests or target areas I am wanting. I would like to say the massage therapist are great. HOWEVER they offer a service that they prefer NOT to provide. If you book a 90 minute massage they will call you to change it to 1 hour or 2 hours. This has happened MANY, MANY times NOT only to myself but to three other friends of mine that have memberships here. Its unacceptable to book appointments to then later call to change them to fit your needs. What about your clients needs?

I’ve been a therapist myself for 25 years. I’ve worked many avenues and come across many other therapists. I can honestly say Israel is the best I’ve had. He knows the right spots, he knows what he’s doing and his touch is just perfect according to your needs, whether it be soothing and relaxation or deeper work. He’s actually taken pain I’d hold in my lower back and then it was pretty much gone by the end of session and gone the next day. This particular location is awesome and I’d refer anyone I know to Israel!

I almost never leave reviews but after my experiences here, I feel compelled to write one. Israel is without a doubt the best masseuse I have ever seen. I’ve been struggling with back problems for years that had the doctors stumped. One visit with him and he not only diagnosed the problem (verified by my spinal surgeon), but he also knew exactly what to do to give me some relief. I’ve been seeing him for a while now, and all I can say is that if you aren’t getting a massage from Israel, you are not living! I highly, highly recommend him and if he ever left, I’d follow him. I have only been going to Massage Heights for about 4-5 months and I love it. Nathan is amazing if you are looking for deep tissue! Not only does he work out my knotted muscles, he also does some stretches that help me as well.

I started seeing Israel during my last pregnancy. I suffered from discomfort and nothing made it better until I started seeing him.Not only was he very professional but he treated and took care of my very specific needs. His massages are not cookie cutters, they are specific to your needs. I honestly believe his massages helped me have a smooth delivery. My body was much more relaxed and seemed to have a quicker recovery.He makes sure you are comfortable the entire time and asks if the pressure is to your desire.Israel is definitely the therapist to see if you are pregnant and discomfort, or of you need a great massage. I used to patronize a competitor of this place. After less than stellar results I looked around for new massage therapists and gave Massage Heights a try and have been thoroughly impressed!I had a major problem with my neck and upper back and booked 90 minutes with Alma. After one visit I noticed a significant improvement in pain and range of motion. I have had several more sessions with Alma since and am happy to say I am more in a maintenance mode now. I have no pain, just the occasional muscle tightness that comes with being a 40-something dad chasing young kids around to play. Alma knows her stuff and in addition to her supreme ability to perform deep tissue massage, she incorporates heavy stretching in the session which I think helps a lot. I cant wait for my session tomorrow!Another great thing about Massage Heights is the staff. They are friendly and helpful and they tell you about membership packages but do not try to shove them down your throat like other places. I did end buy buying a package since I knew I had a good therapist and would be returning.Highly recommended!5 year update: I still give Massage Heights 5 stars and I still see Alma regularly. The original issue I went in for has long since been resolved thanks to her expertise. Now I go for relaxation or to work out soreness from doing something stupid for my age range!

I had a terrible migraine and had been suffering for days. I couldnt get an appointment with myregular therapist at The Woodlands location, so I decided to come to Spring Creek. I was recommended to see Michael by the receptionist when I made the appointment and he really helped me! He was knowledgeable and knew the pressure points to help with my headache. I walked out feeling so much better.

This is my second time at this location. It’s farther from me but I love getting a massage and facial back to back. Victoria has done both my my facials and they’ve been awesome! Gracie did my deep tissue massage today and it’s the best massage I’ve had! I always come out relaxed and energized.

Ive seen 4 or 5 therapists in the years Ive been going to this location and Zlata is by far the best, I havent actually scheduled with anyone else in the last two years - shes that good. Shes done my regular massages as well as maternity massages for the last 8 months and theyre just as good! Professional capabilities aside, she is such a wonderful, friendly and genuine person.I certainly hope this location does everything in their power to keep her around, because she is an absolute treasure.

When I first went to massage heights, I was overwhelmed with the breakouts and irritation I was displaying in my face. But that all changed after my first facial session with Victoria! She listened to my concerns, explained in detail each part of the facial, gave me tips and recommendations, and made me feel absolutely comfortable in her care. Almost a year later and I still visit her each month. My skin is looking so much healthier and the peace of mind I now have is just amazing! Victoria knows her stuff and makes it all so easy. I have been going to massage heights for the last couple of years with Zlata as my masseuse. I have been to many different massage places in the past and she is by far the best. She has a passion for what she does and truly cares about her clients. Many places have the masseuses push more massages and upgrades constantly which gives you the impression they just want more money. She does not do this, but instead makes recommendations based on her professional experience with honesty and is not pushy. When she does tell you to get more treatment, she will explain to you exactly why and what is going on with your body. I am very active and work out a lot and she has played a large role in keeping me healthy. She even gives me homework and always makes sure I am doing it!The place is also well kept, clean, and professional. I definitely recommend them. I have also used Tom and Mary and they are both great as well.

Wow. Just went to Massage Heights for a 1 hour facial and a 1 hour massage and they were both excellent! I can honestly say that Michelle gave me the best facial that Ive ever had and Paul did a great deep tissue massage as well. I will be doing the annual wellness program for sure! This place rocks!

I have been going here for the last couple years. I am super loyal to Zlata, she is the best masseuse Ive ever had. So talented at what she does and she truly cares about your well being. She also did my prenatal massages while I was pregnant which were amazing. She has many many certifications, qualifications and very knowledgeable about how the body works. She always can tell where I carry my tension and tailors the massage to that. I have also continued to go to her postpartum and dont have plans to stop. She is so great!

Wonderful spa! Really helped me out with all of my aches and pains. The massage therapist was so nice and so private and took care to all of my pinpoints needing work. She was also new and just did a spectacular job! The location was perfect as well! The inside of the spa was very neat and clean and had a really cool feel to it! I highly recommend coming here if you ever need relaxation or your knots, aches, and pains to all whisp away.

These people are scam artists. I went in November and got a massage. I told them I did not want to sign up. The girl said if I agreed she would give me a discount that day and I could just cancel it. I refused. I told her there is no way Id be able to come back in. She gave me her personal number and told me to call her in 5 days to cancel. I called her the next day. She said it was cancelled no problem. Lo and Behold they have charged me monthly since. I tried calling them 4x last week. No one called me back. Then 3 days ago they DOUBLE CHARGED ME. Also my massage sucked.

Massage Heights has never failed to disappoint me! I am always greeted, offered refreshing water, and a heated shoulder wrap upon arrival. The front desk workers are kind, helpful, and pleasant to look at. My massages ROCK and help me through my month. When I was training for my half marathon, the lifestyle consultants were very helpful, placing me with the correct massage therapist that specializes in stretching. Happy to have a retreat like this around the corner from my house!

Nathan is such a great massage therapist. 10/10 recommend.Other massage therapists here do not really listen. They will ask what areas you’d like them to focus on and what you don’t want, but they’ll still go to areas you didn’t want anyway.I booked my husband a last minute massage for tension he was having and the therapist argued with him whenever he said he didn’t want a specific area massaged 🤦🏻‍♀️

Zlata is Amazing! She has been my massage therapist for over 2 years. She really has a passion for her job and she cares about the well being of all her clients. I enjoy every session I have with her. I work out 4-5 days a week and typically prefer medium to hard pressure. If you are looking for a masseuse, book an appointment with Zlata and you will not be disappointed. She is worth every penny.

Massage therapist, Sharta, is fantastic! She is one of the best deep tissue massage therapists around. She is so good that I now drive 30 miles out of my way to Spring (I live near downtown) to continue seeing her now that she has moved from the Washington Heights location to the Spring Creek location. Its hard to find a good deep tissue massage therapist that can really get in there, find the knots causing discomfort and work them out. Sharta is amazing at it. If youre looking for a really good deep tissue massage therapist, make an appointment with Sharta. You wont regret it. You’ll be hooked after your first appointment.

My husband and I have been going to this location for 2 years. Zslata is amazing. She’s the most talented and gifted massage therapists we’ve ever experienced. She can find & pinpoint the problem areas before you can even tell her what hurts. My husband is 6’4” and needs an hour & half to get a thorough massage. I take an hour and have hot stones. She remembers all of our problem areas and tells us what stretching techniques to do to help relieve the pain. Probably one of the nicest people on the planet. She’s booked solid so you need to schedule her in advance but it’s so worth it.

Excellent location. Ive been coming to this spot for well over a year now and have never had any issues. Always very accommodating and prompt with service. Rebekah is phenomenal at her craft from her professional attitude to the delivery of the massage. Her technique and willingness to focus on what you need is second to none. Highly recommended.

I got a massage and the therapist was good. However the experience was bad cause of the below reasons.The information that is provided at the front desk is incorrect as I was told I was told a full body massage includes the head too and my head was not touched at all. There is absolutely no coordination between the front desk and the therapist as all information and details pertaining to the type of massage provided at the time of booking and on the day of the appointment is not shared to the therapist.Moreover, the front desk advertises that it is a full 1 hour massage, while in reality it is a 50 minute massage with 5 minutes for changing of clothes before and after. I have no issues with the time, but my issue is the incorrect information and not being transparent.

Wow! Had my first massage at the new location today with Kimberly!! Shes absolutely amazing!!!! Shes so knowledgable and truly loves her job as a therapist!!! The new Retreat is warm and cozy!!! Customer service is their number priority and you can feel it when you walk in the door!!!! Cant wait for my next massage of facial!!

I had my first massage about two weeks ago and am scheduled to go back again today for another session. The staff at Massage Heights are warm and welcoming and very friendly. The massage therapist that I had was great as well. I love the convenient location and the spa-like experience.

They can put the original sheets back on if you request it.😃The new sheets are aweful and feel gross, rough, and very cheap. More than half of the therapists are great. I now have to find a new place because of the new sheets. They feel like very old worn out sheets that I do not want to ever lay on again. The front desk staff is fabulous. Such a bummer, I have been coming here since they opened. 😔

Husband and I went today for Valentines couple massages. And it was wonderful. They pre-interview you to see what is your areas you would like focused on more, then ask you what scent to have massaged on you. It was very serene and Amanda was very informative and professional. The two massage therapist was absolutely wonderful. I felt drunk walking out of there. Gave us water to rejuvenate and told us some other benefits of being a member without even being overly pushy. Would definitely come back here for massages.

Went there on my birthday and had a very bad experience and definetly would not recommend. A few things:-Booked my appointment with Lexie for deep tissue, when checked I confirmed that it was Lexie cause I’ve read that this place changes folks last minute. And that’s exactly what happened to me!!! Once I got into the room a new massage therapist walked in and said she will be doing the massage. I don’t remember her name...-The massage therapist wasn’t rude but treated me like she was doing me a favor and had an annoyed attitude. Didn’t make me feel relaxed at all.-When she was done with my massage instead of asking how I feel she started telling me how I shouldn’t have booked a deep tissue massage and that my body can’t handle it and that she only did it cause I asked. She was so annoyed and ruined my experience.-This place is not a spa. You won’t get a feeling of being pampered or treated over the top. It’s a revolving door and no personal touch.

FRAUD ALERT! This location as someone mentioned before uses your debit and credit card information and charges you even after the membership was cancelled. I got out of my way to take a doctors note addressed to Massage Heights saying that I could no longer receive massage treatment and would need a physical therapist care. They said it should be fine and the membership was cancelled. After a month I notice charges from them in my credit card. I called them in the same day. They took the charge back and charged my debit card again 2 days later! I am so frustrated, they seemed very nice, but now I am very concerned with what they can do with my credit card information. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Horrible customer service I would never recommend this location, I booked my already paid for massage then on my way I had a flat took over an hour to get on my way again so I was 20 minutes past my start time I called as soon as I got on my way and there response was yeah sorry you just loose your whole $100 credit! Wow I mean really what an expensive day this has turned out to be no compassion no understanding nothing! I will never be back and never recommend this place!

I’ve been going here for over 3 years now. About 2 1/2 years ago, I found Zlata as she was recommended by another therapist because the one that I went to previously had moved on. I haven’t booked an appointment with anyone else since!! I’ve had a lot of massages around the world, as I spent 10 years in the military & then traveled a lot for my first job after the military. Zlata is hands down the best masseuse I’ve ever had!!

Alia and Bonnie are awesome! This is a great place to get a massage there also very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. This is a good value for your money especially when massagers are such an important part of self-care. Alia always knows my name and is friendly with me and knowledgeable about the products that are in the front room. Bonnie and Aggie are terrific massage therapist. Bonnie has just the right pressure and knows a lot about bones and muscles and trigger points. She is actually helped me in to improve my health. I highly recommend Massage Heights go see Alia!

I love the atmosphere here, it is so relaxing. The people at the front desk are amazing and super helpful. I have had a massage by two therapist, Tom and Roderick. Tom does the most amazing foot scrubs along with his massages. Rodericks techniques is one of my favorites at the retreat. Matthew is my go to masseuse- amazing firm to deep tissue massage, always walk out just like out mush, which is exactly the way ya want to feel after a massage.

Her skills are absolutely phenomenal, as she takes the time to understand your bodys needs and gets to know what works best to work out your concern areas. UPDATE: Ive been going here about 3-4 years now. Daniel is AMAZING! I have some bad health issues physically and have done physical therapy and with my massages it helped me heal faster! When I am not moving right I use him and my chiropractor. It might hurt for a little while but then I can move like there is no tomorrow!!!I have gone here at the suggestion of a friend who attends regularly. She uses Alma as her massage therapist. Ive tried 3 therapists out. The first two guys eye what I consider soft to light medium. The last person who massaged me was Daniel. He did deep tissue and he got deep down to the stuff holding me hostage in pain. Granted it hurts quite a bit but the afterwards of being able to move my neck better & my hips which both have chronic issues.I did my first facial Monday and it was a hydro facial I think they called it. It felt so great and after I had little redness, with very soft skin & felt great. The girl explained everything which was awesome since Id never had one!I highly recommend this Massage Heights! They stay extremely clean and are always curtious. I bought a package on sale over mothers day. It was a good deal and I have a reason to go because theyre paid for with my package.

I failed to communicate my desire for deep tissue...Alia was awesome and was able to switch my masseuse last minute (not typical). Zlata is a wonderful German lady whose Father is a chiropractor and she is trained in medicinal massages. She was absolutely amazing! I am going to be so sore tomorrow but in the best way possible! She even showed me some exercises to do. I will certainly be a repeat customer. Alia showed me the membership program but was not pushy when I declined. A+ for that alone!! Great place!!

I went in for my first ever massage last week and was extremely nervous and really didnt know what to expect. Let me start by saying that every step of the process was extremely simple and at the end of the massage, I felt like a million bucks. The staff was incredible; friendly, helpful and understanding. I have had two significant injuries over the last 4 months and my stress levels and pain levels were through the roof. I walked out of Massage Heights feeling rejuvenated and like I was in a new body. I will definitely be back!

Ive had a couple massages through the years and always felt a little let down until I came here. I scheduled my first appointment with Jayde for a deep tissue massage and now Ive been wondering where shes been all my life!I was in a car accident 10ish years ago and my back has been messed up since. She immediately found my problem areas and went to work. She even finds knots I didnt even know were there. She has a spectacular range of pressure and adjusts effortlessly based on my needs that day - her elbow technique is the best 🤩 Shes also super fun to talk to if youre feeling chatty that day.The front desk staff are always friendly and never pushy with services. I signed up for the membership at my first appointment and have been going every month (sometimes more) for a year now.I also tried the HydraFacial since they were having a special in November. Its a little pricey but Im someone who has had acne most of my life and its crazy how much junk they suck up - they even show you at the end of the appointment. Its not really a relaxing experience like your typical facial appointment, its more to get the job done. It does leave your skin feeling fresh and smooth though!Bottom line: if youre looking for a spectacular deep tissue massage, schedule with Jayde!

Daniel has greatly improved my quality of life living with chronic back pain! I broke my back as a kid, so I always tried different things to get relief. The first time i Daniel worked on my back I could tell he knew what he was doing and was the best massage therapist I had ever met. I’ve been using him for two years and hope he is always around to give great massages!

I have been coming to MH spring creek for about 18 months now and am thankful to have found a gem with Lexie. She is definitely my goto therapist. I appreciate that she works with me to meet my needs, addressing my persistent muscle knots in upper back and working on improving my limited flexibility in lower limbs. She does a great job making the massage a relaxing experience. The benefits of her massages extend into my day-to-day wellness and appreciate all the hard work she puts in.

My wife and I love this location. With a note that the Alden Bridge location is also amazing, this is our new home for relaxation. I usually see Erica, and my wife sees Kim C., and we are both consistently more than pleased with their skill, friendly demeanor, and attentiveness towards helping alleviating our aches, pain, and stress. The location is clean, well staffed, and it always smells great! I also have to give a nod to Alia in the reception area...I always feel like one of the regulars when she greets me and, unless the place is really busy, shes always happy to have a friendly chat while you wait for your appointment.

I just had an incredible massage at Massage Heights twice this week and both times I was lucky to have Daksha as my massage therapist! I was referred to this location especially to use Zlata. Ive never regretted. Zlata is awesome massage therapist, the best Ive ever had in my life. I do deep tissues massages twice a month, feel great after them and can see the improvements in my body; my neck and back is not so intense how it used to be. This location is by far my favorite one. This massage heights always greets me with a warm smile and positive attitude. I always get offered cucumber water and a heated shoulder wrap upon checking in. The tables also have adjustable breast plates which has made such a difference compared to other massages I’ve had without. Tom is my go to massage therapist and is always taking care of my neck and shoulder issues. He does amazing trigger point and reflexology. I’ve also been getting HydraFacials regularly at least once a month & I’ve noticed a huge difference in my overall skin appearance. I deal with hormonal acne and hyperpigmentation and my esthetician Charla always customizes my sessions based on what I need that day.

This is my third visit back to this location & i have seen 2 therapist while i have been in & 1 esthetician & i could not be more happy with my services at this location, the 2 therapist i saw was Tom for my first visit & he was amazing! He really specializes in reflexology & it helped with pains a great deal, & Roderick was amazing as well, i was only needed upper body that day due to a sports injury & my pain level was a 9 when i went in that day & by the end of my session my pain was completely gone!I Recently went in for a hydra facial because i heard they are now offering this service at spring creek so i wanted to give it a try since i typically go to a competitor company. I saw Charla and she by far is the best esthetician i have seen. This treatment is amazing, it was such a good service and has cheaper pricing for massages and hydrafacials than different companys i am definitely continuing to come back to Massage Heights Spring Creek. Isabella & Ariel helped me so much with signing up for my membership. I Cant say enough good words about this location, they have helped me with all of my concerns.

Do NOT become a member! They will screw you in every way if you arent able to use your massages each month! You were able to share with a family member as long as you had the same physical address but they changed that and dont tell you and then charge you $200 unexpectedly! I had signed for a 1 year contract and was told I could end it at any time and that was a lie! Then I was told that I could share my massages and elevations with a family member with the same address and that was a lie! Do not sign up!

Israel is absolutely the best. I always leave feeling so relaxed. I have gone to other places before and have had other therapists, even here, but he is by far the best.

I was disappointed. Booked an hour massage and was only given 43 mins. This was my first trip and was hoping it would be better. I will say the masseuse was exceptional but never feels good to leave feeling extorted.Update: And based on the response by the owner, they don’t really care.

So while I do love this place, it depends on the therapist you get. Ive have amazing massages and Ive had one (only one) that was terrible. I did email the company and told them my concerns and they fixed the situation in a very timely manner, which I did appreciate. I dont know the name of the guy but he is amazing

I scheduled a 90 massage this evening for the first time at Massage Heights, and I was highly disappointed. The front desk girls were the best part of the evening. My 90 minute massage was actually only about 80. I asked for a shoulder, neck, upper body focus and that is literally all I got. My neck skin was almost raw towards the end of the massage bc she kept doing the SAME thing over and over. At one point she left my arm hanging off the side of the bed that my hand was completely numb. She also repeatedly would pause to check her Apple Watch. Definitely not relaxing.

I visited one of Massage Heights newest locations this afternoon. I found the front desk staff atThe Retreat at Spring Creek on Rayford Road in Spring friendly and welcoming.I was impressed by the coziness and relaxed atmosphere when Machael kindly gave me a tour of the premises.As for my massage, it was wonderful! Kyle successfully relieved the tension in my neck and shoulders.Whilst having a look at the various health and beauty products, the retreats manager, Kim, took the time to explain what was what.I intend on returning for future massages and look forward to having a facial too.

Fraud Alert! This location saves your debit card information even for a 1 time massage and uses it to charge other customers! I signed up for a membership at the Woodlands location and used a credit card. No big deal. In January, I decided to take a friend and pay for his massage portion using my debit card. He ended up signing up for a membership here at the Spring Creek location USING HIS OWN CREDIT CARD. Well, months go by and apparently his credit card expired and they were not able to get a hold of him, so instead began charging MY DEBIT CARD!!! Not being someone who religiously checks my debit card, I noticed only after 3 monthly charges had been taken from my account. I called in May after the 3rd charge, and attempted to get a hold of the manager who was the only person authorized to process any credits. After several weeks, yes WEEKS they said they would credit all 3 months. Shame on me for not checking, but after another 4 months, I had 4 MORE CHARGES to my account and realized they only gave me 2 credits from the beginning! So now I had a total of 5x $69.99 due to my checking account. I again went through this roller-coaster and the representative who picked up told me she would have the manager give me all charges due to me. After later realizing they once again only credited 2 months, they finally confessed and said they can only credit up to 60 days back!!! Why didnt they tell me this from the beginning? Also, the manager told me I would have to dispute the charges with my bank in order to get the remaining 3 credits due to me! I told them they illegally used my debit card information and they refused to care. They are a franchise and even told me there is NO CORPORATE OFFICE to call. Stay away from this location as the manager is doing anything she can to keep peoples money- even during covid in which I never stepped foot into a massage location! Unfortunately Chase bank is also only able to process 2 of the 3 refunds and has asked me to go to Massage Heights to request my refund from July!!!

Overall my experience here has been positive. Jayde, Siri, and Zlata are great. All three go above and beyond. They give great deep tissue massages. The front desk is courteous and efficient. However I cannot give this place 5 stars because of Emma. The 90 minute massage was a complete waste of time. My wife also had a horrible experience with Emma. If they schedule you with Emma politely decline.I went again today Dec 4th had a 2 hour session with Jayde. Overall one of the best massages I’ve had. I highly recommend Jayde

I’ve been coming to this location for probably 3 years and ‘found’ Zlata over 2 years ago. Never saw another massage therapist since. I will even go in a week later in case I cannot get an appointment with her, that’s how much I appreciate her massages!!Zlata is very passionate, professional and honest. I like her summary of findings and recommendations of what I can do in my daily life to work on my physical health. I too got homework before and amazingly she always remembers to check up on them!Besides great massages (I usually get firm or deep tissue), Zlata has some really good stretching techniques I’m always looking forward to. It’s my Savasana of every massage :o)Hands down, Zlata is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had.

Zlata is amazing! She has helped both my wife and me with her medical masseuse knowledge. Highly recommend her for deep tissue, prenatal, and general massage services. Our overall health has improved since seeing her biweekly.

Great massage. My only quip is the time. I pay for a 90 minutes massage. My massage was at 10am. I arrive at 945. I am taken back to the room at 1005. I am ready and on the table in about 2 minutes. I lay on the table for about 3 or 4 minutes and wait for the therapist. Now I am already losing 10 minutes. Then my therapist stops at 1124. Of my 90 minutes massage, my actual massage time is only 75 minutes. A little disappointing. This is why I give it 3 of 5 stars. Massage is great but I didnt get what I paid for and it happens every time.

The atmosphere is very soothing and calming from the scents when you enter, the smiling faces greeting you, the chilled citrus infused water and the warm neck wraps offered before your appointments. I began my membership for pain relief that my chiropractor could not seem to tackle. She kindly suggested massages to loosen my muscle tension. And from my first visit with Zlata I have never felt better! She read my history and listened to me about my areas of concern and told me I know what is wrong with you. I will take care of it. And it was taken care of. I leave each month feeling like I am floating along on a cloud. Thank You Zlata for lightening my load and giving me a better way to live...pain free!

Always come through in a clutch for this new mama! After caring for my little one and sometimes aching from the head down, they always try their best to male availability for me. Check in is easy and Lisa is the best masseuse ever! Glad I found them!

If I could give them no stars I would! They dont deserve 1. The staff there gives you the wrong information pertaining the services and membership. Dont believe what they tell because they all will tell you something different which is very misleading. You will think that they will train their staff to know what their business offers. I ended up losing $70 because I was giving the wrong information regarding my massage and the manager did not hold the employee accountable. I was told that I could not rescheule to have my massage after my membership was canceled and their employee told me it will still be honored and previously booked my appointment. Sadly to say they dont care about their customer. I just took the lost of the $70 because I did not appreciate the service that they provided and would rather take my business elsewhere .

Jayde! Jayde is 100% the reason for this 5 star review! In the past year Massage Heights had a lot of turn over, and it always seemed to be my therapists 😭 But then I got Jayde. She is excellent! She can always find the spot where you are hurtin... and she is great at working out the bad knots, without hurting ya. She also happens to be a joy to visit with on the days you are up for a chat. And a calm quiet presence on the days that you aren’t up for a chat. Jayde is one of those wonderful people that finds joy in helping other people, and it shows in her work.I would give Massage Heights a four star review because I have issues with their schedualing policies... You do not get an hour long massage you get an hour long time slot and maybe a 45-50 minute massage. I do not think it is right that the only break that the therapists get between sessions cuts into customer experience. No therapist should have to work back to back sessions hour after hour. The company should allow for 10 fifteen minutes in between sessions. But customers should get the full hour they pay for.

Rebecca was an awesome masseuse. Very details on working out my knots and working the pain out of my legs. I highly recommend her and will definitely use her for massages in the future. She uses good pressure and a lot of variety in how she massages.

I was able to get an appointment in 30 minutes after calling. I went with a family memeber and we were both hoping to get a female. But they only had one female and one male available at the time but let us know we could schedule back to back appointments with the same woman if we wanted. I went ahead and said I would get massaged by the Male ( paul) since I did call short notice and didnt want to wait an hour till the family memeber was done. I was the one that was lucky in the situation little did I know. After the massage I tipped both massagers but when talking Im the car, come to find out the woman who massaged the family memeber did not do such a well job. My family memeber described the massage as seemed not interested in doing the massage for him... and sort of lazy massaged him which was a complete opposite of what I got. If I would of know that before , I would of combined both tips and gave it to Paul who did an amazing job! I was a little squirmish since it was my first time and since it was a male... but he took his time and I could really tell he felt parts that were stiff and tried to smooth it out and he made sure I was well covered up. He also knew I was a little nervous ( getting a full body massage) and said he understood but he did his job very well. Everything he did to one side he did to the other, so there was no uneven soreness. I dont mean to say this in a way that someone would call racism ... but the family memeber said that they thought I might of gotten a good massage because Paul is an oriental and seemed to know what he was doing versus the woman doing his massage was caucasion and lacked the effort and techniques. I am half caucasion half mexican and the father of my child is half caucasion half black... so no racism here. Anyways, after the appointment the front desk said that if I applied for a yearly membership same day of the appointment they would waive the enrollment fee of 40$ and that memeber ship massages would be 59.99 for each month ( 1 massage a month) versus non membership of 120$ original price massage. Sounded like a pretty good deal, but Im a busy mom and preschool teacher. I was lucky to finally get a massage after months of talking about getting one. It is a very clean professional place to go for relief... just wish It was more known of which workers are doing their jobs correctly . Shout out to Paul! I hope you get the credit you deserve, you do an amazing job! Thank you!

Anna was incredible! I would 100% recommend. Great firm pressure given. She found my knots I came in for without even asking where it was. Also, gave me good tips on how to stretch certain areas.And fun to talk to (if you like to chit chat)!

Not a great experience... called in and booked a massage with a specific therapist who “books really fast.” So, when I show up Sunday morning for my appointment I find out that the “manager” switched me to another therapist who doesn’t have the same qualifications as the one I booked with but is “fully capable of taking care of my requirements.” No further explanation or apology. Thanks for wasting my time and ruining my Sunday morning.

I have been coming here for a while for my shoulders and lower back, looking for the right (for me) therapist. Although I have had no complaints and everyone was helpful, the managements hiring Zlata made a huge difference for me. Zlatas therapy includes elements of various healing approaches which are super helpful to my shoulders and back. Im Zlatas committed customer now and am grateful to the management for finding such great hires!Another year with Zlata at Massage Heights Spring Creek and another comment to write. She is really the best, irreplaceable in many ways--her care, her strengths. her knowledge; all these factors help one work toward getting ones mental and physical health on track. Zlatas services are highly recommended and difficult to obtain--plan in advance, as she is booked months ahead! Really, she is as good as a therapist can be--kind, skilled, and highly professional.Zlata is still wonderful. This is by far the best massage place I have been to. They do complimentary aromatherapy (of your choice), offer great rates on all of their services and even the massage tables have adjustable heat for added comfort and relaxation. I had a wonderful hour massage with therapist Brian (whom I highly recommend, very intuitive and skilled in deep tissue massage). This is a franchise but it really feels more like a small group of people who really care about the health of their community. They offer additional add-ons to the 30/60/90 minute massages such as hot stones, facial massage, and sugar foot scrub massages. They are also a Dermalogica skincare dealer and offer facials, skin zone mapping, and diamond tip microdermabrasion. Its really more like a comforting spa than just a massage parlor and everyone I dealt with was extremely kind and welcoming. They never pushed for my repeat business but they do have a wonderful membership program that really makes things affordable and simple. Anyone in the area looking for facial or skin care services/products or a massage (ranging from light relaxation to firm to deep tissue), I truly recommend you try the Massage Heights in Spring, TX.

So easy to book online. I use their monthly program which slashes my cost. There are 10 to 12 male and female masseuses so finding the one you like with a style right for you is great. And I love that i can go at 8 pm and then come home, relax and go to bed!

For all the pregnant ladies out there, massages with Zlata are the BEST thing you can do for yourself! Zlata is a medical masseuse and trained for prenatal massage. I have been seeing her since I was 3 months pregnant (due mid-April), and I can’t imagine going through this pregnancy without her. I have seen significant reductions in swelling, leg cramps, and body aches with this pregnancy, and I attribute it all to my bi-weekly massages with Zlata. She is worth every penny!

Showed up to the wrong location. Called this location to let them know I’d be 30 min late and asked if it would be ok if I showed up late. Was never told that we wouldn’t get the full hour. By the time we filled out paperwork we only ended up getting a 30 min massage and paid full price. Wish we were told before driving across town that our massage wouldn’t of lasted a whole hour.

Received gift card on mothers day 2017. Have called 5 times to get an appointment and it has been one thing after another. This has been the worst gift I have ever received bc of their incompetence. Dont offer facials and stop making your MASSAGE PARLOR sound like a spa or a retreat. if you dont have the personnel to do quality facials stop offering them.

After I signed up for a membership, they canceled appointments without notice and changed my therapist without notice. Wouldnt recommend a membership.

I made my 1st appointment at this location I fell sick my family took care of all my scheduled appointments And I am sure a cancelation call was put into this location only to find out a week later I get home to recover I find out they charged 154.00 dallors.I find this extremely bad customer service not taking the time to do what they should of done. Zlata never disappoints. I have been going to her for years. She is thorough and address all of my concerns. I see her every month and have noticed a huge improvement overall.

Great technicians but terrible management. I’ve cancelled my membership today and won’t recommend this particular location to anyone unless you are okay with being treated the way I was treated today. The only thing the management cares about is strictly sticking to the policy and your money.
