I would be hesitant to make ANY glass purchases here. They sold me a defective banger (doesn’t function, holes weren’t punctured through all the way) and they refuse to do an even exchange due to their “store policy.”I used to go here for all my glass and vape needs but I’ll be taking my business somewhere that sells products that actually function.Also, the clerks are all very friendly here and this isn’t a reflection of them, only their awful store policy they’re forced to uphold.take your money elsewhere!

I purchased lookah not even a week it broke tried taking it back and they don’t take anything back. That seems a little weird that you leave it up to the customers To do the warranty it’s not even been a week

Their humador is amazing. A gentleman helped me out who was a pro at cigars. Been educating myself and he was a big boost of knowledge. Learning them is overwhelming. But Im getting better! Thank you for the help. Nice variety of infused and natural BOMB cigars. Took two of his suggestions and 3 to try with the awesome buy 4 get one free deal :)

Love this tobacco store. They have a wide selection, and when they didnt have what I needed, they ordered it and had it in the next week! The vibes in there are great and I would recommend anyone to check them out.

The new night staff are great! A knowledgeable, patient group of young men.Will, is extremely calm and helpful when asking questions;, or getting your order ready. He looks fresh and clean in his signature pink outfits!

We bought a defective device and in less than 15 minutes returned to exchange it as it was the display the Owner refused to exchange the defective device even tho his workers admitted they did not check the device before selling it to us.

Been a while since the last time that I went in because of an issue well this is why I dont go in Im in there cashiers checking me out has my items scanned tells me my price I go to have another item added the other cashier comes up slides of stuff over cancel out the order and helps the next guy right in the middle of the process of me trying to pay for my order yeah dont go there it if you want to to be treated with any kind of respect as a customer because you wont get it there at this store

A generally frequent your Williamsburg location but over this past weekend I had the opportunity to visit your Chums Corner location. I was very impressed! Your store has a wide variety of products and a friendly knowledgeable staff. I want to give a shout out to Meg for suggesting the White Gummy flavor Al 6000!! It exceeded my expectations. It might be my new fave!

Bought the wrong coil then came back in to buy the right one and the dude paced back and forth in anger, let out 2 awkward screams then told me he cant offer refunds. Totally cool I dont mind buying another coil as it was my mistake but the scream and anger was more than uncalled for and just made me feel wierd and unwanted in the store and even belittled me and said are you sure thats the right one ? Just wouldnt recommend them based on customer service especially with multiple vape shops in the area

West West is a great store if you get the right employee! Rob at U.S. 31 is so helpful. Rob always greets with a smile, knowledgeable , and most definitely enjoys his job and customers!I have dealt with others; such as the bald guy, everyone refers to. He is rude, condescending and has no place being there. It would be nice if the owners actually read these reviews and listened to their customers. Will stop going if employees get any worst!

I visited this store and there were no signs saying masks are required. Walking in, there were customers in there without masks. Guy working wasn’t very knowledgeable on the things being sold. He was very nice and did really well but couldn’t answer a lot of questions due to his lack of knowledge of the products. Would I come back? Maybe in a pinch but wouldn’t go out of my way.

I havent been here in awhile. New staff and boy was it beautiful inside.My Brand of item wasnt there, but I like the replacement the young lady turned me on to.Did I mention the store was so pretty inside.

I had a terrible experience... AT FIRST. The manager they had, sold me ZERO nic vape juice after telling him 3 times what I needed. Then sold me the wrong coils telling me he was positive they wld work. Sitting on 40$ worth of product that I couldnt use, I went back to tell them. I found out that the manager was fired. So I was told I needed to email the owners. Well, I did that and got no response. I finally went back in and there was a new girl named Jill working (New manager) She ordered my special coils and made good on what happened. THAT is proper customer service and I appreciate her. Bc of her I will be going back to get all my products from now on. Thank u Jill.

The store manager... Ashley totally rocks she called the other store in acme because she was out of my smokes and held two cartons for me!Im addicted to vanilla Cheyenne I have to have vanilla it totally rocks!!

They have signs up in cigar humidor buy 4 get 1 free. But wouldn’t allow it. ! Guy says yeh I should probably take the signs down. Prices are too high. Like the staff .

Great selection of pipes and related stuff

This store needs to train its employees. I went in for coils and juice and the guy working flat out said he didnt know the products, had no idea about the coils my device takes even though the store sells that device, and did not know what nic levels of juice they had. This is not the employees fault, but it reflects poorly on management for not training effectively.

Very chill, easy-going staff. I do recommend you know what you need/are talking about because not all of them are the most knowledgeable. That would be my only complaint though it doesnt bother me--Im usually just running in to grab a few specific items.

After calling and specifically asking if they sold a brand of vape juice I was looking for and I was told yes we do, I drove the 35 miles one way to buy it, walked into the store and the guy said he’d never heard of that brand. So not only did I walk out empty handed , I spent over 15 bucks unnecessarily on fuel .

I was told about this place by a good friend of mine and was really happy to see that they reopened. I went in to look at what type of stuff that was sold there and was looking at some e-liquid for my vapor mod. The person working there, an elderly woman, didnt seem to know anything about the products that she really should know about. I was and still am very unhappy and will not be going back there.

Well I can say now with the first two times I went in there not a good experience got sold two broken vapes the wrong pack of coils both times with the vape you could see they were used and repackaged I was in the since the whole store cleaned up it staffing its a very good thing that happend and now it and enjoyable place to go its not the cadillac store but its on the way to being a great store now thanks

Make sure to call ahead if planning on paying with cash here. Exact change only on 1/12. Not sure what they do with the extra money they pocket

Have a good variety but bought a torch and it malfunctions. The guy tried getting ahold of his boss to find out what to do and boss never responded. I am in benzie. I made a special trip to return this and was shut down. If u r looking for quality, don’t shop there. They will not refund anything!

Bought a seahorse stopped working after 2 days. Will never buy a dab tool from here again worst money Ive ever spent

Horrible customer service, rude to me and my buddy, acted like they didn’t want us in there. They had no knowledge of anything they were selling, couldn’t answer any of the questions we had. Definitely would not recommend. Will never be going back.

Store manager Dylan is very inexperienced, & is easily frazzled when asked simple questions. Very nice store, but management needs improvement/replacement.

Says 50% off all glass. Still over priced even after the discount. 8 inch bongs priced over 200$. Same ones at similar places for around 50$. Big disappointment
