The guy that owns this also owns the fireworks stand next door. Is this price gouging? No...but its definitely way over priced on both sides. Why? Because they know the people who come to town might not complain. The selection is limited at the vape shop - its just random pickings they have and theyre all $15-20 more than the next town. They always only have 1 employee manning both stores so you cant have people in both, AND they run a cigar lounge. I went in last week to purchase my wife a Youcan pen, it was $80. Bought it brand new and took it home. It IMMEDIATELY did not work. So I got the receipt and took it back. Without troubleshooting, discussion, anything - the clerk (long haired fellow) just told me to take it up with the Manufacturer since its a Manufacturer defect. What? I just spent $80 20min ago and youre telling me to call the MFG? Were only in town for 1 week. Im not going to do an RMA on a product you should be taking care of. I advised him that its poor customer service to sell such a high dollar item and immediately refuse to exchange it when the first one didnt work - thats just highway robbery. I told the guy I just wanted a replacement, which I knew he had because we looked at the other one when buying. Instead of discussing it with me, he immediately had attitude and was aggressive/offensive. Ive purchased from this shop since theyve opened every year and this was it. I will be telling my friends/family in town to avoid this garbage store and to just go to the next one. I really hope the one opening in Petermans fish is better. YES the guy finally swapped it out for me - but only because I told him Id just file with my credit card and theyd be out an $80 pen AND the money. Its dumb, if youre an authorized retailer you just swap it out and have your reseller deal with it. He said they were authorized, which seems like a blatant lie.

Definition of price gouging, this man charges $26-$27 for a vape switch you can go to Warsaw express and get them for $18.99 but because it’s one of the only shops around that offers vapes the prices are insanely over priced. You can save money and have longer lasting products for less going to Warsaw stores for your vape. You can even get 2 of those exact vapes that he charges a single one $26 for, for $30 as most places do 2 for $30 on the vape switch in Warsaw. Insane.

They let you sample vape flavors. They teach you how to use vape kits. There is a walk-in Humidor with wall to wall premium cigars. They have a unique selection of interesting and pretty pipes, even ones shaped like electric guitars. They sell the most complete line of pure CBD Products I have ever seen, soooo many flavors that are not in has stations! They even have the CBD drops you mix in with vape pods!

If you are looking for some of the highest quality of cbd and cigars, I cant think of a better place than here. They also have a smoking lounge that requires a membership that if I lived closer, I would absolutely subscribe to. If only they had one closer to home. The owner, Mike, is very knowledgeable of all his products and also sources many products locally. 5 out of 5 is not given easily. But, it was earned.

Almost didnt see the cigars because he has it in a separate room and has a big selection. He has a lot of knowledge with cigars. Cant wait to try the lounge he has there along with a pool table and poker table. Bring your friends for a chill night. BYOB

Michael is very knowledgeable when it comes to cigars, accessories, and fireworks. He is a pleasant man his establishment is top notch and if you smoke cigars and like relax and a great environment this is the place you should do it.

Bought an outdated vape I had years ago for more than i paid originally then they tacked on an extra 20$ ill go elsewhere.
