Kind of simplistic for a bar, felt like it was a off shore island diy bar. Gave off budget vibes. The drink I had was very delicious though so their menu is something to check out. Music was pretty good, I got in a dance or two. All and all I recommend you check this place out

Place was very unprofessional and their security are wanna be phx police. They beat on their customers. I watched security concuss a few different individuals that they had a “problem” with. Liquor license should be revoked and/or shut down

Had a great time and shot a great music video there. Still go every weekend

Had a misunderstanding with the staff , spoke with TJ , He resolved the issue in a professional manor and would suggest to anyone with a problem to speak directly to him , great place ,good drinks and awesome music .

You really should consider twice before stepping in this bar, they charged 10 bucks upfront and with rude attitude the place felt bad to stay more then 10 minutes.

Weak drinks. Sub-par drag show that lasted 45mins. Asked for singles for tipping the performers, was told no singles available but only $2 bills.

Great spot, they have improved tremendously from 6 months ago and are constantly making necessary upgrades

You should not go there at all, strip club and very poorly, the charge at front is over priced and i dont know how to give here zero stars.

Went out to glow last night and who I’m going to assume is the owner yelled at us to get out. We literally just got there, paid 43.00 for two drinks to be told to leave. The nice bartender and bouncer told us to stay but he still came back and told us to leave. There were more girls behind us and he told them they could stay but insisted on us to leave? Who ever this man was, he was so unprofessional and was so rude and disrespectful to the bartender who helped us and she was so kind and helpful. My friend finished her drink and I left mine to leave. Never have I been to a place like this and been kicked out for doing nothing wrong. Who lets people pay a cover and so much for drinks to make them leave right away? Ridiculous.

This club looks incredible now! I hadnt been back to the area since college and I was pleasantly surprised by the upgrades.I went for a show and the service was amazing and everyone was so accommodating and informative.One of the servers even made sure my girls and I were drinking water throughout the night (thank you for that)I will definitely be hitting this spot next time Im in town.

BRING ENOUGH MONEY!Literally the only thing that makes this place a good experience is the fact that their table counters match there name…There isn’t much room for sitting.The smell of the place is horrendous, not to mention the amount that was paid for drinks.$34 for two Patron Shots??!!Then the bartender spilled our drinks with our limes in his hands. And just picked the shot cups up rolled in on the towel that had been at the bar since we walked in and poured us more liquor.That’s clearly unsanitary.It’s almost like the club/owner/or management is trying to get there money some way some how, entry was free but again we paid $34 for two shots. Not even a drink. Just to leave Mill Ave and get a Bottle of Don Julio for $30.00. Let that sink in…..YEAHIt’s to many red flags.Just save your time and money!!!

Stumbled upon this super cool spot while taking my very first trip to Arizona & visiting my best friend. It was a Saturday night. The girls downstairs that greet people walking by were very friendly & pretty. They did a remarkable job getting us in the door showing us the drink menus & prices. We each ordered 2 drinks throughout the evening & I absolutely enjoyed the giant list of specialty shots & cocktails up on the chalkboard over the bar. I had a purple rain which was delicious. I wish there was a bit more of a variety of flavor profiles as most all of the drinks were sweet ones. I typically am a margarita drinker. The girl behind the bar that helped us was friendly at first but within 20 minutes my opinion started to change as she stopped smiling or being friendly for the rest of the evening. She helped every other party & couple at the bar, while we had been done with our drinks & ready to order another for a while before she acknowledged us, & when she did, it was very monotone. Maybe she was having a bad night. But nonetheless we really enjoyed the music, the vibe and all the NEON GLOW! At the end when we went to pay the tab was way less than I expected it to be so I was stoked! For 5 drinks, tab was under $40!

Found this hidden gem last weekend at a bachelorette party and the venue did not disappoint! Ladies of Arizona if you do not know about the Hunk-o-mania show here you are missing out! Such an amazing experience for our bride and whole bridal party overall! The staff was amazing despite being so busy that night! Our cocktail waitress Mashayla was the best! She was so friendly and gave us the inside scoop on the boys dancing and made the whole experience so much more enjoyable and as a customer you could tell that she cared about providing the best experience possible! The bartenders were amazing and got all our drinks out in such a timely manner despite being so busy! If I didnt live out of state I would definitely be back but everyone should check out this spot!

Charged us a cover fee then didn’t let us in because someone else in our group couldn’t come in for having a knife on him. Understandable, but refused to give us our money back. When a manager was called we were called names by the cowboy hat and jeans wearing manager as if he was a child instead of having an adult conversation about the situation. I already disputed the charge with my credit card company, this nightclub will not be receiving my cover charge and will have to pay a fee for the chargeback, so a lot of good this manager did by acting like a child during a situation he was hired specifically to take care of to keep his bosses and patrons happy.

Do NOT come here!! Such a trashy environment. I came here for my girlfriends bachelorette party, the actual show itself was entertaining and the men were hot but at one point I couldn’t even pay attention because the guy running the bar was screaming at employees. SO unprofessional. Feel bad for anyone who has to work here if that’s how they run the place. Not to mention the bathrooms were disgusting. Save yourself the money and go anywhere else

Cover charge $20 for guys $10 for women. For a spray painted “club” 🤷‍♂️ I’ve DJed all over the world but I have to believe this place could be so much more. I can’t go more than a 3 ⭐️ For the club but the security & DJ were very good.

This is a wonderful club for various shows and dancing! The shows are great, the staff is friendly, and the drinks are delicious! Highly recommend this spot for Bachelorette parties, birthdays or just a fun night out!

I’ve now been here a handful of times and I must say, I’m pretty damn impressed. Their bartenders are super attentive and they have a variety of drinks that are fun and tasty.

I got charged 50$??? For TWO DRINKS the shots weren’t even shots little plastic 5th grade science project test tubes that didn’t even fill half my cheek. What a disrespectful business hope you get shut down asap.

I went to Glow recently for a show during my Bachelorette party and it definitely exceeded my expectations. The drinks were delicious, the staff was kind and super attentive, and not to mention they provided a show I will never forget!

I hade a fun time being at Glow especially when your friend is the DJ! One of the employees Alford me a free champagne bottle I didn’t take it because I felt a little drunk and I didn’t wanna be even more drunk so I asked for water instead! On thing I will say though is, when I was getting more water, there was this weird awkward men that lead in next to me he like wants to know my secret!! It was so embarrassing, rude and really disrespectful. Other than that I hade a fun time!

I’m giving a two star because the drink were very expensive we got two drinks and it was 44$ so if you go their be prepared to spend a chunk of money

Terrible dinky nightclub. Went for the drag show and it said arrive 30 mins early to get seating. The bouncer herded me to the back in a corner with no seating. The show was like something out of a cheesy bad movie.

This is my favorite place in Tempe to DJ. The vibes are amazing & the staff is even better. The drinks are on point not too strong but strong enough to get the job done! Love this spot! -djprodogee

The security guards take your stuff then make you pay to get it back. If you dont have enough cash, they tell you to go to the ATM. I feel like our group was being targeted because of our race.If youre looking for a normal club where you will be safe, this is not it. Stay clear. There are plenty of other great options to have fun on Mill Ave.

Glow was such an amazing experience, since moving from iowa it’s been hard to find the cool club scenes everyone talks about. Moving during a pandemic it’s been hard go find clean fun places that still have positive environments. Not only was glow clean, the employees had masks but also GLOWING personalities. It was the most positive club/bar I’ve entered in 4 months of living here! Keep killing it guys❤️ Megan and Kamiel you guys are amazing!

Not a clean bar, felt very trashy. The owner of the bar was hammered and tried to pour drinks on my friends. The place stank, no wonder the workers were mopping the entire place by 10 pm.

DO NOT COME HERE! It’s unsafe for women! Went with my boyfriend and a group. This man came up to me and tried to pour his drink in my mouth and kept harassing me and the other girls despite us telling him repeatedly to leave us alone. We found out from a staff member that the man harassing us was the OWNER OF THE BAR. So gross

The security guard who checked our waists told my girlfriend wheres that A*s at? after putting his hands on her. Truly disgusting and rude. Inside was so dead. No one on the floor and the DJ was literally playing an R&B song mix on YouTube. It was really an uncomfortable and awkward place so we left shortly after.

I LOVE the bachelorette shows! The bartenders are all lovely & so nice. Julia makes the best Baja shot, make sure to ask for it!!

Just started going there.. love the music and the energy is electric!! Love the Red Velvet Burlesque show.. very entertaining!! Definitely would recommend it for a night out!!

This is a SCAM. JEREMY from glow tempe refused us a refund after they told us the what the fee was for. They claim because they use cash app they cannot offer refunds which is a lie. DO NOT GO HERE.

Owner tried to fight two of my friends one of which it was his birthday (who has a cast one hand and surgery on both) for standing drinking and a total of 80 dollars and three drinks and 30 dollars on entry just to see a drunk owner try to fight the men in there who if didnt have families and other stuff would have done a whole lot worse then an ex boxer couldve done to anyone will never go back again my God have mercy on his soul

This place went from being a fun edm club to back to its old bac lounge vibe. R&b and Hip hop does not match the whole glow concept this place is a rip off of GLOW in Guadalajara Mexico.

This place sucked. Security didnt even pat me down. All they played was gangster music. Seriously felt like the place would get shot up at anytime.
