Southpaw Vape Co

The shop is very clean, organized, and appealing. They have good deals and great customer service. The only issue I have is the quality of their southpaw liquid, its a very low quality. I bought strawberry custard in 30 ml and received a 10 ml sky blue (blueberry) for free. Both flavors only have a hint of what they are supposed to be. I am not sure if it was the flavoring themselves, or the person who made it but it was a great disappointment. I will however take a chance on some of their premium liquids if Im in the area.

They change prices every other week Im in there I swear and they make up tax amounts higher than shops up the street. Then some ladys always in there with her child?? Whats that all about? Is that even legal? Pretty sure shes an employee and she was sitting on the couch telling me what the prices were as Im talking to the guy behind the counter. Plus the names changed in the store but not the sign. Its now clouds over Syracuse or some garbage.. not what it used to be.

Bought my first vaporizer there last week (good experience) and went in again this week with some questions, specifically about throat hit. The salesman then proceeds to try and tell me I want hundreds of dollars worth of equipment to get want I want. Knowing just enough from a google search and I walked out with $20 bucks worth of stuff that was plenty for what I wanted.I understand this is a hobby for a lot of people, but realize there are people who go to vaping to get off cigarettes. Youll lose more customers than gain by saying go big or go home. When someone asks a question, give a straight answer, then lead into a sales pitch not the other way around.Aside from what he said being off-putting, he was genuinely nice and seemed to be trying to help, but in the wrong way despite me telling him several times it wasnt what I was looking for.

Wanted to upgrade from a basic cig type to aMod/tank setup. Didnt know anything going into the store. George taught me a lot. He even warned me that it could become a serious hobby... He may be right!He also warned to to be careful and not drop the unit or id crack the tank... He was right 😔 Looks like ill be going back for a replacement!

These guys are awesome, they stay well stocked with my coils! Always an awesome experience talking to the employees and they keep me well-informed on the vape industry!

This used to be a pretty good place...it has since changed owners and its now Clouds Over Syracuse.... now its even better and they have retained some of the previous employees whom were friendly and knowledgeable about their wares.

People are nice prices are reasonable. But product i purchased doesnt last. I was very specific about what i needed and what i got did not fulfill my needs

I live 45 min away and only like one type of liquid iv been trying to call them for 2 days at least 8 times a day well they are open and will not answer there phone its very unprofessional and just lost 2 big sales from me

Iv Ben coming 2 this shop since it was E valuation and the new owners have really stepped it up great customer service not 2 many shops take the time to get 2 know there customers personally or order products per request great product selection and knowledgeable staff

Good shop but the owner lets the employees play PS3 all day and most times they are to busy playing ps3 to help you.

One of the greatest shops I’ve been to. The staff knows there stuff and the selection and prices are awesome.

Every time I go in the south paw on Genesee st in Fayetteville they never have any juice or flavors I am looking for and there shelves are always empty

Very friendly and answer any questions will order things for you and if they dont carry it they will tell you where to go. Great people.

Great staffing, pricing, and lobby area. This is a great place to buy gaping needs and hang out .

Very helpful people, both the owners and employees! The only shop I visit around here.

Claims to match all competitors, they dont in fact have the highest prices in the area.
