Vapor St8 2.0

Just took my new smok out of the box but after adding juice, I turned it on, then realized it was already on and almost dead with a used coil inside. Is this a normal practice for places like this

I went there for the first time a week ago and bought a Geek bar it was a great price compared to the store I usually go to so I told the cashier and he asked how much I pay at the other store…….very next time I go back the price has went up 5 dollars needless to say won’t ever tell someone how much I pay again lol

Vapor St8 is a good vape shop but there is definitely room for improvement. The store itself is very dingy, missing ceiling tiles, kind of dirty feeling... But my biggest concern is that they seem to have difficulties keeping their stock levels up. Maybe we just buy unpopular flavors but my husbands preferred juice is rarely in stock.Aside from that the employees are usually helpful and friendly and theyve made it clear that they have a good refund/exchange program if you buy batteries from them.Overall Im satisfied with Vapor St8 and I will continue to shop here regularly.

This is the only place I go. The customer service is outstanding. I have been going here for years, and they ALWAYS have what I need. They even have great pet service. They have pet treats!!! Great store all around 👏 highly recommended.

This Place Has every Vaping nicotine product that anyone could want!!!!! ON TOP OF that THEY HAVE THE GREATEST VIBING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! If theres something you need flavor or non flavor they have really good deals and GREAT JUICE LINES!!!!!

Have a great selection and the two employees Ive dealt with while there have been super helpful and make for an enjoyable trip to the vape store!

Went in just to see what they had for mods because my boyfriend bought me one and constantly takes it. 😂 I wish I got her name but shes super helpful and patient with my selecting of juice. Ill definitely be back for my vaping needs. And so the boyfriend can get the one I just got. 🤣

Great location for me. Good selection of juices. And sample bottles for almost all of them. Prices are the best Ive seen. Went in for a specific salt and they didnt have it. Wound up with a new mod and several other bottles. No pressure to buy from the sales staff. They are very knowledgeable about their products. Showed me how to make adjustments on the new mod. Sat in the shop for a couple hours just BS. Again super people to deal with and great prices. Will be back when I make it back to Tacoma.

The employees were super nice! They have a great selection. Only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because all 6 vapes I got from there yesterday were burnt so I’m not very impressed with that.

Nice shop! The staff member I met was really helpful, knowledgeable, and funny. He hooked me up with an awesome vape kit to help transition from smoking cigarettes. He helped me find a juice I liked, in the right nicotine strength for me. He definitely knows his stuff. So far, I enjoy the vape.I ended up walking out with a full vape, bottle of juice and a pack of coils for under $100. Will definitely return.

Stopped in now that the ban has finally been lifted and what a great shop! They had my favorite juice at a great price, too. The staff was very friendly and I had a great time chatting while I filled my tank with some delicious peach pear. 🍑🍐

This is great shop. The staff here is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Im not local in the Tacoma area anymore, which is shame because I wish I could go in here regularly. One of the employees spent an hour chatting and helping me pick out new juice. They have a huge selection. With all that being said, being from hilltop, this shop is in one of those neighborhoods my family asks me to avoid. Parking is hard to find, but if youre willing to go you wont be disappointed.

The staff is amazing! My tank broke and since I cannot afford to buy a new one they hooked me up with a disposable tank from FreeMax. See its a new product they have and im one of three people to have bought it. They are super helpful too and the prices for coils, batteries, and juices are cheaper than anywhere else. They are amazing. I recommend going to their store on 112th and Steele St in Parkland or their store in Bonney Lake.

Highly recommended. Great prices and no issues taking my money. Ive had serious issues with the lady at Super Vapes not taking money i just got from an atm, and Im not the only one who complains. This place as great fluid, a cool rewards system, coupons, great service... You cant ask for better.

By far best e-cig shop I have been to. Brandon is the best, and so helpful and gave me the right stuff. Finally got some good juice that doesnt leak out of my box mod!

The negative post was obviously from someone who did not take the time to ask the right questions or doesnt know their gear. Chris does NOT misrepresent his items! Chris runs a great shop and cares about his customers. The owners are wonderful and the store is beautiful.This is coming from a guy who works at another vape shop. Keep it up Chris!

Excellent customer service, super friendly and they always have the coils I need. I dropped my vape earlier and the glass shattered. Went here and asked, within 3 minutes I had a new one.

Great shop with knowledgable guys. The best part would be the try before you buy. Samples of all their flavors. Awesome shop all around its well worth the 35 min drive from my house. Ive gone to shops closer to me but they just dont compare

I miss this vape shop so much. I have moved to Texas and cant find a vape shop anywhere near the caliber that this shop is. Customer service is excellent, they always have great juice, and they have answers when I have a question. These guys know their craft and if by chance they dont, they can find out more quickly than I could. I cant say enough about this place.

Great place to buy vape related merch. They helped me out with a manufacturer defect and shipped me out a replacement even though I was out of state at the time. Great customer service and a safe place to buy your gear because they will take care of you.

The hired employees are very nice, at least as of last year they were. But the owner chris is rude and discriminatory towards customers that arent there to drop a bunch of cash. If you just go in for ejuice and someone comes in behind you looking to buy a new vaporizer set, he will literally walk away in the middle of a question youre asking. I saw it happen to others and he did it to me several times. Itd be funny if it wasnt so rude. The selection is only soso and the ventilation is terrible. its always thick with vapor and unnaturally humid in the winter.

This shop is great!! One of the largest selections Ive seen, from beginners through high end. customer service was also great, very knowledgeable. Glad to see a shop like this in the north end.

Sold me the wrong coils when it happened the first time I thought ok they made a mistake but it happened a 2nd time. Then when they said they had the correct ones for me I drive all the way there and theyre still not the right ones. No more done with this shop

If you want to go to a Vape Shop that actually knows their stuff, this is the place. They have a wide selection of items for advanced and beginner vapers. Contrary to another persons review (Dimirias Ranpere), they actually have an original Sentinel, not the clone. That guy is either jealous, or just doesnt know the difference between an original item or a clone. Chris and Ajax will honestly tell you if the item youre looking at is an original or clone. Not to mention clones work just as well as the originals in most cases, theyre just easier on the pocket.But either way, Chris and Ajax know their stuff, they understand the more complex issues that advanced vapers face and can help trouble shoot issues. Ive seen them actually turn a sell away when they had to close down at night, because it was a newer vaper that wanted a more advanced mech mod and didnt understand how they worked. Because thats not something that can be explained in 5 minutes, you really need time to go over the details and safety with the battery. Most vape shops would just sell the person the mod and battery and count it as another happy customer. Hell most vape shops dont understand battery drain and what ohms are safe with what battery. Vape Cafe actually cares and would rather have a customer be safe then just get another sell.This is by far, one of the most knowledgeable shops around, plus the VC is roomy and set up extremely nice. Its a great atmosphere to be around and they carry higher end equipment for the more enthusiast type vapers. So whether youre just starting out or an advanced mech user, this is a great place to go and get your vaping equipment.

If your looking for a great selection of vape juice and all things vape. This is your spot. Everyone that works there is very helpful and has great attitude and very knowledgeable about what they are selling. This is my go to vape store.

Great shop, i live less than a mile from this place so i frequent every week or so, great juice selection, friendly staff, good prices, even their stache vape juices are really flavorful too, definitely reccomend for anyone in the area

Really rad place. Guy that helped me out let me try out a bunch of different flavors, gave me a bit of history about the store, and suggested some good places to eat nearby. Ill definitely be back next time Im in town.

First timer, I was berry satisfies Im new to vaping trying to quit smoking cigarettes the guy was berry helpful taught me how to build cause I was having problems with it. The inside is verry neat I recommend this to everyone. They have a large variety of awsome juices. 5 STARS

My wife and I have been vaping Flavor Saver for almost 5 years now and Ferris Wheel added to our favorite as well. We dont and wont ever vape any other brand or flavor, tried them all and theres nothing like these two. Stache Vape/Stache Sauce will always be #1 to us!

Back when they first opened, Vapor St8 didnt really carry what I needed and I was established at other vape shops. Now that the other vape stores are struggling, Vapor St8 seems to have everything I need now hehe - so its been my go-to for the past 2 months.

Just a Fasttech shop that sells crap at a huge markup.; Only has 2 peas in a pod and Miomi juice, both really suck hard. They have 5 pawns juice too but thats nothing special. Tried to sell me a $11 grand vapor sentinel CLONE as a legit item for $200STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

I go out of my way to visit this location. I live in eatonville and work and bonney lake, if I dont hit the bonney lake location I make my way out to 2.0! The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the location is easy to get in and out of!

I enjoy the service of day shift. Evening shift not so much. Went in looking to buy a new mod vap the evening shift acted like they didnt want me to buy anything... so I didnt. Day shift guys. Way nicer.
