Smokin Willys Drive-Thru

My mom came here and does not smoke nicotine at all! She told the lady that she was buying the puffs for her daughter, the lady never told her to blow in the puffs from the back and she could check it that way. The puffs did not work. We tried to exchange them and they would not let her. So I tried four more puffs of the same brand none of them worked. We ended up getting a different brand. Which didn’t make sense because they wasted $40 when they could have saved by replacing the old ones with a different brand from the beginning. I have gone here a lot and I usually like their customer service, and while the woman had great customer service the man was who wears a mask had horrible customer service.

This is my go to place for cigarettes. There cartons are at least $15 cheaper then anyone around town. They have great coffee. Wednesday is double punch day for your tasty coffee.

I come here all the time for my vapes and energy drinks. They always have a great selection of products. Employees are always welcoming and helpful and are pretty fast! They even come outside rain or shine to take your order to keep the line moving. I have never had a problem. EVER! Always great service when we come through. I will be continuing coming back.

Stop in every time Im in Tacoma . There coffee is the best love Dilanos . Prices are a little steep but the team deserves it for all the rude customers they have to put up with during the day ! See you on my next trip thank you for being on point !!!!

This place is a coffee and smoke shop. Its drive-through only. The prices are decent. If there is a line they do their best to come out and help you car side to get your order ready while you wait.

I do love this place and it’s employees, but unfortunately won’t be getting coffee here anymore because the owner has raised the prices of coffee ridiculously. He’s made it so you pay for each individual thing that goes into your drink. My partner and I both like to get drinks so when we were told almost $20 just for a 24oz and a 20oz, I almost told her never mind. However I do love the people that work there and I wasn’t going to do that to them. I’ll still get wraps when I need em but this won’t be my coffee spot anymore 😞

I absolutely love this place. The women that work there are awesome always a positive attitude and smiles on their face. Great customer service just all around good people all of them.

I use to come here all the time, seems now they aren’t even open and can’t be decent enough to update their business website for both locations. Drove to both locations for no apparent reason! No sign for reason of closure or anything either

I come here all the time, however today when I went it went from being my go to spot to never again. I told the gentleman my puff was making a cracking noise and it was not working as it should. His comment was are you sure you did not switch it out and said because he saw a cloud of smoke when I hit it the 1st time that my elf bar was considered working. No I didnt switch it out.....like seriously.... thanks for the defective elf bar .........

Absolutely horrendous management. Makes you read a whole book just to get a job there, barely trains you in opening and closing duties, sell single cigarettes out the packs which last time I checked is illegal, hides the packs they pick from from the tobacco rep when he comes, so many shady things in this business. Owner says he cares about employees but subtly belittles them in the process. And to top it off no breaks at all for 8+ he shifts. Like come on…

I just want to thank the staff at Smoking Willy’s for all you do! We see you out here hustling in the rain, snow, and heat with a smile on your face, I go out of my way just to get my vape and tobacco products here. I have always appreciated that they carry a wide verity of product. I am not a huge coffee drinker, but when I do get one it’s always on point. I prefer their Italian sodas and frappe’s.

Wow, I wish Id find this place earlier. They have many brands of cigarettes, in stock, thats just amazing. Im saying that, because i smoke parliament light, short, are very rare.When i called them, they said, that they have all kinds of parliament. Thats just amazing. In a radius of 3 miles from my home, went to about 6 gas stations and tobacco shops, just they didnt carry them as thay said, there are very rare customers.I love this place, Ill be back.

Google maps hours said 24 hours. Not the case. I am here now just after midnight and a quarter tank less than where I was before I came.

No longer 24hrs and the person opening on Sundays is already 20 minutes late and counting. They just need to get reliable people to run this location. Other than that they are fast and well priced. After calling the 24hr location, Im learning that the person opening is unable to get into the building and is waiting for the keys to be delivered. 2 stars for effort.

The new employees are terrible they aren’t friendly and always act like you’re putting them way out of their way when you ask them a simple question nicely. When I tried to but a hyde bar edge they wanted $30 when the previous day I went there and they wanted $25 for the same Hyde bar except it had more hits which makes no sense and then when I called to verify the price they said they can’t give prices out over the phone I’ve never seen any other place charge that much for a Hyde edge they’re usually $23

Friendly Knowledgeable staff! If you havent tried their home baked breads or wraps, youre missing out! I love that they always carry my favorite flavor Rockstar too. Very affordable!

I see some folks accusing the clerks at this business of being rude. I suspect those folks are simply malcontents with unreasonable expectations of people who spend eight hours a day having to deal with , well, malcontents with unreasonable expectations. I have been buying smokes, coffee and candy bars from them since they opened several years ago and have found then to be consistently pleasant, friendly and helpful. Too bad they have gone out of business. That was my #1 place to stop off and grab my doses of nicotine. Good luck gang. It was fun while it lasted! UPDATE: They have reopened! Some ownership issues I guess, all good now and as friendly as ever!

As long as I dont go during the morning shift, my experience is fantastic! all, but one employee is pleasant and helpful, earning many tips from me since the business opened. but one guy in the morning is , to put it mildly is lacking in customer service skills and I dread having to interact with him, even spend up to $2 extra just to avoid him! I would give this business 5 stars if it werent for him!

I was having the worst day ever. I have no sense of direction and my map appwas misbehaving. I was hopelessly lost I called willys and talked to the nicest guy ever, TJ, who directed me to willys The man with the cheapest yet always top quality cigarettes. You cant have a successful smoke shop unless you have employees who are devoted, kind and willing to go that extra mile to help the customers!!!

I wanted to take a minute and acknowledge great customer service. It is rare these days . IPulled thru smokin Willy’s today for several packs of smokes ( imagine that) lol. Peyten waited on me and she was a breath of fresh air. She is very welcoming, polite and has product knowledge . She seems to love her job and where she works, which certainly reflects on herCustomer service . I don’t usually write reviews but on Peyten’s behalf I wanted to take a minute to thank her and let her employer know that she is a diamond and I am sure brings many return customers to your business ! I know this place is supposed to be for tobacco products, but their food is AMAZING!!! Wayyy better quality than starbucks. their pizza bagel was the BEST bagel I’ve ever had, and their raspberry dessert was one of the best desserts I’ve ever had!!

Been going here for about 2years, but now it seems they want to sell coffee also. So last time I waited in line for about 15 minutes while everyone else was jockeying around trying to get in or out, with the two cars waiting in line for their coffee blocking one lane that u cant see till u go around. So now I will find a cigarette store that knows their business.

Quick friendly service. Cheeper than the smoke shop across the street. Always have dog cookies for my dogs in the car.

Terrible people own this smoke shop! They are rude, stuck up people with no regards for other peoples lives..the entire family needs to go on a diet too!!! Lol

I dont like that they sell food on one side and coffee on the other side. Now u always gotta wait forever just to get a pack of smokes! Advice, if u just want smokes, go across the street to thunderbird. Still super cheap but way faster

Smokin Willys offers 3 things i love - drive thru convenience, the option of espresso, and proximity to other places i go. The staff are very friendly and they carry a limited supply of other smoking related items. No 5 stars because they are not 24/7, and the entrance/exit to the busy street needs work.

Im not mad but it was super frustrating to not be able to use my husbands debit card. Our last names match, I know the pin, its legal but how I can I be mad a safety policy. I guess its cash only for me

Was wonderful for years. Now the employees seem clueless and prices went up 38% in a two week period. Not getting anymore of my money now.

We recently moved to Tacoma area from Kansas. My daughter ran out of tobacco so we went here to buy a bag of tobacco. We saw several drive up windows and doors. We opened the door and went inside. There was a young man and woman who looked to be sorting boxes. The young man got up and looked at us with a mixture of fear and shock. About that time a man appeared behind my husband and asked him. What are you doing here? My husband said. We are here to buy tobacco. The man told him that we cant be there. The young woman told me that it is only by drive thru window.My husband and i drove off embarrassed and angry. I think the main reason why they were fearful was because my husband is obviously hispanic. They assume all hispanics are thieves and criminals.If they want to make sure no one comes in their ENTRY door, they should lock it and put a sign saing no entry.My husband and i are not thieves!!We drove to another tobacco shop to buy tobacco. I will never do business at a place that treats their customers so rudely as we were treated.

I bought two puff bars and both of the batteries were dead when I opened them. I asked to exchange them and they said sorry you have to call the manufacturer. I would not recommend this place due to bad customer service.

Bought a carton from them. Wish I would have inspected the packs better. Ended up with a carton of very stale cigarettes, pretty sure these are at least a year old.

Always go to Smoking Willys. I used to be very close. And there are 3 other smoke shops right there as well. The prices are the best. Save money with the friendlyest most polite people. I drive across town to shop at smoking willys.
