I go once a month, 1h, and it totally helps my back & neck to stay stable.Good quality massages at a good price.Always good customer service!

I booked an appointment for 6:30pm on 5/2, they called in to cancel the appointment at no cost to me on 5:48pm due to emergency on therapist side. I was already driving there and stuck in the Thursday afternoon traffic, driving back home took ~30min. In total I spent 50min driving there and back. It does not seem fair that customers need to pay for the massage session if its canceled within 24 hours for any reason, to compensate for the therapists time, but they can cancel with short notice with no compensation for the customers time.I have been going to Elements Massage in Seattle for a very long time and have monthly membership, I have never ran into last minute cancellation, any change to the schedule was always communicated well in advance. Im disappointed in how this location handled the cancellation and will probably try another location.

Always clean wait room and therapy rooms. Their front office staff is always cordial and efficient!

My back was in a lot of pain so I needed a massage asap and has heard this place is good at identifying and really resolving issues rather than just giving the massage you request. The massage itself was alright and they do attend to your questions and give suggestions for future. But I did get the feeling they were upselling their subscriptions and packages when this initial massage itself with the first time discount was quite pricey to begin with. Without going into too much detail, I wasnt wowed by my masseuse too much either. Overall I think theres better places to get a massage.

I was lucky to get an appointment within a days notice since theyre usually booked for a couple of weeks. Demetri made sure to consult what my sore spots were and if there were any issues. She made sure to spend extra time on those spots and at the end, it did feel like I was more relaxed. She also pointed out ways to stay the same over the next day by hydrating more and some stretches. Highly recommended to try it out.

I called the day of because I was having severe Flu symptoms. They told me not to come in for the safety of the staff but charged me the late fee anyway. You would think they would work with me considering I had the decency to inform them of my symptoms. Ihave been a loyal member for 4+ years and they refused to work with me at all.

Rey does fantastic work! I like my massages to have more pressure and Rey definitely delivers. I will be coming here again and I recommend Rey to treat tricky knots and problem areas.

I had an amazing massage with my masseuse, Kim. The entire staff was very friendly and professional. The location is inside the shopping center where Trader Joe’s and Starbucks is located. I’m actually blown away from the service (from the introduction to the services to the water and mints at the end). I even got notes and tips from my masseuse on how to continue stretching and taking care of my body. This is a complete 360 from the other chain massage place I previously visited in the area. Fabulous time, will come again!

Elements is wonderful! The facility is not elaborate, but always clean and inviting. The front desk staff are amazingly kind and helpful, always happy to see me and help me with any scheduling needs I have. Finally, Jay is the best massage therapist around! I couldnt recommend it more.

I am ALWAYS Satisfied with my experience and interactions at this establishment. The receptionists are pleasant, considerate, and efficient. And my massage specialist is phenomenal — I always get excellent body work done and he is professional and well trained! Highly recommend!

Had a very good sports massage with Mike. He was friendly, professional, and seemed very experienced.I deducted 1 star because the cost, especially if you include a tip, is higher than I am used to paying (when living in Australia). Im not sure if thats standard here.Other than price, everything was great. Punctual and on-time appointment, friendly receptionist, clean rooms, pleasant music and aromas.Thanks!

All of the massage therapists are very professional, super friendly, and do great work. The front staff are always friendly as well. Its a rare occurrence to get a cancellation but when it happens they make sure to call immediately.

I was getting monthly massages at Elements for a while and didnt have any negative experiences. Walking in the space was relaxed and welcoming, and every therapist I saw did a great job.After a while I decided I didnt want to get monthly massages, and when I was asked if I wanted to schedule another session I said I didnt. Maybe Id get a massage in the future, but just not keep the monthly subscription. I thought that would be the end of it, until one day I looked at my credit card and saw I had been charged for every. month. since I cancelled. Four months of massages I never received nor intended to receive, with no emails warning me of upcoming charges or any other communication.I communicated my situation via email to the studio and theyve been very slow to respond, saying unfortunately, I do not see anywhere on your account that you requested to be terminated, or the form required to be filled out to confirm termination. How is the customer supposed to know what exact forms the office needs? Someone should be able to transparently stop getting massages without quietly and predatorily being charged month after month. Toxic business model, stay away and spend your money on a studio that cares about its customers.

I have taken membership and it is really beneficial as it saves you money. There are many masseuse available with different expertise. Kate is by far the best, she does massages with 3 different pressure levels as per customer’s choice and understands well issues and tries to resolve them with her expertise.Also towards the end she takes some time and explains what exercises or what equipments you can use to ease the pain.

I have been to both Sunnyvale and Campbell location and all their therapists are great. Love Teresa she is a god sent angel for Pre/post natal clients.

I have always gone to the Elements in Campbell, but because I needed a massage last minute I made it at the one in Sunnyvale. I was a little hesitant to come here because I didnt know any of the staff, but I ended up getting Brian, who seemed relatively new. Again, I was a little nervous but after talking to Brian and letting him know what I needed, my concerns were gone. He was very nice, made sure I was comfortable, and listened to what I needed/wanted. I was very impressed. Cant wait to go back!

I like the ambience of this place, and that there are many massage therapists, each with different skills and strengths. This means that you can often book a massage with little notice, and that you can try different therapists who will use different techniques, providing more variety with my treatments. I also really like the membership program, as its flexible and offers good discounts. Ive used many different massage therapists at Elements and have been satisfied with the vast majority of them. Id recommend Elements to others seeking a nice massage place to go to regularly.

I absolutely love Elements! The staff is super friendly and the therapists are great. I look forward to my monthly massages with Diana B. I have a herniated disc so the massages really help with my pain and discomfort. Dianas massages are very healing. Would highly recommend!

I had a horrible customer call experience with the desk associate at the Sunnyvale facility. The employee, Ashley, helping me started out very helpful and sincere in the call. She booked a massage for me and my partner to the only two massage therapists, both of whom happened to be males, available to our schedule. However, after I told her that I needed to talk it over with my partner because she did not feel comfortable getting a massage from a male therapist, Ashley sharply told me goodbye and hung up on me without further conversation.

Jason was extremely skilled and I experienced something Ive never experienced before in a massage: I was so comfortable I almost fell asleep!

My partner and I visited Elements Massage for the first time the day after Christmas. The front desk staff was friendly and we both felt we got exactly what we wanted out of our massages. I saw Carmela, who made sure to ask about specific problem spots ahead of time and checked throughout the session that the amount of pressure she was using was good for me. She was very knowledgeable about how to relieve tension in especially tight spots, and also gave me some suggestions afterward for specific stretches and strengthening exercises to target shoulder issues Ive basically all my life. I really appreciated the extra information/reminder about what I can be doing for myself on a daily basis and found this to be unique compared to the massage experiences Ive had in the past. My only small complaint about the experience was that the whole studio was on the cooler side that day, but Carmela was very attentive to making sure I was warm and comfortable during my session. I hope to come back soon!

I am a 35 yr old software engineer with some lower back, neck issues. I go for massage primarily as part of therapy to undo some of the damage sitting in front of a computer does to you. Tom is a very skilled masseuse. I also like that he takes the time to understand what my actual goal/problem is and recommends the massage areas/pressure based on that.

Ive had three different therapists and all were excellent. They have slightly different styles so be specific in what you are looking for, or try a couple different folks. Carmella worked a miracle, restoring mobility to my frozen neck. If you type to much you need Eddie to work on your hands/arms/shoulders. Somehow Bobby added an extra inch to my height. The reception area is exactly what you want-clean, comfortable and quiet.

The membership is worth the investment. There are several skilled therapists and the professional staff have me coming back again and again.

I was seen by Jasmin for a prenatal massage. Shes also a Doula. She was very professional and made me feel well cared for. I booked another massage for week 30 of my pregnancy and look forward to the wonderful experience again.

I have been a long time customer of this Elements Massage parlor and always enjoying the service.However, The past couple visits I have been told that they will not take Spotfinder certificate now even though Elements Massage is listed on the certificate as one of the sites that accept Spotfinder certificate.If there are issues or dispute between Spotfinder and Elements Massage, they need to resolve it. The certificate has expiry dates attached to it. As a customer, we like to use the certificate before it expires.

I came here at 10am to purchase a gift card for my friend. Google Maps says its open at 9am. But the lady inside told me that they open at 11am and refused to help me. Their schedule is not reliable, unfortunately, and staff is rude and not customer oriented.

Great customer service at this location. The first time I walked in to check it out I asked all sorts of questions and left with no pressure to join and become a member.They always check in with me after each session to ask how things went and make sure I’m happy.I love that there is no contract and If for some reason I miss my monthly session I still have the credit and could get two the following month if I want.

On March 1st, 2019, I was charged $79 for a service that I didnt want, and the staff refused to issue a refund. I had to contact my bank to reverse the charge and protect myself from unauthorized billing. I will make sure to take future patronage to a company that understands customers are valuable business partners and not generic ATM machines.

I feel like a million bucks after a massage from Mike. He was so attentive and gentle, yet very effective and removing all the knots on my back. He inquired my preferences and really exceeded expectations. Thanks so much Mike! Cant wait to return.

Dee gave a gentle pressure massage, just the way I like it! She communicated well before and during my massage. The room was clean and warm. The music was a little upbeat for my taste. Id totally recommended her & Elements!

I have had a chronic pain in my shoulder for a while now. But Mike at elements Sunnyvale is absolutely phenomenol. Not only is he a an extremely skilled massage therapist, but he is also very professional and fun to talk to. Id recommend a deep tissue massage from Mike anyday! I see a significant difference in my stiff back.

Cons:1. While I was in the waiting room, I could hear (loudly) the blenders and techno music from the juice bar next door... I thought to myself, surely I wont be able to hear that during the massage... but of course I did.. the entire time. I mean, theyre obviously trying to drown out the incessant ice blending and bass drums with water trickle sounds and zen music.2. The massage room smelled strongly of food. Im not sure if my therapist had recently taken their lunch break in the room or if they had thrown away their food trash in the there, but it was pungent and not nice.3. The oil that was used on my entire body was RANCID. I came home reeking of whatever rancid oil was used. Super unfortunate. I am a regular user of essential oils and know what a fresh, pure carrier oil should smell like... and theirs had totally gone bad.Pros:1. My therapist was communicative and did a thorough job.2. The location and decor was pleasant (aside from the incessant blending and techno music).3. The massage table was heated and that was enjoyable.4. The front desk associates were kind and not pushy with sales.Overall opinion: I wont be going back.

My masseuse didn’t speak english and was not informed ahead of time that I had booked postpartum massage. We used some time on google translator while I tried explaining what I an looking for.She was a sweet person and gave a good c section scar massage.But inability to explain my pain areas did ruins my experience.

My monthly therapeutic massages at Elements Sunnyvale are a highlight. They not only ease my arthritis pain, they also soothe my soul. The caring staff and therapists coupled with the cleanliness of the entire place are consistent and appreciated.

I love Devin, my massage therapist. She knows exactly where the pressure points are for my neck, shoulders and lower back. She only took 10 mins off my 120 mins massage for me to get ready and change, unlike another therapist I used to have, who started taking from 10 mins to 30 mins for a 90 min massage!! When I came out, even the front administrator noticed and apologized. I never have her again although she was quite good. Its a pity that Devin will not be with Elements next year.

Scheduled a massage well in advance, took time off of work, arrived and was told by receptionist that someone had called me (they didnt) to let me know I was now on a waitlist(?!) and was rescheduled to the following week at a time that was convenient for them apparently... I checked with them that they had my phone correct (they did) then checked my phone for calls (none) or messages (none). I left pretty angry and later called to ask for the manager but was told she was flying out somewhere for a week and could only send an email. I will never be a customer again and will tell everyone I know that this is what they can expect as a customer. No confirmation, no text reminder, no comms, no accountability, no concerns for the time or effort I took to come in.

I had a very bad pain in my knee and shoulder, Takako made wonders and I’m painfree now. She is very passionate at her work, caring, very professional. She is one of the best in her profession.

Professional and extremely knowledgeable people. Gives great reccomendations as well on exercises. Jaclyn is absolutely superb and has helped me to get to a better place with my back and shoulder pain.

The service here is top notch. What i dont like is the massages, I dont feel they give enough pressure for me. Other than that, its professionally ran and OK for the most part.

Diane/Diana has been CONSISTENTLY rude and condescending; dont understand why one would have someone so passive aggressive working in customer service. Management needs to train her on how to handle her pretentious attitude when speaking to others. Ill be taking my business to the San Jose location instead.
