If you run this business, your front desk is a bad representative of your business.I explained to her that, since I made an appointment I should be only charged 60, she still charged me 65, then 5 dollars extra for credit. She was very short, and unprofessional. She would not listen to me about the whole appointment thing. Furthermore, she shushed me and asked me to be quiet. This was a gift for my father for his birthday which further made him feel uncomfortable. Overall the payment was 70, which I did not mind paying for. She did not ask for a tip, she demanded it. Because of this, I signed and did not leave a tip. She saw that I didnt leave a tip, and became infuriated and asked me to leave. Her exact words were, No tip, no massage. Took my dad to a place 5 minutes down the street called Great Hands Reflexology, they charged me $35 for the whole experience and my father thoroughly enjoyed it.

Walk in for a 30 min massage for $40 before I had to pick my kid up. They charge $5 for credit/debit okay. What wasn’t okay is that she stated I had to pay $20 up front before I received my massage or they wouldn’t do a massage. Why do I have to pay you 50% gratuity for a service I haven’t received yet.

I stopped in here for a quick massage. It was $60 for 60 minutes but because I was using my debit card I was told that there was a $10 up charge. I complied because I assumed the $10 was a tip. When it was time to go I was stopped at the door and asked to leave a tip. I explained that all I had was my debit card and that I was charged extra for using it so I won’t be leaving an extra tip. The women tried to tell me that the prices where made by the boss and that she only gets tips. When I still refused she yelled and told me not to come back. The massage was an overpriced middle of the mall massage. She dug her elbow into my back saying I was tense when I was really bracing myself for the pain that she was inflicting. It’s a no for me……. I’m glad customers are finding my post helpful but as for the owners response; I have no reason to lie and you shouldn’t accuse me of lying and claiming to have proof of a lie but don’t post your evidence. Maybe your therapist are over charging customers and not informing you but I was definitely up charged $10. What was unprofessional was the way she came outside following me to my car asking for a tip. She claimed that she only gets paid in tips and when I declined she shouts for me to never come back. Trash 🗑️

Thank you to the ladies who provided great quality massages to my wife and I when we did not have an appointment. After a long day, they could have been grumpy or void of energy but they were very professional and respectful with good attitudes. The price is very fair for their expert services and the place is very clean with a soothing atmosphere. I receives a full body massage that was very therapeutic and my wife got a combo foot/back. Both of us were very happy with our experience and plan to return soon.

Ive been coming here regularly for a few months now and the gentleman that massages me is a true master of his art. While there is a minor and expected language barrier, it is very easy to communicate what you want and if youd like them to focus on a particular area or ease up as needed. They dont try to sell you subscription packages or anything like some other places do. Just a very straightforward, honest and skillful service all round! Also more affordable than other places :)

Be careful they charge upfront and make you give them $20 tip if you pay with card, oh and extra $3 for card paymens! Full body massage was total $83 and she didnt even finish.. didnt do my head or front shoulders.

I really enjoy the massage experience at JC EZ massage. The new massage therapist Amber is very professional and friendly. Ive been suffering back pain for a while, and after the massage, I feel much relaxed. I will definitely recommended the place and come back again.

Massage was very mediocre. Therapist left in the middle, time was not compensated for it. Price is outrageous and they harass you for more money at the end. Would not recommend and will not return.
