WARNING !!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANY SMOKE PRODUCTS HERE! They are always either OLD and DEAD or Do not work even after charge. After i asked which Disposable smoke vape to buy and was shown this product i was ready to give it a try as soon as i got in the car. However it was dead. I called on the way back and I Was told by the store manager that Disposable vape Products someimtes sit for so long and they die so You need to charge it.? I was not looking to spend another 15$ on charger thats a SCAM! AND they also do not accept refunds even immediately after purchase!!! Very Poor customer service over the phone. They Blamed me the consumer and was told that i would need to buy a charger. However, on the box it does not state anywhere on the package of the product that it needs to be charged before use. Says press for heating cartridge and thats it. Will not be buying any Smoke shop products from here ever again and will go next door TO THE NEW SMOKE SHOP! silly me for supporting a small business. Lesson learned on my end in many ways. And I was a returning costumer, this was not my first time.

I used them at a very vunerale time. They first quoted ne 3k, after i itemized every rioom and the number and sizes of storage bins. 2 weeks before rhe move i removed an entire room of furniture and a mattress and because rhe orig rep put the wrong number of boxes it went up to. 6k it doubled. Then the movers come and had the cash ready that rhey estimated and again the move went up another 4k and they wouldnt load the truck without that amt in cash. Then they stood over me and made me give a 5 star review. This company is the definition of bait and swiirch do not use. I used them in january.

Rented uhaul from here. Very friendly staff. Great lil shop. Lots of vape and tobacco stuff. Great prices on everything in my opinion

Ive only met two employees here. They are both super nice. They make the shipping process very easy! They also have a huge selection of vapes with great prices!

I love that little store! Its a combo mail/smoke shop/uhaul rental. It is very convenient for package mailing, as it is between my house and my job. The people that work there are pretty awesome, too!

These people are CROOKS! I went in the store to return a package and they told me that something was wrong with my shipping label so I needed to reprint it. I asked if I could print it there and was told it would be $1.00 to print (a black and white 1 page print out.) I agreed to do it bc I just wanted to get my stuff returned and leave. While I waited for her to print my label, she took 4 customers in front of me, and I just stood there waiting… I gave the lady (who I think may be an owner) my card to pay and she said “Oh, now it will be $3.00.” I looked at her and said there are no signs posted, nor did she tell me this beforehand, so I will just go to UPS, and tried to take my package. She would not give me my package or my card back and proceeded to raise her voice at me and say “well that’s what it is when you use a card!” I told her you cannot randomly add charges without telling someone first and $1.00 for a black and white copy is already overpriced. She kept arguing with me and said, “I’ll just charge you 35 cents.” She swiped my card, I didn’t say anything and grabbed my receipt and left. I walked out and saw she actually charged me $1.35…. which I never agreed to…. I was tired of arguing over such a small amount of money so I went home and just figured I would leave a review instead. I will just make the drive to Charlottesville UPS next time, as I have never had an issue with them making me wait or making unauthorized charges to my card.

Worse place to buy vape from and I bought it on 12/31/23 and opened today to use and when I opened it is leaking all over and went to return it the owner said its passed 11 days to exchange it so I was not arguing with her

Very busy store for its size. Needs at least 2 people running it because its a shipping store, u-haul rental and vape/ tobacco shop all in one. Now they have added electronic games in this very small space causing the store to be over crowded. With that being said expect a waiting time for service of more than 5min. The longest Ive waited is 20 minutes. Their slogan should read If you have the time we have the stuff!

Please, do not buy from here for any disposable vape needs unless you are okay with playing will my vape work roulette. Just purchased a new vape (as i do weekly). And as i stood in front of the worker to try the vape i purchased, it was pulling as if it was clogged. I demonstrated to the employee, and she basically told me there was nothing she could do for me. Continued to try (since i just spent $20) on the device and just as i suspected, the faulty device has completely stopped working. I will be taking my business elsewhere. This happened to me once before AFTER i left the store and they replaced, therefore i always make sure to try before i leave (as their sign states). Clearly that does not make a difference. Such a disappointment.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. Obviously more concerned with vape sales than their shipping customers. Rude, unprofessional. Observed clerk drop a package at shoulder height (about 4-5 ft) off the floor. Asked them to be more careful, as I was shipping expensive electronics and was dismissed. Made a complaint to FedEx, clerk at location called me back with an attitude, denying I saw what I saw and asking if I know what four to five feet is. Ive driven a 70-foot semi down an alley with two inches on either side, so I think I know what a few feet is. Clerk got very rude, said they refused to ship my package from that location. Had to drive 25 miles round trip to pick up and transfer to another location at Lake Monticello. Would give zero stars if I could.

My mom came in that store to get some papers. Copied one of the employees. The lady was very rude to my mom.. Not good in my book

It was nice. Got a lot of smoking accessories, and vape juice. The biggest vape juice collection Ive seen around. Usually my main place I go for vape juice.

Needed to ship some paperwork for an estate, the owner was extremely knowledgeable! She was professional, kind,patient and although she was busy she was attentive to my needs and also acknowledging others. I highly recommend this convenient and professional store. I will definitely use them again! Thank you for your exceptional service.

Purchased an Elf Bar, within the hour of getting it it stopped working! Was told there was nothing they can do since I didn’t try it on the store. $21 wasted. DO NOT purchase from them, lesson learned. Will continue to go to Pantops Store. BE WARE

NEVER use this company to ship. Shipped package there via USPS priority, Troy USPS never scanned the package, never picked up the package, and a week later USPS still only shows label created. I called the troy post office and they have no record of, anything. But every time i called this place they gave me false information on where they package is because USPS tracking never showed anything but label created, so i called this place for information, thinking there was a glitch with USPS, but this glitch is this place giving false information. But since i called the troy post office, all this place says now is, yes they did pick it up but if they (USPS) did it would have been scanned in, but in 7 days its never been scanned in anywhere, and the troy post office says it was never picked up by them, because it would have been scanned in. So in other words this company has stolen the package because it was never shipped. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!! If you want to ship something, drive the extra to a real USPS so you guarantee your package will be shipped and wont be stolen.

They dont care about customer service or device quality. This store is a turn key profit generator. Their knowledge of vaping devices and vaping in general is at best limited. If you care about actually quitting smoking, go elsewhere is all I can tell you.

Not a well-run facility compared with typical FedEx/UPS stores. Tried to get a document scanned and emailed and the clerk here was unable to do this, due to a lack of training by the owners. Plus, the store looks very disorderly, with boxes piked up behind the counter. Their vape counter is the only part of the store that looks well-organized.A big disappointment, given that this store is the only one of its kind in the area and theres a definite need for one like it.In contrast, I went to a UPS store later that day that was neatly organized inside and got my document scanned and emailed within minutes.Again, a disappointment for folks living nearby in Fluvanna and Louisa Counties.

Went on Saturday to do regular business that I always do very rude women behind the counter refused my business because I dont have a mask. I told her I was fully vaccinated, but she didnt care, denied my business. I hope the owners can afford the less customers due to rude employees.

Great selection, wish they had more naked 100 salt tobacco flavors in the higher MGs. Staff is really nice and helpful. Decent prices!

This place is great to ship with. I like how they type all the information in for the label. The post office just looks at you like you asked them to do something other than their job!!!! Whatever you do DO NOT ship using FedEx THEY ARE THE WORST EVER!!!!

Purchased a smok vape about two weeks ago malfunctioned the second day to the point it caught fire out the top of the mod Came in the very next day she was out employee told me she was out come in the next day got told she was at a doctors appointment and that they couldn’t do nothing for me till she came back and then I come in the next following day got told she was on vacation for a week waited so I come back in the day she come back from vacation and got told that I should’ve brought it back sooner and I only had 24 hours to do the return I said ma’am I did she said no you didn’t she said you should’ve come in sooner the employees were not vouching that I had come in every day for a week and she told me that she wasn’t going to do nothing for me oh well she said So she’s lost for customers and not just that I’ve been dealing with these people since I was 16 years old and she rather lose a customer over a $25 battery then make things right

I have had a package here for the last 3 days, I live 4 hours away and this was supposed to be just a facility that sent out my packageto me. So I contacted them through email and have called numerous times with no response or answer. Very terrible customer service
