This ASAP is by far the best in town. I go to this store sometime two or three times a day. When u have a business that you have employees like Derrick and Ali. You cant go wrong. These guys keep this place straight its a pleasure doing business with u guys. And I wouldnt go anywhere else

The two guys that were working this evening were very helpful and Customer Service is great and I appreciate them for servicing me .

First and foremost Id like they give a shout out to the girl behind the counter named Maya. She was extremely helpful. I find this place to be pretty full of a variety of products. They have a good selection of kratom which I buy often. Their tobacco products are amazing and there are many kinds. The shop is bigger then it looks from the outside. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in. I would recommend the store to my friends. It is very close to the University stadium. I find it very convenient. Its a good place all the way around. Check it out!

I gave it 5 stars because it’s a great store . I come here a lot but I literally just left this location and I guess she’s new but she was so aggressive and picks and choose who she’s nice to . I like the other girl with the short black hair she’s also been cool. Usually everyone is cool but I’ll be avoiding this location. I don’t want to run into tht new person. Never seen her before today .

5stars, best smoke shop in Tally hands down not only do they have a wide selection of paper, bowls, vapes, wraps and more but its the customer service, for me! Fast and friendly. Every time I stop in I am greeted at the door with a warm hello and all smiles by my favorite cashier with the pig tails. She is a breath of fresh air and very helpful and really knows her stuff. I always look forward to shopping with her!

I walked in a couple minutes before midnight looking for cbd since the gas station I usually buy from was already closed. They didn’t have cbd but they had something called delta and I didn’t know what it was. The cashier answered all my questions and even said Happy Belated when he noticed my birthday had recently passed after seeing my license. I may not have gotten what I came for but I did get great service and I didn’t leave empty handed. Thank you ASAP

Peta is so awesome. 2nd time seeing her at asap on Jackson bluff and she has the best customer service anyone can ask for. I go to multiple smoke shops around town for my vape but ima stick with this location. 5 stars for the experience alone. Quiane was also very helpful and had high spirits. Great tandem!

SHOPPER BEWARE!! The owner goes out of his way to scam customers, they won’t let you know any prices over the phone because they’re so overpriced, and to top it all off the owner makes his employees leave positive reviews. ANY GOOD REVIEW YOU SEE IS FAKE! There is also proof of the owner threatening past employees with violence via text messages.

Staff is really kind and friendly and knowledgeable on a lot of the products. Best prices in town for sure! Definitely gotta make this stop if you come through Tallahassee.

I live in Thomasville, so its quite a drive to get to Tallahassee. About an hour. So I called ahead to check if they had an item in, and what the price is. They said they werent allowed to discuss prices over the phone. Im not going to drive an hour to a store in Tallahassee with no idea what the prices are going to be. The only reason I could think of to refuse to disclose prices is if youre prices are so incredibly high that theyre basically a scam. Terrible customer service. Im taking my business elsewhere.

My roommate bought a vape here and it hit fine in the store but as soon as we left it died so we went back again to get a new one and that one died immediately after leaving the store too. Went back and the employee refused to give her a functioning product which she paid for. Their policy is flawed and they will just take your money and give you malfunctioning vapes. I usually don’t leave reviews but on this kind of thing has happened on multiple occasions with this store so do not recommend
