UPDATE 2/27. JUST PURCHASED A PRODUCT LESS THAN 24 HOURS AGO AND IT QUIT WORKING. THE EMPLOYEE VERIFIED THAT IT IS A DEFECT IN THE PRODUCT AND THEY REFUSE TO DO AN EXCHANGE MOST THEY OFFERED WAS NOT EVEN HALF OFF. I GOT TO USE THE PRODUCT 3 TIMES AND IT QUIT WORKING. THEY JUST LOST A REGULAR CUSTOMER AND ALL OTHER CUSTOMERS ASSOCIATED WITH ME.EDIT: After the owners response, I have contacted the manufacturer of the product in question and have confirmed that they offer a warranty. So it proves that this place has no interest in helping you.

I have never seen a smoke shop like this. There is good collection here and good services and very clean store and good product also. There is also a good collection.Please visit this store.

Dont live in Syracuse but I always stop in when Im there, great customer service and great selection. However on a Thursday at 9:53am the store is closed even though they open at 9:30am lights off and doors locked...no sign explaining or anything..
