It’s so hard to find a place to get a haircut where they really listen to you. Bella Vita has such a nice atmosphere and Mel B. is a gem. She really listens, finds solutions, and genuinely cares that you leave happy. She makes sure that it grows out in a flattering way as well which makes such a big difference. I mentioned that I didn’t feel like myself without doing my brows first thing in the am bc of my new hair color and she offered to tint them. It turned out so well and is now a regular thing for me now that saves me time in the morning and is such a confidence boost.

Recommend Mel! Amazing!!!! Always leave feeling like a million dollars!! Mel is so amazing and give amazing tips on helping me on my journey to grow my hair out and how to take care of my hair and keep it healthy! After nearly 4 years of just letting my hair grow and become healthier. I have A LOT of hair, I had a vision in mind of what I was wanting and I was still so nervous. I guess change can be scary but when I got into BV it was like I was in such a tranquil environment. I booked a partial foil and just wanted a few of face framing layers and some low lights! Mel is my girl, she listened to me, and followed my vision! She is magical! I’ve been going to Bella Vita around 6 years. I love our nail techs Melissa and Cynthia. They are amazing with their skills and are sweet friends. I also see Tracey and Kayley for massages at times. I leave relaxed all the time! I’m greeted when I come in, they offer something to drink (I love the spiced chai), neck wrap and are on time. It’s the best spa!

I had an appointment for a massage, and a SIGNIFICANT issue arose. The owner wasnt present at the time, but when the receptionist contacted her, she promptly came to the spa to address the problem with me. I greatly appreciate that level of customer service.

I’ve been going here for years! I always get absolutely amazing service! Even with the revolving door or massage therapist (I hate that I can’t ever get the same person twice) I’m never disappointed with the next person that I get. I’ve had just 60min massages, to their 4hr spa packages and everything they offer is amazing!

I usually tend to have a very hard time finding people that can do a good job cutting my hair but Mel gave me the best haircut I have ever had. Absolutely fabulous. I don’t think I’ll ever go to another place.

Such a great experience with Mel! Such a sweet soul, a hair stylist you can have a great conversation with. She has colored, installed extensions, and maintenance my extensions. I’m so impressed, they even continued looking great after a fist fight with a hair puller 😂. Forever my hairstylist 🫶🏻.

Highly recommend their stylist Melissa, especially if youre struggling with your curly hair. I had gotten an awful cut with really deep layers awhile ago and shes been the only one able to even out the shape again. She even took her time and walked me through all the problem areas before letting me decide how short I was comfortable going. Best time Ive had in someones chair and Ill only be going to her in the future

Just finished the most incredible treatment with Shania! It was one of the most relaxing facials I’ve ever received. You can’t beat the hot towels and arm/hand massage. I’ll be booking again very soon! Highly recommend!

My first visit here was ok. The employees are very nice. However my esthetician burnt me during my eyebrow wax. Thats not ok for me. The rest of the face wax was awesome. Im trying a facial today so Ill have a review soon.So today I went for my facial! It was absolutely outstanding! The ladies are awesome! My above review was fixed. I say that because when I was checking out they gave me $18 off my facial for last time. Its one thing to make a mistake but when you RIGHT YOUR WRONGS ITS FOREVER LOVE FROM ME! THANK YOU LADIES! In October 22, I had my hair ruined by a horrible color job. I was so put off by the experience that I literally didnt step foot in a salon until yesterday (August 2023) - when Melly Padilla worked MAGIC on my hair and brought it back to life. I love my hair! If you are a brunette (and going a little bit grey), go see Melly. She is amazing!

Moved to tulsa recently and looking for my new people (hair, massage, facial). I feel Ive found them at Bella Vita. Mel just cut my hair and did my color. I didnt bring a picture but she was still able to give me just what I wanted. Im happy and a bit relieved.

I’ve been coming here for years, and I just love this spa! It’s a small establishment, but that’s one of the perks. You get to know all of the women who work here, and they truly treat you like family. It’s so lovely to not only be welcomed by name but to also enjoy the pampering they provide so well.

Have been going to Mel for the past year for platinum blonde lockit extensions (natural color is a dark blonde). Absolutely go see her if you are wanting extensions! Always very helpful, kind, explains what she is doing and what she recommends on how to maintain my hair. The extensions that she uses are such great quality (and comfy!) and she knows how to keep my hair healthy and as blonde as I like it to be. If you want extensions, go see her! She’s the best!

Everything was marvelous! Greeted with a variety of drink options, a heated shoulder/neck pad, and a cozy robe. I spent the whole day here on my birthday and have no regrets! The entire facility was spotless and the Italian themed atmosphere transported me to another world. I received a relaxing 90 min hot stone from Kaylie, an excellent moisture miracle facial from Shania, a wonderful mani and pedi from Alaina, and an incredible cut, wash, & style from Mel. I also added lunch since my day was long, the front desk associates prepped my salad for me on a tray and handed it to me during my pedi just like how you would get breakfast in bed! What a neat treat! I didn’t have to lift a single finger whatsoever. Best birthday ever. Simply perfect with a *chef’s kiss*! Will be back, 100/10 recommend!!!

Had a great experience. Salon was clean, staff was friendly. My stylist Mel the hair wizard was absolutely phenomenal. Literally the best energy and patience I’ve experienced from a stylist.

My husband had found this place for an all day spa treatment as a mother’s day gift. The staff is super friendly and they definitely keep you hydrated (peach tea is awesome). The whole experience was very good. I then started going to the salon part and Jenn does my hair. She was very helpful in explaining to me the process of what needed to be done to my hair and to make sure it wouldn’t be damaged because of what I wanted to do to it. I have been seeing her for about a year now and she is by far the best stylist I have ever had. The staff at Bella Vita is friendly and always helpful. So thank you Bella Vita.

I took my daughter-in-law here for a spa day for her birthday. We had a facial, a massage, and a pedicure. All of the services were very good. Not too much talking, friendly and very professional. I would give it five stars, however, I wish that they would update their salon. Its a little old world and seems outdated. It seems clean enough. I certainly would give it five stars for service. Update- I can certainly see the reply that this is an Italian-styled spa. That makes perfect sense.

The pedicures were very good and relaxing. The only reason I didnt give a 5 was, when there was a miscommunication about a schedule change, they didnt even offer another time. The misunderstanding was a simple mistake. Easily fixed, it seemed to me, though, that because I misunderstood the person on the phone, and did not show up for rescheduled time, that they didnt want my business any longer.

I had a very relaxing morning here. I was greeted and led back to change into my robe and offered a beverage.My Swedish massage was wonderful as was Kailey. She was very attentive. My facial with Kelly was equally enjoyable and she was great.After all the lotions on my hairline and body a shower was a must. The dual shower head in the spacious shower was amazing along with fluffy towels. The light was very dim (even with both sets of lights on), and it was hard to see to put on makeup.I would have given them 5 stars but , after inquiring with two different people, they said they did not have a hair dryer in the spa for patrons to use. They said they have a full salon next door. I asked the front desk receptionist and she said that all hair dryers were in use in the salon and were the property of the hair stylist. Needless to say, I left with a wet head in 50 degree weather to start my Christmas shopping. I felt great, but looked a wreck. I hope they get a hair dryer for Christmas...

I have had haircuts, highlights, a pedicure & manicure at Bella Vita, and today I had the Full Body Balance! I walked away feeling amazing. I have been feeling the tension in my back & shoulders and have not been able to get my body to relax. I feel like a new person! The staff is always so friendly & helpful. I had a gift certificate for a Venetian Retreat package at Bella Vita and had a lovely experience. I am definitely going to go back any time I need a massage. Tracey was amazing! Also the atmosphere was very relaxing. They offered me a beverage and a hot neck wrap when I was seated in the waiting area, the pampering definitely began as soon as I walked in! I love this salon! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I go to Brandi for my hair. She really listens to what you want and she is spot on with doing color. I have had 2 massages here now and I must say Katrina is the best I have ever had for a deep tissue massage. Its also the first time Ive had a deep tissue and I wasnt sore for days but know I had a very good, stress relieving massage. Highly recommend both of these girls.

I have been going there since they opened and I love it! Since moving away, I always make it a point to go when I’m in town. The service is above and beyond any other spa I’ve been to. From the time you walk in the door until you leave, it is an experience that is relaxing. A warm neck wrap, a glass of tea or wine, the relaxing sound of water, the comfortable rooms, heated tables, the options to buy, without pressure, the same products they use on you... it is all great! They offer manicures, pedicures, massage therapy, and salon services, now that’s a full service spa. Highly recommend Bella Vita.

I can’t believe I forgot to leave a review for this place!! My husband scheduled a very last minute birthday package for me back in June that included a 30min Swedish message, pedicure, and hair cut. Everything was phenomenal! The pedicure left my feet SOO incredibly soft. I forget the name of the wonderful woman who did it but she had red hair. She was delightful ❤️. My hair cut was great too! I always come here for my haircuts. I would love to come back soon to get another message and pedicure. Definitely the best place I’ve been to in Tulsa so far for pampering!PS their hot neck wraps are amazing.. I bought one when I left!

The massage and pedicure I received was better than any experience I have had. I have been blessed with friends and family that give me a gift certificates for my birthday and holidays to Bella Vita. Those gift certificates are the best gift I could ever receive. The facility is quiet, nicely decorated and always clean. The employees are kind and call you by name making you to feel important. I have been to several other spas in Tulsa and surrounding communities and Bella Vita is the best! It does not matter which massage therapist or nail tech you get, they are all excellent!

Beautiful and relaxing. The gift shop has great products. My only complaint is the wait between the appointments I scheduled back to back. But it was definately worth it.They do not offer shellac polish which I prefer on my toes.

Recently moved back to Tulsa from Kansas. Feel so lucky to have found Bella Vita Spa and Salon. My co-workers are friendly and I knew I wanted to be apart of this Bella Vita family after meeting the owners, Jeannette and Lee. The owners are down to earth and work right beside us. We are a strong team. I fell in love with the spa atmosphere while waiting for my interview. We use Keune Color product which I absolutely love. They provide training and constant support. Come and visit us today!!

First off, I cant really give a 5 star here because I myself wasnt the recipient of services. I do want to compliment the staff in a big way. I had ordered a gift card for my girlfriend and had issues with the mailing and drove over quite angry, prepared to demand a refund. By the time I had arrived (20 minutes later) they had prepared my order and a small gift for her. This is excellent customer service and all businesses of this nature should strive for this. Ill leave the service review to her, but I would be happy to do business here again. Good job Bella Vita

Amanda is the BEST i absolutely love her and her work! Ive gotten two facials from her and eyelash extensions and i have received nothing but compliments about them! Shes so sweet! Its super nice inside and their prices are REALLY good considering how nice it is in there!!

Bella Vita is by far the best place to get a facial! I actually love all of their services. My friends and I love going there to relax and unwind. Walking in and getting offered a hot neck wrap and something to drink in a relaxing, friendly environment is awesome. Then the real services begin and it gets even better! I cant say enough about this place. Best spa in town!

I have never felt the need to leave a bad review for any business previously, but feel it is necessary here. Extremely poor customer service. I will not be returning and Isuggest others look elsewhere as well.I booked online via the online appointment request. There was confusion regarding whether I had booked a cut and style only or a cut and style plus a color. I am unsure what was unclear about my appointment, but it seems I misunderstood when they confirmed that their responding email said only Cut and Style. I am sure these type of misunderstandings on a customers part happen frequently.My stylist said that she did not have time to fit me in, which was understandable given the confusion. Another stylist stepped in and stated that she could probably fit me in for a low light, I was satisfied. However, after having my hair washed, I was approached by a woman with foils in her hair whom had been having her hair done in the chair beside me. Without introducing herself (I assume she was a manager), she stated that she had printed out the email so I could view it. She stated that it was clear that her front desk had not made a mistake and that it was me, in-fact, that had made a mistake. Again, without introducing herself or saying that she was sorry about the confusion, she left the email in front of me to review and walked away. The few people that were in the salon could very easily have heard her remarks to me.I was shocked at this behavior. As a person with management experience and a business management degree, I have never seen someone in management position treat a customer in this way. I would have been perfectly satisfied with the arrangement so that the other stylist could step in and help with my color. However, I was so disappointed by the actions of the woman who approached me with the email, I told the stylist that I no longer felt comfortable staying for a color after my cut. When I told them I no longer felt comfortable, I was not approached by a manager or supervisor about why I felt uncomfortable.Overall, I am greatly disappointed as I had high hopes for my experience there.

The comments about the spa being noisy or the staff unprofessional completely confuse me. Ive been to the spa for a variety of services nearly 10 times with only the best experiences. Especially compared to other local salons and spas. The nice ‘extras’ like a warm neck wrap, drink or snack while waiting for a service is a nice touch. I like the plush décor in the small rooms. The warmed beds are a great treat, especially for a massage on a chilly day. I find the price and quality of service to be among the highest in town and frequently suggest Bella Vita spa services to friends and out of town guests.

Bella Vita is a wonderful place to relax, take in the sights and smells, while waiting for your service. Their facial treatments are out of this world and nail services rate right up toward perfection as well. I don’t usually write reviews or try to put down anyone’s business but I don’t want anyone else to be as disappointed in this “salon” as I was. I was really excited to get my hair done for this upcoming school year, so I called and made an appointment for a consultation with Jenn. Upon arrive to my appointment, she was 30 minutes late to the appointment or even acknowledging our presence with an attitude. During the appointment she was telling me what I needed instead of what I wanted, then told me it would be $250 and 3 hours for her to do what she wanted to MY hair instead of the highlight, like I wanted. Also, treated me like I couldn’t afford her services, when she has no idea of who I was and what I could or could not afford. I have opted to go elsewhere to get what I want done somewhere that I will not receive attitude to spend my $250

My daughter and I went to Bella Vita for her 16th birthday and I received a facial from Lee Behling, an esthetician there and it was pure heaven. I dont know the womans name that gave me my pedicure, but it was the best pedicure I have ever gotten. I highly recommend Bella Vita Spa

Every time I go to Bella Vita it is a wonderful, relaxing experience. I have two young and active kids so this is very important! Always greeted by friendly faces, provided a beverage of choice and then the warm neck wrap while waiting... bliss. All that aside, the services there are superb. I usually see the estheticians... the best!

Everyone is always very friendly and helpful. I also love their facial products, the Epicuren line. My mother also loves Bella Vita, she gets her hair done there as well as all of the things I have mentioned.

I went in for a hair cut. The staff were great and did a fabulous job. I would highly recommend my friends to go there if they needed a new place for a hair stylist. The stylist I had listened to how I wanted my hair and the conversations we had were appropriate. They also had the radio playing, which made me feel more relaxed while I was there. I will go back there again for other services as well.

Bella Vita is an awesome Spa. I have been using their massage and pedicure services for years, including for my wedding. They are always amazing, professional and high quality.

If zero stars was an option I would definitely give them that. I called to make an appointment to get my hair done. Three words to describe the receptionist, rude, condescending, and unhelpful. I was wanting an accent with full color. It’s clearly offered in the brochure of services. The receptionist booked 2.5 for this service. I tell my stylist (Hollie York) that I want a darker brunette base with some lighter brunette pieces. I show her a few pictures and she immediately gets an attitude with me and tells me the pictures I’m showing her are balayage and that I would need a 4 hour appointment and $450! What I asked for was not balayage and I was tempted to walk out at this point and I wish I would have. She proceeds to color my hair with an all over color that she bullied me into. It’s all over my ears and neck (which I understand happens) but I felt as though she was being sloppy on purpose. She finishes going through my hair and says I need to sit and process. While I was processing she held my purse up for me to get my phone out. I go leave and pick up my purse when I notice there is dye on the white purse strap(pictured). Mind you I haven’t touched my purse the entire appointment! Only she did... she looks at me and says did you do that?! She then proceeds to try and wipe it off with some kind of solution (which didn’t work) she says she doesn’t know how that happened and walks me to the front. No apologies or offers to fix anything. Not to mention it took this “stylist” 2.5 hours to do a single all over color and she missed pieces of my hair!! This is the worst color service I have ever had. The lack of customer service and disregard for someone’s personal property is appalling! I will never go back and definitely don’t suggest this place or this stylist to anyone.

This afternoon was my first experience at Bella Vita and I could not have been more pleased. I was pleasantly greeted as soon as I walked in the door and experienced friendliness and professionalism the entire time I was at the salon. I will certainly be coming here from now on and would recommend them to anyone.

There is a reason Bella Vita Spa and Salon has been awarded Best of the Best for the past 5 years....because they are! I have been a client since they opened in their beautiful location and wouldnt go anywhere else. Its a favorite for gift cards for friends and family, I have experienced most of the services on the Spa side and found them all to be extremely enjoyable and professionally handled. The ONLY place to go in South Tulsa!

I Love Bella Vita. I live in OKC but I drive to Tulsa for my pedicures. The Staff is great, caring and very friendly. They make you feel appreciated! I highly recommend this Spa.

I was given a gift certificate for Christmas for the salon and thought I’d use it to have my hair colored and cut. I went to the salon personally to ask about the stylists, as I wanted to be sure I was assigned to a competent professional.I spent a good deal of time with the stylist explaining what I wanted, especially emphasizing my disdain for ash blonde. I told Brandi I liked my hair color, and only wanted a root touchup and some low lights to add dimension.I was happy with the haircut, but my hair color was completely changed to a dark ash blonde!! Instead of 25% low lights, I got 75% low lights, resulting in a overall dark gray color. This was exactly what we discussed I did NOT want! The color was alarming and depressing to look at, as it aged me by 10 years. To add insult to injury, the massive foiling added $65 to the cost and a total of 4-1/2 hours at the salon. Perhaps this was done on purpose to jack up the cost, which came to nearly $200.I left several messages for the stylist with no success. She finally got back to me after texting a deadline for a response. She stated she was willing to add a few highlights around my face at no cost, but lightening my hair color would be an additional charge. I thought racketeering was illegal.I seldom have my hair colored, and since this has happened to me several times in the past few years, I am cured. I’ll color my own hair going forward.

Ive been a guest at Bella Vita for years. From the moment I walk in, I am pampered and made to feel appreciated and welcome, by offers of a nice drink and a fragrant neck warmer. Brandi has been cutting, coloring, and smoothing my hair for 7 years, and from the moment I leave her chair, I receive compliments. I have lost track of how many random strangers have stopped in me in public to ask me where I get my hair done, and by who. She is a magician with color, and is always great about instructing me on how to recreate the style at home. Brandi, as well as the rest of the staff at Bella Vita, are very down to earth and kind. This is important to me, as I have been to other high quality salons where the staff is somewhat snotty. I have also had the pleasure of getting many massages from Tracy. I prefer the full body balance, as its literally head to toe, and she can really get down deep and get those knots out. (Despite her little size!) I have been using some of the Epicuren facial products from the spa for about the last three years. I use the Glycolic Lotion 5% about every other day on my acne prone areas, and it has completely eliminated my hormone breakouts. I use the Brazillian Propolis lotion every day as a moisturizer, and it is AMAZING!I HIGHLY recommend Bella Vita to everyone!

I had an appointment at 10 to get my hair cut. I got there about 5 minutes early and there was no one in the front. Someone came in after me and showed me which way to go to get to the salon, which was great. I went into the salon and was greeted by one of the hairdressers and I told her I had 10 oclock appointment and was told to have a seat. I waited until 10:25 with no one saying another word to me before I got up and left and took my business elsewhere.

I got a massage as a gift. I love deep tissue, this was far from it and we had paid extra for this. I found the conversation that the therapist started was inappropriate and they would not stop talking! Very disappointing. I had also tried to get a consultation on a haircut, it was unprofessional and not helpful. I wish I could say something nice but the few times I went in I walked out feeling like I was a nuisance....most salons want new clients!

I was very excited to come and enjoy a relaxing evening here. I decided to try out 2 things Ive never done before. The first was very disappointing but the second was fabulous. I started out with a brazilian rain forest body wrap. The brochure stated that this would be a 50 min procedure but turned out to only be a 20 min experience. The techs name was Hannah and she started off by rubbing propolis all over my body. She then wrapped me up and said she would be back in 15 min. When she returned, she said she was going to apply the coconut milk and that it would be cold. The brochure clearly states that WARM coconut milk is applied. Why would anyone want COLD coconut milk put on them after being wrapped up in a warm cocoon?! That was all this $75 treatment consisted of! Defintely not worth the money! In hindsight, I wish I would have just went with a 30 min massage and manicure, which I could have done BOTH for the same price as that one 20 min treatment. I will say that the sinus facial I received next was heavenly, although, I did have to sit and wait for 30 min between the body wrap and the facial, which I thought was a little long considering I had an appointment. Jeanne was very nice and did an excellent job. The facial was worth the money and I would recommend Jeanne if you plan to have one. Just DONT waste your money on a brazilian rain forest wrap!!

If I could give this a 0 I would. Im so disappointed I bought my sister a gift card for her birthday to get her hair done. It was all paied for. She went to her appointment to get a consulting and they told her it would be 150. Well when they were done they charged her an extra 35 because she has so much hair apparently and for blow drying her hair. But they took 10 off because the hair wasnt fully dryed. but they didnt even let her know they were going to add an extra bottle.Its just so crazy how she first got a consolation first and they said 150 but then charge her more. By the way her hair looks lighter in the bottom and the top is darker.Horrible place would not recommend it.

I love my time with Jenn. She is professional and has a wealth of knowledge always offering me the best options for my hair care. Each visit is a special treat.

My hair stylist wasn’t bad at her job, but it’s a little too blonde. I told the lady no blonde and it doesn’t look the way I wanted it. When I called They said it would be $135 and they charged me $205. It’s just if I would have known it would be that much I wouldn’t have went here. Be careful with hidden fees because it seems like if you have long hair and get a tiny trim they will charge a lot more. Make sure to ask before you go in what the price will be.Replying to the owner:Thanks for reaching out, but they told me with the haircut over the phone and balayage would be $135. Just for your information.I would Just make it clear next time what we are paying for and let people know if you are springing a random price on them next time.

I had a giftcard for $100 to get highlights put into my hair. the stylist was very personable, we chatted it up and foiled my hair. when it was time to rinse my hair she took me to the shampoo bowl and rinsed my hair, put something on my hair and left for about 10 minutes, came back and rinsed it. after i got back to the chair, she didnt dry my hair AT ALL. (which it says on the menu was included in the price) I didnt say anything because i was going straight home and didnt think it was that big of a deal because it was at the end of the day. I go to pay and it was $145! Apparently the stuff sitting on my hair at the shampoo bowl was toner which i was charged $45 for without any heads up. After telling the receptionist that i wasnt aware i had gotten a toner she basically told me sorry, cough up the money. When i got home and dried my hair i saw that only my roots were blonde. it was VERY noticible. I called and talked to the manager about coming in to get it fixed the next morning. She basically told me too bad so sad. I went up there in person to show them what my hair looked like and after talking with the owner she decided that my hair was fine and that i couldnt get it fixed and i left in tears because my hair looked so bad. After spending that much money on highlights i at least wanted them to look good, not just blonde roots. I will NEVER go back there and will go out of my way to let other people know not to patronize Bella Vita salon.

Overall it was pretty good, wife and I got a couples massage, but not all of the masseuses are great. You get to pick a scented lotion they use, and the ambience is awesome, very relaxing.

I love Bella Vita. They have great customer service and I have had several services ranging from waxing to nails and massage. I wouldnt go or recommend anywhere else in Tulsa!

I came in with a mothers day bella donna package i wanted to use it towards my hair because well it needed help. The stylist name was kendra and she was awesome she made me feel confortable and accepted and i will defintely be back again
