Beauty Massage and Spa is amazing! I booked a last minute appointment because my traps and shoulders have been killing me! I work in the dental field so lots of arm movement and twisting. Lucy fixed me right up! When I say this is the best massage Ive ever had, Im serious! She is an absolute magician! Dont sleep on this place, you wont regret it! I will definitely be back!!!

I got a great massage here a few weeks ago. I had been walking a lot and my calves, hamstrings, IT band and lower back were all very tight. My therapist took this as a challenge! She really loosened up my legs and back with a deep tissue massage. She was fun to chat with, as well, we had a few laughs! I will definitely be back next time Im in town.

I had to laugh at the resent one star review, It also made me sad, I have been coming to Beautiful massage for a long time Lucy and all of the massage therapists here have been great. English is their second language and this is a small business they do not have a receptionist who sits at the front desk. If there is an interruption they always make up the time. Lucy and crew you are the best.

I am an ex-gymnast of 10 years, I work out 3-4 times per week, and I work in pharmacy, so when I say my traps and shoulders get sore… they get really sore. I was looking for a last minute massage in my area and this place popped up. They were able to get me in within 15 minutes which was awesome. Alice did my massage and she was amazing!!! I just told her to focus on my back/shoulders and she did just that & found knots where I didn’t even know I had them. The space is small, but very clean and cozy. My usually spot is a place in federal way because I’m pretty picky on my massages, but after tonight I will not be going anywhere else except here!

I received my 1st massage from here. Alice did it. It was so unbelievable good. I have many massages from different places and countries. But she did some wonderful different techniques to help my joints. I really recommend her

Ive had many massages in numerous spas; Beauty Massage & Spa is the best massage Ive ever had. Alice, the masseuse, was amazing! My neck, shoulder, and back muscles were so tight, but she really loosened them up. It was such a relief. My husband and I had a couples massage. It was his first time, so he didnt know what to expect, but he cant wait to go back.

We were disappointed with our couples massage experience. Despite scheduling in advance, one of the therapists frequently left the room to attend to the front desk and even took phone calls during our session. Additionally, they spoke loudly in a language we didnt understand, which we found distracting and unprofessional.The massage itself was subpar. One of the therapists applied too much pressure on my spine with her elbow, which was uncomfortable and concerning. While the therapists were polite, they seemed inexperienced. Without proper training, theres a risk they could seriously injure someone.

Came for my friends Birthday and they set up the room so cute for us! First time getting a massage and It was great! They were very sweet and professional. It was super clean, smelled good and was a very relaxing/comfy environment, I enjoyed my experience☺️!

The Hype is real.. For those actually looking for relief, this is the place you want to go.. Ive checked out at least 10 different spots in the area. The ladies have the strength to deliver true deep tissue massages and the expertise to pin point your areas of tension.. extremely professional 👏. My body loves you! Thank you for your services

Lucy is amazing! I flew in from Spokane, WA to visit a friend and decided to get a two hour massage. Lucy gave me a complimentary hot stone add on which was amazing. My shoulders and neck always extremely tight due to my profession, but Lucy worked out knots in both areas. Thank you so much for your services. I will be back.

The place is bomb. I had a 90-minute massage with hot stones. It was awesome. On the 1st day, it feels nice. The whole next week is hell haha. I will certainly go back. They also have a bonus program

This place is amazing. My boyfriend and I did the couples hot stone massage and omg it was the best. They have great customer service and their hands are like magic. I am a CNA and my bf is a sous chef and we have a lot tension in our backs. Coming here made us both feel so much more relaxed and feeling great.Thank you ladies it was an amazing experience

Best massage ever!This is great if your feeling sore and need your muscles loosened up but I did it as a couple massage and it makes for a great date night. The massage therapists were very skilled and professional; our massages were full body massages: lower back, upper back, arms, legs . My massage therapist focused on my upper back and shoulder areas where my muscles were tighter. You will not be disappointed, we will definitely return.

I work out alot and had really bad knots affecting my mobility. They were able to get them fully out. Extremely clean. Smelled great 10/10 will be coming again

Lucy was my masseuse and she was excellent! I’m very hesitant of where I get my massages. This was my first time here and it was a very clean and calming environment. If I’m ever in the area again, this is my go-to spot in Tacoma from now on.

When I get an Asian Massage I want personalized care. I’m afraid of dirty beds and floors or no real experience. This store is brand new. The girl must really care about being perfect because everything was nip tuck. Sometimes I go to a massage parlor and the beds are to stiff or to small or my forehead hurts because the hole is to big and the weight of my body is being held up by my forehead causing blocked nasal and even a headache. This store undoubtedly has the most comfortable bed I ever got a massage on. This Asian girl asked me to write a review and here it is. She is equal to the best masseuse every and the store is very clean and the beds are the best massage table I ever got a massage on! Thank you Lucy for the best massages in the world

I have been to dozens of massage parlors around the country, but none of them compare to Beauty Massage and Spa. I did a 90 minute couples massage along with my wife(who said the massage was amazing as well). As someone who works out a lot, I have very tight muscles. The back of my shoulder/neck has been extremely tight for the past several years which has impacted my athletic performance. Lucy (the massage therapist who worked on me) is the only person that has ever given my shoulder the relief it needed. I live across the country, but will absolutely come again when I am back out here as this was the best massage I’ve ever had. Thank you Lucy!!!

Was the best massage I’ve ever had!! I just got a massage and was going to post a 5star review and saw the one star review. I don’t understand why someone would say that these therapists are not trained correctly. They have been nothing but professional and very skilled at what they do. Having someone say that is not a reflection of how hard they work. FIVE STAR all the way!!

I have been to several massage therapists over the last 15 years and I have to say that Lucy is one of the very best! She takes excellent care her clients and is very well trained in a number of massage disciplines; Swedish, hot stones, cupping just to mention a few. She has a wonderful shop that is very clean, comfortable with the clients best interests at heart. You be relaxed from the very start! I have tons of structural and muscle damage from sports and car accidents over the years and Lucy is always communicating with you throughout the massage to be sure the pressure is right and if you have areas that she must be careful with, to not hurt you. Thank you Lucy , you are the best!

Love this place! They’re hours or great for people who work during the day and want a massage after getting off late. Aishah is my massage therapist and she is great at finding tight muscles and locating/addressing nots. If you want a good deep tissue ask for Aishah I’ll back soon .

Me and My boyfriend stopped by for a 60 mins body massage ($70 with a first time $10 off discount). We had a really amazing experience, the masseuses were both very professional and their strength was strong enough! The place is clean and nice, I really like that my masseuse actually find the knots I have on my neck and shoulders. She did a great job!My boyfriend said this is the best massage he had in his life!And we are both down to come back! We would probably become regulars here😂

Spent all of Saturday night looking for a massage place that would open on Sundays. Found a few that were but took a chance with Beauty Massage & Spa. Im sure glad I did!Booked online and that was an easy process. Right across the State Farm, a decent amount of parking. Upon entering I was immediately greeted by how clean and calming the inside was. Didnt wait long at all. Went in for a 60 minute deep tissue massage. I was asked to dress down and for a more thorough massage, it would be best to take everything off. Hell yeah! The best massages are when youre in the nude (get your mind out of the gutter). Nothings worse than having your underwear rub against you during a massage. Talk about chaffing!My massage therapist was Maeve and shes strong as hell! For someone of her stature, shes got some power. Enjoyed every second of it and let out some unladylike snores (didnt even realize I fell asleep!) My only regret is that I didnt go with a 90 minute massage instead.I have found my go-to spot. I will be back! If youre reading this Maeve, thank you so much for easing the major tension in my neck and shoulders! I left this morning with my headache gone! See ya soon!

I’ve had a few massages at Beauty Massage and it’s a very relaxing atmosphere. The deep tissue massages are beyond comparison. Lucy works her talent, finding problem areas and tender areas, working those areas so I feel amazing when I leave. I will continue to return for more massages. Thank you!

I was at this place today and I had a massage done by Jennie and it was the best massage I have ever had. Jennie did a very good job, I had gone for a 30min massage as a tryout and she went above and beyond, it was amazing, and I will go back there.Lucy was so welcoming and I left there feeling like I can be doing it everyday .Try them and you will have your moneys worth

First massage I walked in the door completely sore and in pain and Im walking out feeling completely refreshed. Amazing job. Very professional, not shady or weird at all very welcoming.
