Best experience in a smoke shop. Jordan is a real one. Very knowledgeable, patient, friendly. Takes the extra mile in providing customer service. Definitely recommend if youre looking for some advice/guidance hes your guy.

So I went in there today to get a vape theres a guy that works there and has tattoos as a baby statues so he told me not to buy some I bought three all did not work but when I was trying them out I was cursing because they didnt work so he tried to threaten me by telling me that he knows everybody tattoo shop next door so it was like he was threatening me I dont know why Im never going to shop there again because of him and his attitude you work at a vape shop and you dont know anything about Vapes and then you try to threaten me I dont know what youre trying to prove to me because you told me three Vapes all three Vapes did not work why would you have products on sale if it doesnt I bet you butcher shops Tallahassee to have product and it works in your store is the only one that does not work and then you are rude to me dont threaten customers just because you have a face tattoo doesnt mean you are all that bro good luck. Trash customer service nice store!!!!

Great set of stores in Tallahassee. They have basically everything you can need, glass or vape wise. Super friendly.

Lets start off by saying i dont know how this whole in the wall stays open. I walked in this afternoon with my girlfriend to look at glass pipes. I asked if prices were negotiable to be told no. I then proceeded to ask if function testing was possible because i was interested in a piece. She said no. Then proceeded to say im being rude and kicked me out the store. Her name was Reid and she was by far the most unprofessional sales person ive ever interacted with. I hope to hear from the manager because when i asked for her to contact them she refused. SHE LOST A SALE AND DONT BOTHER UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE A 2nd class citizen.

I like the Tennessee Street location. The workers are always very friendly and helpful. If I cant find a specific flavor Im looking for theyll check their other locations to see if they have it. Typically I find what I need very quickly. Prices are very reasonable and selection is great.
