Absolutely great service when it comes to asking opinions and trying to find the best mods and juices to suit your needs. I have been in there stores on multiple occasions and when it comes to them helping anybody from beginners to even the most skilled vapors they will be always willing to put in the time to and make me and other customers comfortable and find what is right. I will always recommend pale horse vapors to my friends and anybody else who is looking to get into vaping.

Absolutely fantastic staff very well versed in everything vaped. Decent prices, really hard to beat to be honest. I would give an extra star if the owner would make sure that especially the more popular liquids are kept in stock, I know it forces you to come back. However it makes it a slight inconvenience, the staff still helps to try and find you a liquid that may be comparable. So they are doing their job perfectly, not their fault if somethings not in stock.

Great experience! This was one of my best vape shop experiences. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I thought I knew a lot about vaping but came away with a better understanding of several different products. I thought I could go and get the stuff cheaper online but their prices were actually comparable to whats online. The ability to actually sample different flavors and hear about what is hot makes going to a shop worth the drive.

This place is tucked away on the side but great prices. Juice is cheaper here than anywhere Ive been. Recommendation from the staff was spot on. And he was super helpful when I asked about a new mod. I never had a vape store until now

Such a great crew, always helps out no matter the issue. They always make sure youre on point with your mods leaving the store making you feel good about for vaping experience. Refuse to go to any other store now.

Honestly love this place. I go there often. Sometime I just need to get out of the house and they welcome me there to hang out and chat. Dakota is very knowledgeable and lets me know products would be best for me. Even walked me through how to rewick my coils by myself. My coils had hotspots in them and I didnt even know it. Took his time explaining what they are and how to fix them. Then he fixed them free of charge! So far Ive bought 2 Vapes there and countless bottles of juice. I was told once that the Troy store alone has 450 flavors! Honestly amazing. I will miss this store when I move.Edit: Sadly I have moved away but I have recommended this place to every friend that vapes and lives nearby! I wish nothing but the best for Mike and the rest of the Pale Horse Team. Ill miss you guys and maybe you can open a shop near me in Texas!

Old school vaper here looking for a new style vape. The guy at the shop was super friendly and helpful. They have a good selection of mods and a decent amount of kits for beginners. The only thing they lacked was a wide selection of rebuildable tanks.Other than that they were pretty well stocked and Id recommend them. :)

The employees there are always willing to stand there and help you find what you want, whether its the perfect juice or the perfect mod or tank. Their also down to have people just come in and hang just to chat. Not many customer service employees like that at least from what I find and personally experience as someone in customer service

Probably the friendliest, most helpful shop I’ve ever been in! I feel out of place in certain shops because I’m not into all the brand new shiny things but the guy working last Thurs was so sweet! He helped me get what I needed AND got me to try a new juice!!

TL;DR Staff was very patient and friendly, but juice selection is limited to the candy and desert flavors.I came into Pale Horse during a visit to NY trying to find some new juices. I have a vape store right across the street from where I live in Atlanta, and they have a broad range of flavors across their in house juices. Ive had some fantastic luck with my home store finding interesting flavors that are devoid of any overt sweetness (earl gray tea with lavender is my favorite). I was hoping Pale Horse would be able to help me out in my quest for juices that dont taste like candy, but unfortunately that was not the case.I spent about an hour trying all of the juices they had available for testing, and was super disappointed I didnt find a single one I thought was palatable. Not only that, but all of the tanks they had for testers were leaking everywhere (I went though 3 paper towels wiping down the in-store mod and tanks while tasting). The staff was very patient, and didnt make me feel uncomfortable for standing there while I tried every single flavor, or for my apparently super-picky taste in juice.I only leave a 4 star review for the juice selection, seeing as I couldnt find a single flavor that didnt taste candy level sweet. Im starting to think this is just how the e juice market is, and that Im an outlier in my dislike of candy/desert flavors.Go check them out!

I had to edit my post for a third time after my experience today. The really nice dude there broke the news to me that another vape shop (VapeMore/SmokeMore) just charged me $12.95+tax for a single nicotine pack that Pale Horse sells for $1.20 or so! WHAT!? He even offered to write a note on the receipt vouching for me, since I sure af was going right back to the other place for a refund. What other vape store is willing to stick their neck out like that for a single customer? Definitely not f-ing VapeMore, thats for sure. To their credit they did refund me when I went back but still.Pale Horse -- thanks, Ill always remember that.Stopped by again today to pick up a new mod kit. I purchased one the same guy recommended and couldnt be happier with it. Hes just such a pleasure to deal with.New to the area, definitely found my new vape shop. The guy there was SO nice.

DONT GO HERE. I think its just friends or family that has reviewed this business and the only reason for the 4 stars. Ive been here a couple of times and the manager has no personality. He barely helps you and he sold me coils that didnt work well with my mod and told me its the same thing when purchasing, I spent close to 100$. When I realized that my mod needed a lower wattage coil and the coils werent doing the job I went back and he told me they dont accept returns. Well, I wouldnt be returning them if you hadnt lied in the first place.Honestly, I wouldnt bother going here. Go to a place where the customer service is better and they really care about their business and passionate about helping you find the right products for you to help you with your battle to quit smoking. Talking to this guy is like pulling teeth and he seems to be the only one ever there!!! Theyre plenty of other shops in the area. Place Isnt clean. Looks like a front to launder money through.

Great experience! I dont know what this Klem guy is talking about, I am in no way related to anyone associated with this store. EXTREMELY HELPFUL, very knowledgeable and made great recommendations for my first vape. I have since stepped up from my first vape but the guys in this store are great!

You guys rock. Always taking care of me. Im New to the vaping. Top notch customer service. Very friendly. Great problem solving abilities. You replace my coils every week. Went out of their way in person and on phone to help me. I refer tons of friends trying to get them vaping instead of cigarette smoking. I used to goto smokers choice with horrible devised and vape juices . lack of experience and no knowledge faulty devised.Tommy has been a major help and support. Always top notch professional knowledgable attentive understanding. Explains and shows me how to use my new devises. He always makes me feel welcome in the store.Pale Horse reigns over all other stores. I love it.I wont shop anywhere else.

I decided to go check out the vape shop yesterday because I havent been there in a while. as I entered the store the employee I believe his name was Tommy said he would be right with me after he finished this game are you kidding me!! what kind of customer service is that? you sit there and play video games and tell me youll be right with me and then continued to curse at the screen .. unbelievable. Nothing has changed at the shop the shelves her bare they never have anything in stock Im looking for their so-called manager Tommy keeps telling me theyre going to order a new stuff and it never happens this place needs some new management. I wouldnt recommend going there at all youre better off going to 51 Vape.. or any place that has better customer service and product.

I stopped here while traveling through Troy, they are extremely overpriced on hardware, they wanted $80 for the Goon RDA which sells online for $39.99 and I have seen it in other vape shops for between $40-50. Due to that fact alone I will not return. I wanted to test the sales guys knowledge so I was looking at a pair of framed staple coils and they stated Approx 0.15 Ohms per pair. I said oh wow that should be .07 in my dual coil setup, would that run in my device. He said I dont see why it wouldnt. I then corrected it and said oh wait 0.15 per pair and he said oh yea not 0.07 :/I then asked about any bottom feed RDAs they had and he continued to use the term Bottle Flow. They are not very knowledgable from what I saw on my first visit. I ended up picking up a pair of framed staple coils for $15 + tax and called it a day.

You can never go wrong shopping for your vaping needs here. The store is full of top notch product and the prices are competitively low. I never regret making purchases at Pale Horse!

Went in today and couldnt decide what I wanted but the 12 yr old Zach that works there (lol sorry I told you I was gonna say it) was was awesome and helped me pick some awesome stuff. Thank you man I love the juices.

Pale horse is the best vape shop Ive been into, the staff is friendly knowledgeable and respectful they answer all of my questions and never make me feel stupid for not knowing something (which is a problem ive had almost everywhere) I only shop here now! Highly recommended

Ripoff. These guys are clearly focused on trying to get you to spend as much money as possible with total disregard for informing their customers of their products. They ALWAYS recommend whatever is most expensive weather its juice, mod or a tank. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

Very rude man. I asked him if the City was already aware of the sinkhole on the sidewalk outside of the business and he said not my problem. Okay...I never asked if it was his problem personally, I asked if the city was aware of it because I dont want anyone to get hurt.

The guy working was very unpleasant sat oct 12th 630 pm assumed I was the one who had no Id but I always have proper identification wrong guy ..I notified better business bureau of your attitude dark beard with hoodie your the only one out of the guys I dont recommend doing business with if you hate your job so much quit people are allowed to ask questions stop acting like every question is a stupid question ..show your customers (loyal) who are keeping you open some respect Im going back to 51vape where Im treated with more respect...
