I went to have my eyebrows done and get a facial and if Im being honest the service I received was absolutely terrible. Jill was unkind and the place itself was gross. It smelled funny and was just grimy. Jill completely messed my eyebrows up and now Im stuck having to draw them in and wait for them to grow back to the way they were. I recommend taking your money else where, the mall has better options.

I see Jill at her amazing spa/studio at least once every six weeks. The second I walk in, I shed all of the grime of my work, and I am returned to a place of peace and beauty.I usually get the 90 minute gua sha facial. Not only does it feel amazing but I see results for weeks after the treatment. My wrinkles are gone, the bags under my eyes are much better, and my skin looks well hydrated- Im glowing.On a personal note, Jill is kind and very sweet. She has your best interests at heart and really strives to make sure that when you leave her you are feeling bright and confident.I love Jill....

Jill is absolutely amazing! She is the only person that I trust with my eyebrows! Her shop has such a calming atmosphere you walk out every time feeling refreshed.

1st time was great. Very nice. She did a great job.2nd time she started the appointment late (approximately 20 minutes). She seemed rushed and missed one or two hairs. That happens.3rd time was a disaster. She had to cancel due to an emergency. Notified me Thursday before the Saturday appointment. I attempted to work with her by giving her the two days I could reschedule, Monday or Tuesday. Keep in mind I am on a time frame since the wedding is the following Saturday so I have other appointments including spray tanning and nails. So Friday I give her the option of Monday or Tuesday. No response. Monday I email her again requesting to know by noon that day. No response. Tuesday she responds in the afternoon saying she could either get me in that night but she seems to be pushing for me to come in Thursday (not an option for me due to work). Good thing I did not wait and called around Monday to find someone that could schedule me that Tuesday which was hard to do.So I learned not to use a small businesses when I have deadlines to meet. Emergencies happen at least chains have a few more people that can cover for each other if something does happen.

Such a peaceful, relaxing, organic feeling place! Jill did an amazing job on my eyebrows and eyelashes. I loved it and will definitely be back!

Jill makes you feel very comfortable. Shes very friendly and knowledgeable about what shes doing. I had brow & lash tint and will definitely be going back to see her.

They called same day to verify I was coming. I had a broken ankle and was on crutches. They relocated and never told me. I tried to find them as Im hopping around and calling, they didnt answer. I finally went home and called. The lady who was supposed to do the service answered & said the phone wasnt charged when I called. Then she said i was told about the relocation(a lie) & also said she doesnt know why I couldnt find it because Google maps should have taken me there. Google maps took me to 3237 Sylvania, it wasnt the place & the door was locked at that address. It was a hair salon. Things do happen but this women on the phone was rude & telling me things they should have told me prior to me leaving. No apology, only a snobby bitter sounding old lady. She wants me to follow my end of the appointment but has no regard to her end. She may or may not do go work but her social/customer approach is pure selfishness. Bad bad business.

When it comes to Eye Candy, its the ONE business I find myself always returning to. So often we go places and dont care if we ever go back; NOT Eye Candy, I wont go anywhere else for my eyebrows. I love it there.

Purchased from this company offline. After two weeks I still did not get a shipping email. I contacted business via Instagram comments and dm and also emailed. I called the company number and never got an answer. I complained in the comments after about six polite attempts and asked for a refund and I was then blocked.

I love going to see Jill I feel like a new person when I leave she is a very good person and she is always a good listener and always trys to make sure you feel better when you leave thank you Jill

It was a relaxing experience,I loved lashes and while getting them done I was so relaxed that I couldve fell asleep...Ill only go here when getting lash extensions

Made appointment. Got to location and no one was there. No business insight. Called number and says they are closed due to covid. Dont understand why it let me book an appointment if they are out of business
