The guy who was working the night I stopped in 10 min b4 closing was a sweetheart as well as one of the ladies I delivered doordash to for her lunch. Ill be definitely returning here for all my smoke shop supplies! Its amazing how much of a difference it makes when youre treated like a human and not just another potential sale.

This place will rip you off. They sell air fresheners for $5 more than should be. They are only worth $8.99-$9.99. If thats over priced so is everything else in the store. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Im only one person so I know it doesnt matter but the card fee is ridiculous. Ive been coming here since they opened and this is my first time seeing a card fee apparently its new. 🤷🏾‍♀️ I walked right back out. It is not my responsibility as a customer to cover your bills. I will not be going there again.

Used to come here all the time till I had a horrible experience with an employee. I ordered two vapes and decided i wanted a different flavor for one of them and the girl who rang me up said to go ahead and pick the one i wanted to replace because i had JUST bought them and hadnt even touched the vapes yet, the girl still had them with her behind the counter. So as i went to pick a new flavor she started helping a different customer and a guy came out to see if i needed help and i explained to him what was going on and i was just picking a different flavor and he actually got confrontational and aggressive with me saying it was against policy and I cant replace a vape even though i hadnt even touched the boxes yet, after standing my ground and he discussed with the girl what happened he said hed honor it this one time because of her but not to do it again. I stopped going in that day and i used to spend a lot of money there on vapes and kratom but their customer service is horrible and im not shopping at a store where an employee gets aggressive and argumentative with me. I even continued coming back there after an incident where the employee talked on his bluetooth the entire time i was dealing with him but the aggressive employee was the last straw, and when you buy a vape if you get home and it wont charge or work properly they dont honor any refund or exchanges. I go to Up Cigar now and i suggest you do as well, they exchanged a broken elf bar for me which this place WOULD NEVER do.

This is my new favorite smoke shop, been all around tacoma looking for one with little success till I came here. Great deals, great selection, great vibe and April who works there is the most dope human youd want to help you with all your smoking needs. Coming here for the foreseeable future 😊

So overpriced. Like ridiculously overpriced for EVERYTHING. And if you’re not paying attention the curly haired younger women will pocket your change sooo. Definitely won’t be going back. Screw this place. You get stolen from in every possible way they can get you.

Bought some flums today total $200.00 and open up one pebble to taste and wasn’t taste right. Went back to cashier to exchange and she taste it and said no it taste ok and and can’t exchange it. Keep asking for it to be exchange and she keeps saying no when I myself said that it don’t taste right. It taste burnt metal taste. Save myself from arguing someone that think she knows how it should taste when she said herself at first she never tried it before, I walked away and she giggles and jokes like it’s funny and it’s not. Very bad customer service. Only nice when she was trying to sell at first then boom with no exchange when the flum didnt taste right.

Beware of scam!! Today I was purchasing some ejuice that I have bought there plenty of times, except this time the cashier told me he was going to charge me $20 for each individual 15ml bottle, although it comes in a box of 2. I explained to him that no one had ever charged me that way, and that it was ridiculous to pay $20 for half the amount of juice I get from all the other brands. So, after shopping with both Dania smoke shops for the passed 2 years, I will no longer be giving them my money.If you are in need of juice, I recommend elementvape.com at this point, or even go down the road to UP Cigar. They wont scam you, unlike Dania.

Was very disappointed that they are charging over MSRP on Puffco merchandise. I always went to this shop for my new Atomizers and other accessories because they made buying equipment for the Peak Pro easy. Unfortunately I cant justify spending $120 on something that should selling for $89.99 just to save my self a couple days of shipping.The kicker is the clerk even told me that they were sold out online, thats why the price was higher. Even when I showed him the Puffco Peak Pro 3d Atomizer on the official website for $89.99 in stock.Bad experience, I would recommend avoiding for one of the dozens of other smoke shops around town.

Super nice customer service but never open on time always opens at like 11. ive waited outside for someone to open multiple times. and waited 20 minutes for someone to get back in from their “5 min bathroom break” if its gonna be longer just write 20 minutes then if your back before no one will be mad we know you need breaks but reading 5 minutes then waiting 20+ minutes isnt fun.
