Last night was my second visit to this establishment . First time was ok. Man listened to me and adjusted massage , but this time , I came in with terrible back pain from standing and doing hair on a busy day for 8 hours . An older man did my massage . I told him specifically, I did not like massaged on my lower back area by my kidneys. He literally must of thought I said the opposite and he rubbed me for 10 minutes in the area I DIDNT WANT TOUCHED!I was seriously not comfortable .after 10 minutes of my massage was spent not massaging my back...I told him , that it was my back that hurt and needed it massaged!so basically ,I got a 10 minute back massage for 25!. Im super disgusted and disappointed. Thought I found a place that I could go to after work for relief .

The massage here is very rough and rude. The quality of the masseuses is very low and unprofessional! They force you to pay more money to receive the massage! No one working here has a Missouri massage license. Please dont pay them in cash! This is the basis for their tax evasion! I hope the Missouri Massage Law Enforcement Department will thoroughly investigate this place

Ive been here several times and wont go back. The massage begins well but about 2/3 of the way into it the workers have a tendency to chat among themselves in their native language. Last time I had to stop the massage and point to where I needed attention, not once, but three or four times because during their conversation she kept thumbing away at the same spot. I was hoping to get their attention to let them know that this was MY time I was paying for bu they didnt get the hint. That would never happen in a private massage and to compound it, they have their music going as well as the pop country at the mall and it doesnt mix well along with the screaming kids and loud voices coming from the entrance to the place. Next time I need/want a massage Ill pay extra and get a private one.

Seriously the best massage ever, their prices are very reasonable. They even did extra. I will be coming back there on a regular basis. They are so friendly and kind, I feel amazing and relaxed after even a short session. They did more than my normal massage therapist, Im switching.

My husband was a US Navy sailor. He has visited much of the Orient where he enjoyed many massages. He has also gotten massages stateside. The massage I received last week here at Brightness Massage is the real deal. I was on the table only 5 minutes when I looked at one of the guys and said your massage is great. I would recommend to anyone who has a sore stiff body.

Will never use this place again. Rip off artist. I purchased a gift voucher that I ended up losing. Went back to them to ask them to void it so it could not be used. And ask for them to issue a new one. When they would not do that I then asked for a refund which they refused. Keep in mind this all happened in a span of 10 minutes as i walked around the mall.they keep copies of the vouchers so they easily could have handled my request to void old one and issue new they did not. I will never use this place for anything. Businesses like this do not deserve to be in business. Complaint filed and hopefully they are held accountable

Yesterday, as I was leaving the mall, I walked past a massage parlor inside the mall. I love massages, so I decided to go in and get one. It was very different than any other massage I had. Instead of being in a private massage room, I shared a room with other people getting massages. Once the massage started, I had TWO people massaging me at the same time. One person on my back and the other person on my legs. They asked me “do you want medium pressure or hard?” I said ”medium.” For an entire hour, they absolutely man-handled me!! It was totally nutso! My legs ended up in places I didn’t think were possible (over my head, to the sides of my body). The entire time, I was being snapped like a potato chip. It was cray cray! Cannot imagine what would have happened if I said “hard.” Everyone should try it!!!!!!!

My fiancé came in today to get a back massage, the man was super rough to the point where my fiancé was hurting. There was only one other person in the entire room along with my fiancé and the guy placed him right next to the lady which made it kinda uncomfortable, I could understand if the entire place was filled but this wasn’t the case.

Love this place. I like hard massages most of the time, and you will definitely feel it here! If you enjoy getting petted, this is not the place for you 😂

Relaxing, reasonable pricing. You dont need an appointment you can just drop in. You can get a chair massages or you can lay down flat. Been going for at least 3 years or maybe four years here and they always do a really good job.

The massage was very good. Not really my style but certainly very well done. The problem was the manager service. Gave us a foot massage and then charged us an additional $40.00 for a service we never requested and thought were included in what we asked for over the phone. Sneaky business practice, but the massage therapist are well trained.

My upper back and neck was so tight it was hurting. I left there feeling much better. Had a 1hr massage. Still a little tight but not in pain like when I came in. Well worth it.

Happy to get in as a walk in when you really need it last minute. my husband and i went and both had great massages..they are for sure a great deep tissue place! If it is too much be sure to let them know. My discomfort is from a nerve disease and often have no pain no gain. I always feel better afterwards. will use again.

Great place, like others have said deep tissue is their default. You’ll have to specifically request less pressure if needed. I’ve been getting massages for years to manage shoulder pain caused by a pinched nerve. The pain has gone away like 80% after one visit here. The massage itself was a little painful/uncomfortable but that is to be expected with deep tissue. They also use different techniques compared to other bigger places. I would advise you ask questions about how they do things, so you can know if it’s for you.

Massage was ok. They hardly use lotion and manager was very unprofessional. Once my husband and I were getting our massages, he asked if we wanted a foot massage and we of course said yes but he charged us an extra $22 each. Beware, he’s sneaky! He didn’t even tell us it was extra. Not going back

Went in for massages. They asked my husband if he wanted his feet rubbed while getting a full body of he said yes then another guy came over during my husbands 1 hour massage to rub his feet. When we left they charged us an extra 22$ for the second guy rubbing my husbands feet. Then tried to say it was for an additional 20 minute foot massage but the guy rubbed his feet in the same hour we already paid for. Scammed us and then didnt even notice til after I tipped. Do not go here. They will overcharge you and then act like they cant communicate. .

Actually hurt. Was not a great experience. I kept feeling like they were just driving their elbow into my spine. Did not feel like they knew what they were doing. My wife said the same. They also were not clear when they asked if I wanted a foot massage that it would cost an additional 20 dollars.

Loved that I could just walk in no appointment! There are massage tables or massage chairs depending on service selected. The overall full body massage was much better than others I have had elsewhere, though I wish they would have worked a bit more on my hands, forearms, feet. It is very difficult to communicate and ask questions as they did not speak much if any English. There was only one guy trying to do most of the communicating. They were friendly, or at least smiley 😃. The place seemed clean.This is not a Private room situation, and not real quite, but they do dim the lights and have relaxing music playing. Youll just have to drown out the mall noise, and others talking (customers coming and going) around you.

Great place to get a good, strong massage. They know what they are doing, and can work REALLY deep if you can handle it, but you made need to say uncle if thats too much for you.The people that have said that this place is bad, dont understand what a really good, DEEP massage is suppose to be.They do great work, give them a try!

Literally the worst massage ever! I am in so much pain today I cant move my neck from side to side. My husband got a massage hr said the guy was way so rough it was not relaxing at all. His back is also in pain. Worst worst worst place ever. They also have no customer service skills only care about up selling you. I feel totally ripped off and in way more pain then when I got there.

This is hands down the best place to go for a quality affordable massage in Springfield! Jason is amazing! He does a great job with deep tissue and I’m never sore after! #thebest

Every time I spend a lot of money to get a massage at a spa here in Springfield I regret it wishing I had just went over to the mall. I lift weights and this is the only place that relaxes my sore muscles. Wear earbuds and listen to spa sounds on a Pandora station if the background noise of the mall is too much for you. Sure its nice to wear a big soft robe and go into a calm peaceful room BUT I always leave disappointed by the big name spas and end up here afterwards. I absolutely love how deeply they work on my muscles and I leave feeling tension free. Their massage technique is absolutely exceptional. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

If you need a massage this is the absolute best place to get one. They did a wonderful job. I will be back!

Did not get a good massage, I felt worse than when I came in, and I am very sore and starting to bruise. They were also very hard to communicate with. I will not be coming back.

Quick in and out for a 20 min massage. Of course, you can opt for longer massages. Convenient location.

100% awful they are so rough and don’t listen when u ask to be more gentle. I left with pain that I didn’t have before! Don’t go unless u need deep tissue other wise it’s the wrong place for you!

Love this place, I had one of the men tonight and it was great, being a hairdresser I have so much tension in shoulder blades and he def worked hard to break it up.. Will def be back!

I recommend the neck massage with medium pressure it was absolutely amazing. 10/10 will come back again.
