Shopped here for 2 years until today . I spend alot of money on items in this store today I was looked at like a thief as if I was trying to short change the store when every purchase i make I let them keep the change so never once have i tried to get over on them so I will be doing my business elsewhere considering its much cheaper elsewhere. I was a loyal customer due to the service until I was blamed for something I didnt do nor would ever Do...... if I could give 0 stars for the service I definitely would .
WOW 36 feet 4 shelves high packed with Bongs. Every color shape & sizes. Lots of choices for vapes, pens etc...started my visit with an attitude. Because I purchased 2 disposable vapes and I cant stand menthol. I made that clear at the point of sale. One of the recommended vapes was totally like a newport cigarette. Although I tried it before I left to make sure it worked I still took it with me. I didnt think they would let me exchange it. Also I was tired the day before when I purchased it & I didnt want to argue with the guys. The manager asked me why I didnt say something yesterday, I told him sometimes Its hard for me to speak up. He said He would take it back. I was frustrated. HE DID MAKE IT RIGHT!!!! He sold me 2 for the price of 1. Thank you!!!

This place is famous for its customer service and convenience. You can pretty much get all your smoking needs satisfied in here. They do also sell Hookahs, CBP products like water and oils. Owner was very humble and polite. He didn’t try to sell anything to make a profit. He wanted to help customers out through honesty.

Great smoke shop, its HUGE! Theyve got everything you could possibly need for any smoking hobbies. Their glass pieces are fairly priced. They will make you deals if you are buying multiples of just about anything. Ive never left this shop and not had everything I went in for and for a great price.

I stopped by this place a couple of times and every time it’s a horrible experience. This is the final time I would come to this shop. I do not recommend anyone to come here. They would try to scam you with below average products for above average prices. They don’t tell you the prices of the products and at the end they would say they’re going to give you a deal but it always ends up being so much more than it should originally should be

I was looking for a good birthday present for my sister in kind of a rush, the shop said it opened at 12 and we sat and waited before hand and it was open and ready exactly at 12. The staff was very knowledgeable on all of their products and was able to help me find a great selection. Being a smaller privately owned store, they were able to even give me discounts on items and were very easy to negotiate with. All in all they helped me pick out a great dab rig and all the essentials for my sisters birthday and she loved it.
I like this shop, the people that work there as well. I just dont like that I spent so much on something that broke not long after leaving the store. And no discount on buying a brand new vape.

This place is freaking amazing! No joke, I was in vape heaven. So I walk in and immediately see their insane selection of anything and everything that you could possibly want. But it wasnt just that. The guy behind the counter greeted me like a friend and spent the time to figure out what kind of e-cig I used to have, the flavors I like, and what options he has that I would like better. I now have a vape that has 10,000 puffs, (the one I had before only had 2,500 puffs). Simple thing like asking questions and then coming up with three different vapes as an answer to those questions, made a big impact on how Im rating this place. So all and all Im giving this place five stars because of their selection, their employees that are so knowledgeable, how organized and well laid out the place is, and most of all because you could tell that they actually cared about making sure I left with a product that would make me happy. They definitely achieved my expectations thats for sure. They were just so genuine and helpful. I will definitely be able lifetime customer!!!! Love this place!!!!

I had issues with an Esco Bar, which is absolutely unheard of considering they’re usually pretty good disposables. After mine died a day and a half after purchasing, they let me bring mine in for a replacement at no charge. Which is also unheard of if you’re familiar with vape shops and disposables. They also have a buy 2 for 35 and i haven’t seen a bulk deal anywhere else? Either way, 10/10 recommend. The staff was super helpful.

I’ve generally had my son go in for vapor supplies. I went in about a year ago, but went in on May 31st; to see major improvements in selection. After speaking with the owner about several options, he indicated an interest in average pricing; to attract more business. I left with the intent of researching what I wanted, pricing; then returning to purchase my gear.My research found accessory pieces to be around 50% higher than other places, while the larger ticket items were only around 20-30% higher than average.When I returned on Monday, June 3rd, I returned to the store, ready to talk and possibly purchase what I was wanting.I’ve seen the owner and a young lady in the shop and had no problems. Today, there was a younger male attendant. Maybe this kid is a relative of some kind, that’s not any of my business. I asked to see a piece and asked the price. (Thinking I’d come back and speak later, with the owner) What I got, was a condescending speech about the brand and size of the piece, adding an outrageous price quote. When I told the attendant about my conversation with the owner on Friday and my discovery, the attendant very grudgingly offered a lower price on the piece; which was still high. I gave him a direct comparison, based on my Friday purchase, to which his response was “Then why don’t you go purchase from there?”.I did exactly that.It’s fine to carry high-end, name brand items. There’s always someone to buy them. The shop is looking wonderful and most of the time, there is friendly staff and service. Get some reasonably priced parts available, label sizes and prices. If you’re holding a piece of glass, extolling virtues and highlighting the engraved company name before giving a price that would feed a small family; you’re selling above the average market. It’s a piece of glass and all glass breaks, no matter what breed it is.With older people trying to use medical marijuana, buying necessary equipment for concentrates is a reality. We don’t claim to know everything and most of us like to keep things simple.The younger male attendant could stand a lesson in customer service. Today, he lost a $272. sale; before tax.

Great products alot of good stuff to pick..i bought some disposable vapes and one of the staff told me theyd let me get 3 for 10 of the 5 dollar sale ones so i just loaded up on them..just be careful with the clearance vapes bc one of the 10$ disposable rick and morty vapes did not turn on when i used it so i had to throw it out but got a great deal so no problem still saved money, my friend even got a big discount from the manager worth around 30$. I will be back.

How this shop has a 4.9 overall rating is beyond me. Sales person deliberately sold us a product that he knew did not work. Told us it takes 3 hours to charge! Took it back the following day and with a lot of convincing of a different sales person, finally got one that worked. Ridiculous. Horrible customer service!

When everything is closed and you wanting to shop and explore stuff, this is a cool place. I think its over expensive, but I dont know the going price for current products so I may be wrong. I bought 7 vapes for 100$ today. The very first vape I hit died after about 20 minutes. I bring it up and “no refunds” and “well did you try it in the store” no, I didn’t open up 7 vapes and hit them all just because you guys sell NONWORKING vapes. The lady was rude and I’m so disappointed and unsatisfied. This is the very first time I came in and will never ever come in again. If you’re looking for a good vape shop, this isn’t the one!!! Bought a box of filters for my vapor and juice Wednesday. The juice is tastes like chemical. Brand new filter. So I get out another filter from box and use my other juice I previously had. Normal. Today I get a break from work and go back w the cart w juice that tasted bad completely full and the bottle, full minus that cartridge filter thing. Instantly shakes his head no refunds. Asked me to try it w different filter, gave me one. KNOWING I SAID IT TASTE LIKE CHEMICALS! Im a SMOKER I know when something is different. But I played the game and again it tastes the same. Asked if they would try it now. He said he would NOT HELP A CUSTOMER LIKE ME. I left it all there and here I am wasting precious time to review that the JUICE here is NOT RIGHT and NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

I bought a vapor mod and some juices here a few weeks ago. The guy was friendly and gave me a deal on the juices ($20 each or 2 for $30).My wife went yesterday evening to buy more juice and asked if he would give her the same deal. He just laughed in her face and said no. He acted like she was stupid for even asking. I guess they are sexist and rude to women? Direct vapor sells the same juice for the same price online. We will just order from them from now on. Im not giving my money to a business that treats women lesser than men. I guess all the good reviews are coming from men. Beware ladies, you will apparently be treated much differently.

We stopped by to check out dab rigs while in the area and found this little Honey Bee 💚Swinging into another smoke shop for a carton of cigarettes on the way home was also on the list.. hence the 2nd trip in; not knowing if they even sold smokes.They do sell smokes & they were $1.40 cheaper then the usual smoke shop we use. 5 stars across the board!

I have been using hot box for two years now and they have a huge selection of vaping products as well as cigarette tobacco,glass pipes, incense.They speak to each other in a foreign language and that makes me uncomfortable,also dont buy their batteries for your vaporizer, theyre import & everything costs more. Their store hours & customer service is good, always busy.
My girlfriend and I came here today after visiting Nirvana just down the road (and being recommmended to check this shop out by a guy over there). Shaun helped us out and was super friendly. We weren’t sure if one of the products could be used in our ecig and he even looked up the information for us! The prices here are decent and there was a pretty broad selection to choose from as well. We will be coming back here for Kratom and CBD products for sure :)

This place is more then just your average smoke shop with so much to choose from, in fact they even have some very potent CBD oils that can weigh you down with a nice sleepy like euphoria. From cigars, pipe tobacco, thousands of vapor products, to glass pipes and cigarettes, whatever you desire from a smoke shop, this place will most likely carry it. Purchased a Grabba Leaf (over priced) and opened it up right outside the door. Turned around and came back in to show him it’s dry and moldy. He said “I don’t make the leaf, but I can give you a different one at a discount”. Not good business, should have tried exchange first. How do you not stand behind the products you sell?

DONT SHOP HERE.. seriously who has time to argue 🤬🤬. I purchased two Vape coils on Friday neither of them worked so I popped in to return them on Monday. I was told that they couldnt be returned because they had been used Im not really sure how I would know that they didnt work if I didnt use them but okay. He keeps trying to tell me that these are the more expensive version of coils for my vape and I keep explaining to him that I dont care how expensive they are they dont work I could understand if one of them didnt work but the fact that BOTH of them dont work and the numbers dont match seems to me that you gave me the wrong coils. The guy spends 5 minutes arguing with me that they do work theyre the right coils and that Im wrong. Finally he puts one of the coils in I show him that they...... You guessed it dont work. Its sad that I even stood there proving myself to him.

They are very helpful on knowing what their customers are looking for. I literally went in with no clue on what I needed and in a matter of minutes they hooked me up and I was out the door.

While on a road trip across the country my Smok gpriv 2 tank started leaking and I lost my tip. I was nervous to find another shop out of state that would have the parts I needed because its a pretty recent release from smok. Im so glad I found this shop on Google. Not only did that have what I needed, but from what I could tell, if you need something smok they probably have it. They also have a great selection of juice and a nice collection of glass.But what really sold me on this shop, and makes me sad that its 1500 miles from home, was the service. This was the best service Ive ever had at any smoke or vape shop. He really wanted to make sure that I left with a working mod. Great prices. Amazing service 10/10

Went in expecting a vape shop. I found that it is a head shop that happens to sell cigarettes and oh yeah has some vapes and e-juice...The vape side is more of an after thought than anything else. I felt that the guys in the store were hovering and not really interested in my business. I tried any way to learn about their products.I asked about the cost of a vape, the only one of that type in the case, they guy obviously didnt know the price, he closed his eyes and squinted like he was trying to remember, he then said that He thought it was and rattled off a price. If it was that price, they are charging $10 more than online.I am new to Vaping, this was my third store that claims to be a vape shop.
You need glassware? Skates? These guys gotcha like the other places dont! Hot box it over there get what I need and its the best price to boot!

I bought a Smok Nord Kit 3 days ago. Today the device stopped working due to a stuck pin. I took it into the store and was told that they couldnt do anything to help me. No returns or exchanges. Unbelievable.
First time at this Smoke shop. First thing: this shop has everything tobacco related. I came in looking for vape juice. My old vape shop closed so I have been trying to find a new place to go to regularly. This place really stuck out to me from the other shops I have tried out. The guy that was working when I went in was awesome. They didnt have any of the vape juice brands that I normally get, but he recommended one and it may be my new favorite juice. If you are looking for anything above 6mg nicotine, they only have 1 brand that goes higher than 6mg (naked brand). BUT they do sell the nicotine juice for $2.99 to increase your content. So I bought the brand he recommended (bad drip brand, gummy flavor called dont care bear) in 6mg and added a tube of nicotine to it, which brought it up to 12mg. The flavor is pretty good. The store is great, and the man that had helped me have since great recommendations based off the flavor descriptions I gave him that I like. 5 stars hands down. I will continue going here from now on.
