Maxs Vape Shop

I went in because I had just purchased a vape kit and it just happened to be a factory lemon. I know these things can take several weeks to warranty replace. Max happened to be working when i went in tonight and he just gave me a way better vape kit for free. Thats the type of service that is going away these days with businesses.I have had tremendous fortune ever since i found max’s vape shop. I will always do my vape business at his store. Thank you again Max you made my day and a great start to Christmas!

Went to this vape shop about 4 times, bought two vapes plus 4 bottles of oil. Plus coils, I go back in to replace my coils because they weren’t mesh. I explain to the clerk that was working on 6.11 at about 4pm. He blows up on me, starts yelling at me to get out of the store. Threatens to trespass me and such. So I left. Cheers :p

I had a great experience when I went into Max’s. I believe the gentleman‘s name was Zach. It’s my first time buying a vape with a tank and he was kind enough to even load it up for me and to let me know that I need to wait before starting to try to puff. Plus, he did offer to assist me if I had any questions in the future. Thanks a lot guys. I had a great experience for my last-minute shopping.

Always great deals and knowledgeable staff. They honor a military discount ! Ive been getting my keep it 100 here as well as my coils, also trying a new sale product they turned me on to, some grape roll up flavor and Im loving it!

Was waiting for the vape shop to open after doing a nights worth of lift rides then fell asleep was woken up and called a DISH BAG 😹 Thx Max

Vaping can be overwhelming if you are new. Luckily these guys are willing and able to take the time to explain and show you all of your options depending on your needs. Very informative and never pushing a sale thanks for the help

Update: Switch to $20 bottle of nicotine liquid salts and use pod systems that refill.I have a few devices. My favorite is the VooPoo Vmate. It is $20 and the pods last a week easy. So now $50 per month is my nicotine habit. Down from the $200-$300 per month on cigarettes.Quitting cigarettes? This place has yummy Hyde disposable vape thingys in a ton of flavors. They also have Puff Bar type sticks.The Hyde ones have about 4000 puffs for under $30. The puff bars are only 300 puffs and are $9 but cute and easy to use.UPDATE: Five Full Days No Tobacco Use!No chewing Tobacco, no cigarettes!Ive used only four Hyde disposable vapes.My early model was pretty good, but it was shaped like a bottle with a weird plastic mouth piece that was like a robot nipple.I really like the Rebels and the ones with variable air flow speed. My second Rebel that was Tropical Gummy flavor was amazing but after two days I dropped it in the bath tub...so technically Ive only used three vapes to quit smoking and for the first two weeks I did both smoking and vaping. Also none of my Hyde vapes are out of juice yet. So they last about a week for a heavy smoker.Now I can smell better with my nose and my aroma wont offend people as much any more.Favorite Flavor: Tropical Gummy (Flavor Party!)Second: Strawberries and Creme (Super Smooth)Third: Watermelon Raspberry (Slightly Ice/Minty)Im going to pick up a couple more and update on flavors here. Also the Cali Juice Puff Bars were all nice for the price, none stood out as the best flavor.In the image the Red/White is the air flow model.Blue Nipple Tip is the old model.My favorite is the Rebel with Silicone caps, which is the purple pink and aqua-marine with black tip.The other two are the Juice Bars and the last one is a VUSE for comparison.

The staff is fantastic and very helpful. Love Bree and Zach, and Max and his wife. They are very patient and go out of their way to ensure their customers are happy. Unlikely some other Vape stores I have bought at, I have never been sold low quality products here, ie; second rate juice or a pack of coils only to discover 1 or 2 dont even work. I highly recommend that you give them a try. You wont regret it!

I really liked the people there. They were very helpful and laid back. I appreciated the advice we got for a couple questions we had considering I bought a device I knew very little about. I felt like I was treated with respect and appreciated as well. And liked the fact that they were willing to converse about life stuff as well but didnt pry. I recommend checking this place out.

First off, their juice brand Maximizer is excellent, great flavor and hits smooth, try it out!! Also the costumer service is great. I have only been here twice but definitely plan on becoming a regular. The workers here give off a very comfortable environment, are very knowledgeable and passionate about what they do and are more than willing to help and answer questions! My first time here I came in for a replacement glass for my tank, they showed me their options and I was actually surprised because they immediately asked if Id like for them to replace it for me, which was a first, most shops just ring you up and dont even offer napkins lmao. They made sure it was clean from broken glass, replaced and primed my coil for me, and had it done within 5 min, thanks guys Ill be seeing you more often!

I was looking at the discontinued vapes so I had a back up for my smok. All the cashier did was dissuade me from the discontinued product and try to make me feel like I wasnt even worthy of his time. I havent ever been insulted in that way, then the guy let me know that the rope was there for covid but its not even nesscesary anymore. Those ropes kept me from seeing the product In the be cases behind the rope and then he lost a sale because that was easily the worst customer service Ive received....everI called up to speak to the manager, its was the sales associate that helped me . Their business isnt exactly popping off right now and the idea of him having that angle on customer service and thinking its okay they wont be open very much longer I cant believe theyre still open

I have purchased all my vape juice from Maxs for the last year and I have yet to be disappointed. Truthfully Ive only gotten their house made juice because its so good. They also have a wonderful policy that allows the customer to bring the juice back if they didnt enjoy it and trade it for a new one. Incredibly helpful and friendly people, thanks guys.

Good prices, good equipment available. But they dont even have replacement glass for the tanks they sell. And their house juice isnt that good. But theyre always trying to push that and they lack in other brands.Overall good place to buy coils or new mods. And peruse the juice options when your there.

These guys are so freaking awesome. They go the extra mile to make sure all of their customers are well taken care of and go out of their way to help even if it doesnt make them any money. Love these guys and I will never go to another store.

I wanted to like this place. I was new to vaping and with their help selected my first vape package. I was so pleased with their knowledge and juice flavor that I bought another Mod the next day for a family member. But that Mod broke inside of two days and when I brought it to their attention the guy did a 180 with a verbal delivery that was just rude and spelled tough luck for me. I just spent about $125 and gave them repeat business. I felt he could have been gentler and also offered a discount on a replacement Mod at the very very least. I was well on my way to becoming a new regular with many potential sales as well as a good review so I would have thought in the big picture kind of way he could have treated me with respect. But as it is, Im still vaping and giving my business to someone who can both earn and keep it using simple courtesy and respect.

I’ve been purchasing products from Max’s since before Covid and for the most part like the place and the workers until I purchased some throw away tanks and inside the box were 2 different tanks and they wouldn’t replace the one . Then they sold me a bottle of expired juice and would refund or exchange for a new bottle so I won’t be going back . They lost regular customer that they clearly didn’t value in the hard times.

Great shop. Felt comfortable first time in and even got some free samples which were bomb. They do carry their own line of nic salts as well which is unheard of. Like this shop a lot and will return.

Great service, huge selection of ejuice. They had the mod I was looking for in stock at a good price and were very knowledgeable and helpful getting it all set up.

The owner is a very nice man, i bought my first mod from one of his employees. Best prices and recent and latest atomizers at the best price in Tacoma/northwestUS. Excellent vapor shop, full of options.

Great customer service. First time there was because they were open later than other stores, but keep returning for the customer service.

Im very glad I dropped by here today. I had been to 3 other vape shops looking for atomizers for my Ego Aio vape pen and nobody else had them. But Maxs did! Zach, the salesperson, was very helpful and friendly. Ill be back, thank you.

Stopped in rather than my regular vape shop in Puyallup & was very impressed, & Im pretty picky about my vape shops. Customer service was top notch & their selection of mods, coils, juice, & especially their replacement parts was amazing! They had replacement glass for my tanks that Ive not been able to find anywhere. So glad I noticed their sign while getting off the freeway looking for a gas station! I now stop in after every monthly Drs appointment in Gig Harbor on my way back to Puyallup.

The people working there are soooo nice and can hold a conversation about anything. only shop in tacoma that always has coil wire. they dont just ask you what you want then you leave, they have a ton of knowledge about the wire and mods. i bought a blueberry house juice about a year ago and HATED IT, but yesterday i decided to try their house juice again and got james peach its soooo good. i wish they would get a different building it would probably up their sales.

Best vape shop in Tacoma. They have excellent customer service and are very knowledgeable about their products. They also have a great line of juices that are a pretty cheap price. Overall the best vape shop experience Ive had!

Amazing place to shop for vapes. Today was my 18th birthday and they treated me so well and answered all my questions. They even gave me a discount for it being my birthday! Incredible service, I will for sure be back.

We love going to Maxs! We live on Vashon Island and will make a special trip. Max is very informative but not pushy. They dont steer you to buy something you didnt come to buy. There are also very personable, its nice not to be just another face when you visit. If you like to vape or even if you dont...stop by Maxs vape shop. You wont be dissapointed.

Good knowledge of vape scene, was talked into the house juice maxximus, Id have to say, it was the worst experience Ive had with mystery purchasing a product unfamiliar with. The juice was oversold as good, when i tried it, it was as though two flavors tasted the same, like nothing, and they both burnt my throat and couldnt run proper wattage for my setup. My advice on the house juice? Dont buy it. They should pickup more professional name brand juice as Ive never had the same issues as i did with the maxximus house juice. Dont get fooled by all the house juice on the shelves, take it all away and your dealing with a convenience store vapory. Keep trying Max.
