Millennium at Midtown Nail & Day Spa

After going to many nail salons around town I started going to Millennium for my pedicures. They did a great job so I kept on going. I wanted to get a full set with dip polish on my nails and the first time I was highly disappointed. I went back and the technician tried her best to fix it. I lived with it but stopped getting my nails done and just stuck with getting my pedicures. I got dip again for Mother’s Day. They were better than the first time but still looked fat and not natural looking. Went again on 5/31. Again I was disappointed. Not only that I was over charged an exorbitant amount to get a chrome finish and you can’t even see the chrome on my nails. Every time I look at my hands I am disappointed because for the cost, my nails look like I did them myself. Again the customer service as far as booking appointments and the atmosphere is great but I can’t get a tech to do my nails to my satisfaction. And no I am not an overly picky person.

I called and made an appointment for my husband and I the very same day. When we were going to be late, I had no problem calling and pushing our appointment out further. Excellent service and the best nails I’ve ever had!!! My husband got a pedicure, as well, and said his feet feel great! My toes match my fingers and both look very professional! Would recommend anyone and will be returning!

Millennium nail & day spas are the best in Tallahassee! I’ve been going since they opened so many years ago. Always constant high quality service with a smile. It guest natter which tech you get; they only hire the very best!

Amy did a fantastic job with my gel manicure and pedicure. She was very detail oriented and made the whole experience very relaxing.

First time here. Nice place and staff nice. But beware, I scheduled for the express and the technician upgraded me to gel without asking me. My bill went from $35 to $55. I found this out when I was paying at them front desk. The receptionist at the cash register asked me of I wanted to speak to the manager and I declined. It is not about the money, it is about trust in the business and staff. It is not good business to increase the service without informing the client first.

Annie has been my nail tech for years, and although I took a break she was ready at my return. Annie takes her time on every single nail and no detail is left out. I look forward to each appointment she goes above and beyond with exceptional customer service,:-)! When it comes to my pedicures my girl Lo gets it right everytime I love these ladies and enjoy each visit!

I had a great experience getting my nails done! I did have to wait a few minutes past my appointment time but after that it was no problem. The technician I had made sure to ask me questions along the way if everything was to my liking and knew exactly what I was wanting. The atmosphere is wonderful and I’ll definitely be returning

I took my 3 girls in as well as myself prior to going on a cruise. The staff was super nice, helpful with suggestions, and very professional!! I totally recommend this place!! There are a wide variety of services that make the whole nail thing enjoyable and worthwhile. If you want a design, please let them know ahead of time for scheduling purposes. I will definitely be returning!!

I had the Spa Manicure and the Hydrating Sugar Pedicure. Both technicians made me feel comfortable and did a terrific job. My nails were a mess but I walked out feeling well groomed and better looking than when I walked in.

Seven (I think that was the name) did an amazing deluxe pedicure on me! It had bn a long time since Id bn here and this time didnt disappoint. Ive got HAPPY FEET again!!! 💅 😍

My technician for my pedicure was gentle while trimming my nails and cuticles, even with the pumice stone. My only thing was I wish he would have used more pressure during my leg and foot massage.Thank you

Amelia was wonderful! This was my first pedicure in a year because I had surgery last spring which involved having veins removed from my lower leg. Amelia was very gentle with the area which relieved my anxiety about getting a pedicure after all of this time. I will ask for her again. She is a keeper!!!!

Emma was wonderful and did an amazing job. My toes look fantastic. My massage was wonderful and the salon was lovely. I highly recommend it to anyone needing a great spa service.

Nice atmosphere and people. Amelias skills are excellent. I would ask there be some way to minimize the strong chemical odors. It may have been from the salon area. Otherwise, Im glad Ive reconnected with the salon.

I usually visit the Bannerman location, tried this spot bc it was closer. Judy did my express pedicure, the Spa service comes with a full massage. The express is your standard pedicure, her “massage” included oiling my leg and applying lotion. If I go again it won’t be to her. The polish looks good

Annie at millennium at midtown is the absolute best! I came to her over a year ago with damaged nails and I went from having acrylics for over 7 years with worn out nails to finally having long beautiful natural nails. She is very attentive to shape and maintaining nail health, I highly recommend.

My daughter in law and I went for a pedicure and we had a very nice relaxing day and the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. Yes, we will be back for the whole treatment of mani/Pedi in the months to come.

Erika is an all around wonderful stylist! She listens and works with clients while cutting and styling.I woke up this morning loving my new cut just as much as I loved it when I left the salon yesterday.

This is my first time trying Millennium, service is amazing. Went for CBD pedicure and manicure, it’s very relaxing and wonderful experience. I will Definitely recommend this place. Coming back again soon!

The best place in Tallahassee to get a pedicure! Booking online is easy and I can usually get an appointment within a few days. I think the prices are great and Monica gave me an exceptional pedicure today!

Thoughtfully designed space with plenty of stations to handle the influx of people needing some pampering or just wanting to feel and look good in life. Highly suggest requesting Sabine for your manicure/pedicure, and Dre for a custom massage.

I got a gel polish manicure with Amelia today and it was AMAZING as always! She is always so kind and caring. I highly recommend her. I also got a custom 50 minute massage with Valerie and I feel so relaxed. I will definitely be rebooking with both of them!

Came there for a pedicure for both me and my mother, and Maddie and Jalaih were excellent. Our feet feel so amazing. My mother and I would recommend them again. 😊

I’ve been here a few times and they do good with styling hair but I got my hair dyed blonde and the finished product looked nothing like the inspo picture I showed. so patchy, not dyed to the root and not even the same color tone at all. I tried to see if they would offer a correction or atleast a discount and they only offered to tone it with the SAME STYLIST but at that point I just didn’t even want to go back. They said the stylist says that based on our consultation my hair matched what i said but if you saw the inspo picture trust you would absolutely not say that. Needless to say I will never be coming back to get my hair dyed ☹️

My Nail Technician is the best, always! She’s nice and pays attention to detail. I only know my color scheme when I arrive and we work together on the art design/ placement. I’m keeping her a secret lol. Top notch service!

Judy is wonderful! She has taken great care of me every time. I would love to give five stars based on her service. Unfortunately, I was shocked today that there was a charge for my glass of wine. I have never been charged for wine, soda, beer, or any other beverage at a nail salon in my life. I do not believe that this is a good practice, good customer service, or customary for this environment.

I walked in without an appointment today and they got me right in for a deluxe pedicure . I had a great experience!!

This was my first time at Millennium. My son bought a gift certificate a couple of years ago, but I just got around to using it. I didn’t have the actual certificate, but I had all the information: certificate number, a copy of the email confirmation, etc. They told me that was fine when I checked in, but when I checked out to pay, they wouldn’t honor it. It took my daughter calling the manager to get them to honor it. The micro French gel manicure that I got only lasted 5 days before it started to peel. I traveled so no dishwashing or anything that would compromise the manicure. I used $50 of the gift certificate for a manicure that I was told would last two weeks at least. Emailed the salon and the manager twice but no response. Figures. Unprofessional. Do not recommend.

Jamie was great! She cut my hair just how I wanted it. She has a light touch and the whole experience was very calming.She’s very nice and very professional!

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!Very surprised to see they have a 4.5 star rating. By far the WORST nail experience I’ve ever had. Left with BLEEDING fingers and in immense pain. Management’s only “solution” was to offer a redo, but due to the open wounds on my fingers now, I refused. On top of that, the quality is absolutely atrocious!!! The acrylic is extremely thick and the “design” is comical. Do NOT come here!! Save your money and go to a better salon. I attached my inspiration picture as well.UPDATE: After emailing their CFO for days, they GHOSTED and BLOCKED me. So much for “professional.” They fought me at every point to avoid giving me a refund. RUDE & HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!!

I wish I’d asked for the name of the guy who did my nails because they’re horrible. I’m not one to normally write a review but I’m honestly so upset. I told him I didn’t want him to cut the insides if my nails multiple times and he still did. There is also topcoat polish all over the skin of my nails. I also paid $40 for a gel manicure polish change, which is absurd, at that rate, I would’ve just gotten a full gel polish manicure. I’m just honestly so upset and had an awful experience.

I had a wonderful experience with Erika Henderson, master stylist. She listened carefully to my wishes, and patiently explained different ways I could style my hair. It was a relaxing and fun experience, and I will definitely be back to see Erika!

Tina cut my nails as requested. I have circulation issues and she rubbed my feet and legs without giving me pain. She was sweet and gave me a wonderful experience. I will see Tina again.

This place sucks, my fiancé went there for a manicure & pedicure. They told her it would be 1.5 hours total. It was less than an hour, maybe an hour and 15. The service was terrible and they did NOT live up to expectations at all. They were rushing her and not taking the time that was paid for to really give a good pedicure massage and manicure massage. They over charged her in my opinion to not be getting the full amount of time and detail described. The nails and polish are nice but the rushed services were not good. Do not waste your time or money going here! If you’re going to pay luxury prices, deliver luxury service. 😡

Im been to Millennium at Midtown Nail & Day Spa several times and have loved the experience but, my most recent appointment was incredibly disappointing. Ive never had a Pink + White set before and I was very excited/nervous to get them done. The entire experience was rushed (only took the guy 40 mins if that), the nails are uneven in length, and I was in incredible pain for days after the fact because they were applied so poorly (had to use neosporin on every finger because my cuticles were so inflamed). DO NOT GO HERE FOR ACRYLICS PLZ.

Per usual Samantha did an amazing job! She is extremely thorough & my gel polish always lasts longer than other places I have been! I love that she is passionate & enthusiastic about her job & helps me choose a color that will look the best on me! I always feel like I am coming to visit a friend!The rest of the staff also does an excellent job from the scheduling to being good team players! (Grabbing a drink for a coworkers client to helping clean up so they can move onto the next service so that the client does not have to wait)Millennium at Midtown has been by far the best experience I have had at any nail salon! I have been a client here since around 2014! Anytime I go with friends to their nail salon out of town or locally I am always disappointed. I try to bring my friends & family here with me instead! I would highly recommend to anyone! ❤️

Kelvin likes to charge extra for no apparent reason. He charged me $75 for a FILL (which is the same for a FULL set) last time and $65 today. Definitely not impressed. My nails arent even that cute

So far I absolutely love this place. My Maid of Honor scheduled our pre-wedding nail appointments here because its where she normally goes. I didnt get my nails done the first time because of a scheduling miscommunication about what I wanted done. But my daughter (6 y.o) got her nails done that time and the tech was so great with her. Had her giggling the whole time. I rescheduled my nails for the next day and oh my goodness I am so impressed. Judy did a phenomenal job. She talked me into something more classy than edgy for my wedding and Im so glad she did. She is quiet but sweet and friendly. She is meticulous and diligent. I will definitely be coming back here and requesting Judy.

The service was Absolutely Amazing...from the massage to the pedicure. Amelia and Tina were Awesome and Knowledgeable.

The experience was not up to par with a 4.6 rating. They rushed through my pedicure and tried talking me out of the design I picked for my nails. Which was for a baby shower. Hence why I wanted blue ombré. Not pink and white. My friend received a wax service where they literally waxed a piece of her bottom lip off because they were rushing and heavy handed. The services were not worth the amount of money we spent. They focus way too much on Mc’donalds speed services. Get them in and out mentality. The workers all looked stressed and forced to work fast to make decent money. The check out was even worse. 3 different employees for 2 people. The poor receptionist had what looked to be an irritating time dividing the services. Definitely just an image to uphold and not quality service for spa treatment.

Gosh Where do i even start? So much great things to say ! The experience here was truly a lavish feel . The employees really cater to all your needs as far as making sure to have your hands washed keeping up with Covid the guidelines which I loved . The spa also serves complimentary drinks you can enjoy while being serviced such as : Mimosas , Champagne , coffee& water . The Nail tech I was given was very kind and she mimicked the inspiration photo for my nails perfectly . And lastly with the pedicure the amount of time that went into the cleaning of my foot was surreal I felt as though she was making love to my foot . As far as care & cleaning I definitely had to leave the two ladies who serviced me a nice percentage of gratuity. 10/10 would recommend!

I love millennium at midtown. I’ve been going here for a few months now for acrylics and pedicures. The prices are kind of high but for me, it’s worth it. I’ve never really found a good nail place, even back home, but here I found the best nail tech, Kelvin. Sadly, he is only at the other location now, which is a little bit of a drive but I’ll be following him there. Even before I found Kelvin, I always loved the work done here. It is very nice inside and there are so many beautiful colors to choose from. It is sometimes hard to get ahold of them as most of my calls go unanswered but they are always very nice. I’ve never had a bad experience. Thank you millennium!

Emma performed an excellent lash refill, as always. Emma also ran a pitch hit when my pedicurist wasn’t able to come to work. I always want to use Emma when my regular girl isn’t available. I so appreciate the extra effort the salon put in to juggle the schedule and make things work.

Vicki did a beautiful job on my pedicure. The color I originally chose wasnt good after all and she helped me find a more suitable one. I appreciated her guidance and how tactfully she handled it. The receptionist was extra sweet as well. Maryanne does my hair and consistently delivers exactly what I ask for no matter how many times Ive changed my look. Theres nothing negative to say about Millennium at Midtown! Its always a pleasure to go there: clean, great management, little turnover, friendly and competent staff who stay true to appointment times but dont rush through their work diminishing quality of service.

Vy is the best nail tech I have ever had, her application of artificial nails was fast and efficient with minimal damage to my nails and cuticles, her work was detailed and precise, she made sure the length and shape was uniform removing any excess abstraction from under the applied nail form leaving the over health and appearance of my hands and feet unparalleled to any service I have ever had. Her maximum efficiency and advanced professional skill in the art and application of nail services provided me with the most satisfying salon experience Ive ever had. Any time Ive had artificial nails applied they either popped off or broke in 3 or 4 days causing extreme and painful damage to my nails and cuticles. My nails have been on for a month and are not loose or damaged in any way. 10 out of 10 highly recommend lol.

The Bannerman location is sooo much better. Though it is closer for me, I make the extra trek to the other location where service and atmosphere is stellar.

This was my second visit. I received excellent service from Michael both times, who did perfect work on my nails and quickly! While managing the site. He was patient as I chose colors and he gave good advice. On my first visit about a month ago, the women at the desk were super helpful, too. Im very happy and will return!

I do not recommend this nail spa. I arrived an hour before they “closed” & I was turned down. The ladies at the front desk stated that their hours were incorrect & they actually close 1 hour prior to what’s posted on Google & on their answering machine. It was about 30 mins before the time she stated that they close & yet no one offered to help me. I was excited to try a new nail shop but after this experience, I will not be back. Update your hours that way customers aren’t wasting their time & gas just to be turned away. Also, it was 3 young ladies at the front desk & one of them could’ve taken me especially since the service I was getting would’ve taken about 20-25 minutes. Very disappointed. Not to mention that when I asked the young lady why haven’t the hours been updated, she stated that the owner has been out of town. No apologies, no sorry for the inconvenience or anything.

Walk in for spa pedicure. Wasnt a long wait, my technician was gentle, but still having good massage. Products used are fragrant. Relaxing environment.Would have been nice to be offered a drink. The massage chairs could use updating, mine was squeaky and didnt have all the optionssome other places have.

Just had my hair done by Erika Henderson at millenium on thomasville rd. She did an amazing job. The whole experience was very relaxing and enjoyable and my hair came out looking just like the pic I brought in. So glad I went and ended up getting her. Highly recommend this lady.

I had a pedicure today and I’m not pleased with it. . Instead of soaking my feet to soften the skin around my toes, the Viennese young lady used the cuticle oil nor did she cut down my toe nails after I asked. Now my toes feels rough and needs to be filed.

I would not go to this place anymore. They mess up my nail from the very beginning. This how my nails look when I walked out. It look like I need a fill in.plus the chip I had on my nail. I didnt get nothing I ask for. For my nails. They need to have their licences at their desk. The guy who did my nails was a new guy. I can tell bc he said he doesnt know how to do long nails. Only short. I was very upset when I walked out the building.

Most relaxing n enjoyable. Everyone was super friendly! Brittany thank you so much for the pedicure n foot n leg massage. Its called a volcanic pedicure folks n its worth it to treat yourself to a volcanic pedicure. Great gift me from my daughter for Mothers day.

Jamie at Millenium Midtown is amazing! My daughter loves going to see her to get her hair braided. We love that we can get it washed, cut and braided all by the same stylist and in a decent amount of time. She’s very sweet with my daughter and makes her feel comfortable! We definitely recommend her to everyone.

My pedicure today was with Lorrise Lo and she did a wonderful job! Such a nice, gentle, kind person with great conversation skills. She made me feel special and did an excellent job of my sugar hydrating pedicure! I would love to choose her for my next pedicure. She even helped me find a color that worked. The front desk staff also worked hard to find the color I requested. It was a great experience!

I tired out a new stylist today, and she did a wonderful job -- Erika Henderson. Personable, thorough, and I feel gorgeous! She didnt trim too much, didnt try to convince me to color my hair (Im growing out my natural grays), and she didnt make me feel rushed. Five stars, and I look forward to returning.

Got an express pedicure and a gel manicure. The girl(whose name I did not catch, sorry) did an incredible job. Great attention to detail, got the color and shape of my nails exactly how I wanted it. She was also super gentle and made the experience a great one.

Ive been a going to Millennium for many years. This was my first time with Judy. She was very gentle, and attentive to detail. She listened to what I wanted and did it. Also, she answered my questions about some nail choices I may want in the future. Im very pleased with my nails and will be back to her for my future services.

Belle did a fantastic job on my pedicure today! Just the right amount of pressure in the massage too where I wanted to fall asleep. Very relaxing! I did not catch the name of the tech that worked on my husband but he also enjoyed his pedi. Thank you to the staff also for working us in with no appointment. I know walk-in’s are welcomed but it being a day after a holiday, I surely appreciate us walking in after noon and being able to have an appointment shortly after. I’ll definitely be back.

This place is RACIST to say the least. They left me waiting for over an hour after making an appointment. Multiple clients were taken before me despitey appointment being booked 9 a.m. that morning. As an African American women beware, we are not prioritized or warmly welcomed in this establishment.

Best nail spa in Tallahassee, by far ! Consistently excellent service.

This is my first time, also, probably my last. I came in for a manicure and a pedicure and everything was fine up until she started on my hands. I felt like the end of that service was rushed because the next appointment had arrived and she cut my cuticle and I was bleeding. Some of my nails on my hands are rough and visibly jagged at the edge and weren’t filed properly. I didn’t even have the opportunity to inspect my hands before she walked away from the table completely.

The last few times I’ve come, I’ve left disappointed. I always get a spa or deluxe pedicure and the food rub has been pathetic. A gentle graze of the fingers that lasts no time. The techs have had long nails so can barely rub and scrub. My deluxe pedicure included a 10 second scrub with the pumice stone. No attnetion to the heels to soften them. I’m sitting in the parking lot and leaving annoyed. Again.

Had a hair appointment for a shampoo/conditioner and trim with Candace J. I absolutely love her and her skills. Very knowledgeable and informative about natural hair. It’s so nice to have a go to stylist that I trust with my hair.

It was my first time visiting a nail salon since I moved to Tallahassee in 2021 and I had a great experience other than not receiving a receipt so I cant tell the names of the ladies that did my eyebrows and regular manicure 💅. I know my manicurist has a birthday on this coming Friday. She was very considerate and thoughtful with how she positioned my hands. I was impressed by my manicurist and will be back for her to do my service again in the future.

I had an absolutely lovely and relaxing experience at Millennium. The appointment was super easy to make, and they even had slots open the day of! The facility is very clean and stylish; it really feels like a spa! The customer service is excellent, and the overall ambiance is relaxing. I dont get my nails done often, so I wasnt familiar with the process, but the receptionist was more than happy to answer any questions I had. The cosmetologist who did my pedicure was gentle and friendly; I have been cut by the cuticle cutters multiple times at several other establishments, so this was very important to me. My toenails look awesome, and I will definitely be returning in the future.

My nails turned out great once they were done.My hair experience on the other hand wasn’t good at all. They mixed up my check in at the front counter and had me start my nails when I was supposed to get my hair done first. It was realized after 10 minutes which I thought wouldn’t be a big deal. I put my shoes back on and they had me go to the salon section.The hairdresser seemed irritated as though it was my fault and informed me she wouldn’t be able to blow dry my hair because of the time lost. I said okay no problem.After she finished coloring my hair, she washed it and towel dried it. I had booked for a color and cut but didn’t even receive a hair cut.So I sat with a towel over my shoulders because of my soaking wet hair while I got my nails done. No big deal.At this point I barely had time to look in the mirror. So everything is finished and I pay and leave.I looked in the mirror in my car and see that my entire forehead area and sides of my face have been dyed. I feel like I could’ve done a better job with box dye.Very disappointed.

I just got home from a trip to Millennium at Midtown and I am so impressed. My technician put so much love and care and attention into my nails. The shape is perfect, the texture is smooth, and she really communicated well with me about the look that I wanted. My eyebrow wax was also quick and efficient. My same technician took the time to make sure that I was okay between the wax strips and she really helped me feel calm considering that it was my first time getting my eyebrows waxed. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Nancy is wonderful! She has done my nails for years, and goes out of her way to help me with my needs. i.e. doing a peddie with broken ankle or dip nails with one arm in a sling. Millennium at Midtown is a very pleasant. relaxing place to go.

As a visiting FSU parent, I have gone to a few nail salons when here and I haven’t been able to find one that mimics my home salon (good quality gel nail polish, spa quality clean salon, etc). I am so thankful that I found Millennium! It was exactly what I was missing when visiting here. Highly highly recommend. Vicky was amazing.

Great cut, friendly staff, all around fantastic experience

I would absolutely not recommend this place. After babysitting my nail tech through a simple gel polish change in order to get the shape of my nails right (even when I had a perfect reference picture from a past manicure) I then had to explain how to apply matte top coat because after the one coat she tried to send me on my way with my nails still perfectly glossy and not even fully cured. I asked for a design when I made my appointment and was told it would be no problem but after 3 separate nail techs attempted the design (which I have gotten many times before) I told them to forget it and I would just stick to plain black. Now not even 3 days later two of my nails have chipped and the gel polish I had on before this appointment had lasted me 5 weeks! Don’t waste your money it’s clear everyone is very inexperienced. I’ll be going back to my previous salon now because while they do take forever and never seat me at my appointment time, at least my nails last longer than 3 days 🙄

I only been to millennium nails and spa twice since I moved to Tallahassee. Bannerman Rd is excellent. My experience at the Midtown nails for Dipping powder was excellent.When it came to my pedicure, I inquired about the table being cleaned with the pedi tools laid on it. She said the set is brand new and she showed me the bag. I thanked her. My concern was just laying the tools on the table. Before she got started I explained to the tech that I have an injured right knee. When she was cutting my cuticles she nicked me several times and I said something, she apologize. When it was time for her to shave the bottom of my foot she moved the chair forward causing my leg to hang over the foot rest which made my leg and knee uncomfortable and I explained to her it bothered me so she pushed it back and I explained to her that she could lift my foot up. She did.After putting gel on and to place under the lamp she used a small chair to place the lamp on and had my foot reach over and down and the same for my left foot. It was uncomfortable. I suggested she could leave my foot on top of the foot rest and the lamp to dry. She said oh yeah OK. When it was time for me to get up she did not attempt to help me down or assist with my sandals. I’m looking for one and I’m struggling because I haven’t got off the seat good because of my knee, I asked her to help me, she slid the shoe closer to me and walked away.I should not have to suggest to a worker how to do her job.

3rd time coming and its the same experience everything no matter what service I get it always superb.

Wonderful experience!! Yesterday i got a regular French Manicure, however, the little mistletoe aplique came off shortly after I got home and this morning I called to see if they could repair it and they were able to very quickly!

My experience was amazing. The place is beautiful, clean and it has a such a great relaxing ambience. I felt welcomed and comfortable. My pedicure and a acrylic nails were great. I had no cuts, no pain, nails look spectacular without defects. There was no wait time, but also I didnt feel like anyone was rushing to get to the next client. Prices are great. I was actually super impressed and will be going back soon. Special thanks to Vicky, you did amazing work. Overall, great experience.

I came in with acrylic nails that were poorly done at another business and needed to be removed. It was my mistake not adding that to my service online prior but Vicky was super sweet about it and took care of me. Cant wait to come back!

Lots of COVID precautions in place, very accommodating and kind staff. This was a very relaxing and pleasant experience. I hadnt gotten a pedicure or manicure since the pandemic- and Im so glad I chose Millennium- they are wonderful! Its been a few weeks and my feet still look great- not a single chip in the polish despite the fact I literally stubbed a toe and broke it!

I got a full set and the nail tech really worked with me, because I knew what I wanted but also kept adding things I wanted.The nail salon is clean and the staff is always professional and friendly. Affordable, and they do a good job!!!

Edit of Review: I received a follow up phone call regarding my experience, and they were apologetic and wanted to correct as best as possible the situation. I appreciated the follow up and there attention to my concern. This goes a long way in doing business and I can apprecIate it.Original post: First time I went 5/5. This time, my big toe was thinned too much in one area when removing the gel. It has a gouge in it. I had to tell the nail tech to stop as she didn’t notice. I was trying to explain and she could not understand what I was saying. Unfortunately, this is just not an experience that I want to have again.

I wish I knew who I had because he was the best I have ever had work on my toes.

Brittney Dickey is a wonderful stylist! What I love most about her besides her awesome skills, is the fact that she makes her clients feel comfortable and relaxed throughout their entire appointment. She remembers the client is there to have some sort of relaxation and personal time and she makes every bit of the appointment enjoyable. She engages you with tips and advice about how to best care for your hair in between appointments. I always walk out feeling refreshed and my hair is always beautifully styled. Would also like to note that the front desk staff is always polite, friendly and very professional.

I came in for a spa pedicure with paraffin. Monica did a wonderful job. Very relaxing as well. I would definitely recommend Monica.

Scheduled an appointment for 2 people for nails, they got started on me 30 min late, and said I couldn’t get the design I wanted because it would take an extra 15 min saying I shouldve selected “Full set with design” online even though that is not an option on the page. I decided to just get the acrylic with a top coat so it was a sheer pink. We finished 20 min early. The only thing they said they could do was offer for me to come in 45 min later so I could get the design done. I was charged extra for “French tips” which is not what I got. I didn’t even get any nail polish aside from the top coat. Overall the nails are pretty, a little uneven but nice, if you want designs call in to make sure they give you the extra time.

The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the online appointment booking didnt make it easy to schedule a spa pedicure + gel manicure. So, when I asked for gel, my technician, Donna, had to make some other adjustments and ask for help to make it all fit in my time slot. Donna went the extra mile to provide the services I wanted AND did a fantastic job on my volcano pedicure and gel manicure!

Always very accommodating, excellent, friendly service. Go to place for haircuts & pedicures!Massages are wonderful, too. Tell them if you have neck or shoulder pain (or whatever) & they will accommodate your needs.Great visit with my girlfriend & Mom!Update 1 year after original post: after constant staff turnovers & having experienced poor customer service on more than one occasion, I have found a new hair & nail salon.

My first time going was great! They were open early so I went to get an acrylic refill with gel before my classes on a Monday. It was easy to book my appointment online the night before. Bridget did a beautiful job shaping/cutting my refill and then another technician, Sara did a fantastic job with my gel paint. I sometimes have to be pretty observant when I go to a new salon/person when it comes to shaping my nails because I am picky about length/style but I did not need to say a word to her at all. Also, I got to enjoy a complimentary mimosa before my classes --> definitely a good way to start my Monday :)

I have been going here for years and now even more impressed by the extra safety measures they have in place! Im in my 70s so this is extremely important to me. Tammy has done my nova lash extensions for 5-6 years and they make me feel confident (lots of compliments). Samantha does my pedicures (superb!) and Tammy does my nails (perfection!). Front desk staff and friendly so its a terrific experience from when I walk in to when I leave.
