Ocean foot spa-Foot & Body Massage

I have been a loyal customer for two years, visiting every other week because of JERRY’S OUTSTANDING SERVICE. I have never left without tipping Jerry, and he always thanks me in a very nice way. However, my recent experience was completely unacceptable and JERRY HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH IT.Today, I brought my brother for a 90-minute massage, paid for both services, and split my $20 change between Jerry and Gary. Despite my ongoing patronage and bringing in multiple new clients, (Mother, husband, friend and today my brother) Someone named GARY HAD THE NERVE TO GET ANGRY ABOUT THE TIP, AND THE FRONT DESK WOMAN WAS ALSO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.This treatment is outrageous and disrespectful. Jerrys excellent service should be the standard, not the exception.

New lady taking reservations …. Doesn’t take your info when you reserve time then says they can’t do what you made reservation for once you get there because they have others coming!!! What’s the point of making an appointment for massage !Then she never offers you anything after she made a mistake ! Happened more than twice for us!

I was very happy with Julie. Loved the foot and hand massage. As mentioned by another woman previously I also have neuropathy after chemo and it felt great Will definitely be going back monthly if possible. I recommend! (If it hurts tell them not to use as much pressure I know some folks love that deep tissue massage)

I had a full body massage. It was so painful. Later that night I was in a lot of discomfort. I took Advil and Tylenol, nothing helped, not even a heating pad.

It was a very nice experience!! JULIE was the best!! She knew exactly where I needed a deep massage, but did not hurt me!! I had a very relaxing weekend, thanks to my nice massage!! I definitely will be back as soon as I get in town!!

Most Chinese massage therapists I have met in the USA are female. These ones are male, and offer the best price in the area, and pretty good service.

The massage was fine...the begging for a ten dollar tip for both me and my wifes massage a piece was embarrassing. Not going there ever again and recommending all current and future patrons to STAY AWAY. This kind of attitude is a trend amongst Chinese workers in America. You arent owed a tip beyond the menu price unless the patron offers it. Thats why that is the menu price. And I am chinese American, I have no problem calling them out for the scam they do.

I have been going here for years and now the 5th owner of this establishment is horrible. I have never had such a terrible massage. The female massage lady burped over and over again as well as yawning and sighing. The head massage consisted of scratching my head and all she did was rub my feet. Nothing for reflexology and massage. The gentleman when I went to pay asked how it was and I said it is the worst experience I have had since the original owners opened it and proceeded to tell him about her burping and terrible experience and he smiled and said thank you. I said that isnt a compliment and he said I know. I will NEVER go back there.

Came here for a back and foot massage yesterday for my husband and I and we both loved it! They were super nice and the massage was so good that I fell asleep!! The price is spectacular for what you get. The music, the massage, the atmosphere…everything was perfect. We will be back. Thank you for the great experience! :)

I’ve been going to this place for a year now. Went to get a massage recently and it was one of the worst massages I’ve had! I’m in so much back pain now, all he did was elbow into me. Had to tell the guy multiple times to lay off and not do that because it was too much. Wouldn’t recommend if you want a relaxing massage!

Better massage and more effective techniques, such a fantastic experience. I had the combo massage of 40mins back and 20 mins reflexology in a semi private room. I love all the options to choose from. Helped relieve my pain and tight shoulders immensely. I’ll definitely be back!

Does not deserve a *, but I have to select at least 1* to complete the post!! This is the worst experience I have had, does not qualify as a massage!! I called this morning and scheduled a deep tissue 2 hours massage, I usually have an exceptional massage and experience. Today I had oil slapped on my body!!! Totally disappointed!!! Then she asked where was her tip? Here is my tip: get some training in massage therapy

We’re so surprised that with the high reviews, we had such a bad experience. We both had men who literally only used their elbows on our backs with no “massage” involved - just a bunch of fingernails on the feet and elbows. Maybe the women do a fabulous job but we missed out big time today.

Horrible experience. Scheduled two massages for me and my husband for his birthday two weeks in advance. Called to confirm a week before and yes they confirmed appointment. Get there for our massages and they say “sorry we don’t have you on schedule and we don’t have anyone here to do massage. Can you come back later”. No! That’s what reservations are for! Horrible communication. English is poor. This was a birthday present. Do not recommend

You cannot beat this price and such an efficient yet still calm experience. Not your typical spa situation, but if you are looking for an excellent straight up no frills massage this is your spot!!! Wear comfortable clothing!!

Appts were a mess. Finally got straight 15 minutes late and a lovely couple gave up thier spot. The massage was basic. I had a coupon for the special at $45. They kept pointing to 50 on the board. I left 50 cash. 4 EMPLOYEES stood in lobby to tell me I needed to tip. Seriously. I cant, I just cant. I will gladly tip, but not for mediocrity.

Went for their 1 hour massage, it was a very reasonable price, especially compared to other massage places. From start to finish, the massage was amazing, and so relaxing. The ambiance is peaceful too, with soft music and dim lighting. Good job you guys!

Hands down, this is the best massage I have ever had and I wasnt even laying on a table! I am addicted to their $35 1-hour foot, neck/back massage. I have neuropathy in my feet due to chemo and sometimes the pain is so bad, I can barely walk. After 2 sessions, I am walking without pain. No need for meds when Ocean Foot Spa is here!

Everyone who likes massages needs to check out the Ocean foot spa !!! Awesome place and affordable too! Their massages start at $25 for a half hour reflexology massage or $33 for an hour massage! This would make the perfect gift for a mother or anyone! Seriously though if you know a mother with young kids get her a gift card to this place - best gift you can give a mother ❤️

We got a gift certificate to the Ocean Foot Spa. One of the best gifts we ever received. That was right before the pandemic break. We havent stopped talking about it since. My wife and I walked out of there feeling like a million bucks. Were ready to go back! And were going to send gifts to others too. This place rocks!

I went in with a lot of pain but Jennifer got me squared away most awesome massage she knew the muscle groups and how to relieve the pain I will be going back I give this a five star ✨✨✨✨✨

Never buy gift certificates from this business. They do not honor them. They just want your cashWent in to use my gift certificate. Was told it wasn’t valid. I had 2 additionalCards. I get these as gifts and also purchase many as gifts. I was told the card was bought before these owners and therefore they would not honor. This is not a good business practice. My friend also had a card and she chose toLeave with me. I won’t be back again.

Don’t waste your money. Horrible experience. No communication. Felt like I was being injured. Very uncomfortable setting inside as well. Will never go back.

I really enjoyed coming here- it was very relaxing and worth the money in my opinion. I felt very calm and comfortable, the staff was friendly and skilled, the location was clean and well maintained, and the sore feet I came in with felt amazing on my way out!
