I went to this massage for the third time because the other two times were perfect. The lady who performed the massage kept leaving the room multiple times during the session. Though I paid for a 60-minute massage plus tip. She only gave me a 45 minute and charged the full amount. She was very unprofessional, and I had go home and shower immediately because I felt unclean. I noticed she didn’t provide privacy as the curtain was half open during the session.

The massage was really amazing. The gentleman who gave me the massage was very skillful and kind. This will be my go-to massage place in Tacoma from now on.

The massage was good, but I didnt ask for a 1-hour body massage. I asked for a 30-minute foot massage. I wanted what I asked for, and Im sure they understood what I asked for judging by one of the other previous reviews and because I was very clear of the ask. It feels dishonest, and I had other things to do afterwards. Also, it said there was a 3% charge for the card fee. 3% of $40 is not $2. Its $1.20.

Amazing staff here that are all attentive, kind, and fun to talk to! Jenny is my personal favorite as she always has a warm smile and provides friendly, but not over the top conversation where you cannot relax during your massage. I have very bad shoulder pain and I always leave there feeling better because they take time to make sure what needs work gets that work. I appreciate every time I am there.

I’ve been here 3 times now and each time has been a professional and wonderful experience. Every person I have had massage me had been really good and makes you feel taken care of. My mom also loves this place. The prices are also very reasonable. Highly recommend!

I went here for a massage, because my usual place was busy. They didn’t ask what kind of full body massage I wanted but finally as she started it was really rough. I asked her to lessen the pressure, but each and every time she hit all the pressure points, it was not in a good way. I’ve had many massages before and none of them hurt to the point my bone ached, so naturally my body tensed up and she kept on telling me to relax. I just couldn’t relax. When another guy came to do my feet massage, it got better. He had a gentler touch and it hit the spot. It was overall not a nice experience.

I went in for the $25.00 foot massage. The lady at the desk tried to talk me into getting a $50 message. I declined because I only wanted the 30 minute foot massage. When it was time to pay for the massage she told me it was $40 I asked her why because I only wanted the $25 one she was like you got this package. I was like I didnt ask for that. Then when paying she starts whispering asking how much for the tip I was like I wasnt going to tip. Shes like you have to tip Im like Im already paying for service I didnt want. So I was like $2.00 so she can leave me alone. She then goes really?! Thats not enough you need to tip more because that isnt enough. I refuse to go back because of the fact she charged me for a package I didnt ask for and then harassed me for a tip and it says on their sign tip a 3% tip is automatically added to the bill. It isnt okay to try and take advantage of people when their getting serves . I felt very uncomfortable and will not be returning.

Very tidy environment with good air conditioning under this crazy hot weather. The staff is friendly and professional at their job. Seems now the owner has changed and they could do massages in traditional Chinese way. In general, pretty amazing place, I will definitely come again.

OMG if you don’t go get the 30 min foot massage, you are missing out. I feel amazing right now just leaving here. Best spontaneous decision I’ve made in a minute. So clean, so professional, so kind. Highly recommend!

The couple who works here are so incredibly sweet. And the massage they offer is incredible. I always go for the $30 foot massage for an hour. However, keep in mind this is an Asian styled foot massage place. It is a shared space and it’s not a luxurious foot tub it’s a bucket with hot water and a pressure pad. But the massage is focused from head to toe. It isn’t a typical fancy massage place. So don’t be expecting some high end massage salon. It is extremely clean though and one of the best foot massage places I have been to. Will always come here!!!

Ive been there several times for a massage, especially since Ive had a new boss. You can see how much she did. I have never been disappointed by the service here. I will tell my friends that ，this is a good place to relax.

I went in for a pre paid 60min massage with a gift certificate. And the guy who gave me the massage was rude and the professional boundaries I had set with him crossed the line. I have never felt so violent and uncomfortable. And then when I went to the the masseuse became aggressive and started to raise his voice over the tip that was left. I will never come back again and I strongly suggest for others to look for a different place to go.

Very clean. Followed all covid-19 guidelines. I got the 60 minute full body massage and it sent me over the edge. I have been feeling like a bowl of jelly the rest of the day. Affordable prices too! I would highly recommend.

I was recommended this place by a chiropractor office because my insurance doesn’t cover massage. It was good the lady did an add on hot stones. Then I went back months later because it was my birthday With my daughter. It was totally different people there. We did the massage and when we were done we paid them and they started harassing us for tips the older woman was getting angry and saying oh it’s your birthday next time because she saw I was shocked at her behavior! Then like 4 people come out of the back.I will never go back there. It was strange. They are ungrateful for just getting your business!

I just got a 60min body massage and a 30min foot massage here. It was SOOOO good. The setting is nice and relaxing, music is nice and isnt annoying, the person that gave me my massage listened well to what I wanted and used the pressure I asked for. Absolutely coming back!

Efficient, gracious welcome as I walked in, having no appointment. I received an extraordinary massage. The pressure used was instantly and consistently perfect; gentle and firm with not even a hint of strain. And the techniques used were expertly performed. Precautions for the pandemic were present, inconspicuous.

Went in and got the 60 min foot massage and literally my the lady who was giving me my massage stopped the service 3 different times to answer the phone and take appointments. Halfway through another lady came in with a man and my lady stopped and gave that couple a mini tour of the space.. which was so odd. Mean while Im paying for an hour service... very unprofessional! I will not be returning. I was disappointed in my experience.

My husband had the head to toe foot message. He said it was fantastic! He was like a wet noodle when he was done. The husband and wife duo work u over at the same time. Very nice people. Very affordable!

Had a few massages here. I usually get the 60 min head to toe massage for $30. Today I wanted to focus on my body so I asked for the Swedish massage ($50 for 60mins). There was a mix up and the masseuse gave me the more expensive body massage at $60 for 60 mins. It was nice though and included hot stones.

I went into this massage place with a very sore back and neck. After the lady was done I had know pain at all. She really knew what she was doing and was very professional and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Oh my goodness, went in with my mom and we were expecting just a simple foot massage and oh my we were wrong. This place gave us the 5 star treatment total full body massage for $30 a piece wowzers best massage for the best price I will definitely be back and mom is happy too!! I called at 7:15 and was told to come on in. We opted for the head-to-toe foot massage. $30/60 minutes. The description is: includes a traditional Chinese foot bath and soothing massage of the scalp, hands and feet (concentration on the feet). *add soothing back hot stone for head to toe for only $10.Very small entry with small desk/counter and water cooler. A curtain covers the entry into a modest foot station room. Appears to be six foot stations. At the immediate right look to be three private rooms for full body massage, each room entry covered with a curtain. The entire area was dimly lit.The foot stations are actually small, rectangular, adjustable ottomans? That is, each is a flat, cushioned, maybe 4.5 long bench that can adjust to be inclined during footwork and then laid flat during other body work. When lying flat, face down, there is a face hole so you can breath. My legs hung over about 18. At the end of each of these benches is another smaller ottoman that the Massage Therapist sits on while working on your feet and so it can be pushed together with the larger bench to accommodate your whole body when laying down.These benches are not high and so when laying face down, with my arms over the sides, my fingers touch the ground, not so great.When we first arrived and during our time we were the only ones there. We were seated and I had the female therapist and my wife the male. I was told to take my shirt off and place in a basket. Huh?, Okay. We were both laid back on our respective bench, a cloth placed over our eyes and a larger towel placed over our upper body.They placed our feet in hot water to soak and then they proceeded with a face/scalp massage. Then under the shoulders and upper back. Next were told to turn over and they began a back massage. Now, I didnt tell my wife about one review about the shirt and bra and so I chuckled when I heard him ask permission to lift and unhook. I was shirtless so all good. Still, I honestly was not expecting that. We didnt ask for the back/hot stone massage. There is a bit of language barrier. I was really there for a great foot massage, maybe knees down.So, back massage with lotion, hot stones, hot towel, then turn over for the front. Some medium pressure along the legs and arms. Then the actual foot massage, was pleasant but not really a massage. More like a lotion rub after the soak. There was no bending of the toes, kneading of the sole and she didnt touch the heel. Same feedback from my wife. She complained about the painful back/neck massage too, which at least one other review mentioned. After the feet, all done! It definitely did NOT concentrate on the feet.So, best one can say is that it was inexpensive. Sorry, but it was nothing special, nothing unique, nothing that really met my expectations of bringing some soothing relief from tired feet and nothing that would make me come back. Bummer because I wanted businesses to succeed in U.P.Their service menu is pretty simple and prices are fine. But Id suggest that the foot stations are poorly set up, over-shooting the idea of the foot massage by combining with a weird, full bodyish massage.

This place is the real deal. Clean; respectful, great quality massage at a fair market price. These folks are healers and take pride in their work-you won’t be disappointed.

My friend brought me here to help me relax and to get out of the house after my mother passed away. I have been going at least twice a month since. They are very welcoming and do an amazing job. The prices cant be beat

Sound foot massage is the best. They are in tune with your body pain, gentle and caring. They treat you like youre family.I always walk out of there feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
