The ladies were extremely helpful, kind, attentive and frankly they were a lot of fun. I’ve been coming to Nirvana since it opened y’all have ALWAYS treated me well! Too, too bad it can’t be smelt via a review. Oh BTW always remember to bring in a Ziploc bag that they give you when you first purchase because they give you a bit of a discount if you bring it back in with you when you come to purchase again.

The best thing about this place is how convenient it is along my route. However, I often leave spending lots more than I calculated/was told by staff because of misunderstandings; its not until I see the receipt that I can confirm prices and realize were on different pages almost every time.This would likely be better if Nirvana participated in the various websites or apps that show pricing/deals/availability. The website directs you to one, but neither location appears in that vendors search results or others that Ive checked. Ill likely find another retailer thats less convenient but where I feel more confident in knowing how much Im buying/spending before even reaching the register.

My first visit to Nirvana was during their 4th of July sale. The flower I bought was beautiful and coated in delicious trichomes with crystals so thick it looked like snow. Had I based this review completely on that purchase, it would read very differently. Now, I understand that what I bought then and what I bought yesterday are very different levels of flower, but come on! The Jack Herer flower I purchased yesterday on your sale is more stem than usable product and its so dry that the moment you try to pull a piece off, the entire bud literally crumbles. Its so dry Ive not been able to even successfully use it with rolling papers.Very disappointed in this flower

This place is amazing! There are so many strains and products to chose from and the budtenders are the friendliest in town.

Don’t go here!!! The customer service is TERRIBLE and none of the employees know what they are doing. The general manager, Sarah, is also clueless. One employee messed up my boyfriends transaction and charged him twice for one product. Now the store refuses to issue a refund even though I have messages from the GM saying they would refund him AND they have it on video that the employee messed up and still refuse to do anything about. He also kept both receipts and asked to be shown the video and was then banned from the store. They also don’t weigh out their product correctly or even know what’s going on half the time. There are better dispensaries out there so just skip this one.

The manager fired me for asking another employee what his tip average was. If you’re unaware, sharing wages is protected by the NLRA, firing employees for wage sharing is discrimination by definition of that act. Do yourself a favor and listen to the bad reviews, I guarantee you can find more knowledgeable people and better product elsewhere.

When I made my stop I had the absolute pleasure of having Karla as my budtender! They were extremely knowledgeable and made the trip in worth it that much more. Always nice to have a friendly face behind the counter.

This dispensary sells out dated and expired weed. They treat all their customers like garbage. All their pre rolls are the exact same strain, all they do is make up label names and testing. I’d watch what you buy there

Great dispensary with great daily deals!! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable about their products, and seem genuinely interested in helping their patients. The manager Erin could not be any more amazing than she already is either. Shes always is ready to help, with a smile, is constantly striving get the latest and greatest for the store, and is always trying to educate herself and others further on cannabis(from terpene profiles to genetics to hash making techniques and more). Shes the best ever, and so are her staff and the dispensary!! 5 big stars!!!

This place has amazing staff, with literally every employee being quick to interact in a warm, friendly manner. They have great deals, with frequent sales and at least one type of coupon in circulation, and a nice selection of quality product. Worst dispensary in Tulsa! At least the Peoria location is! Nobody in there knows what they are doing or anything about the product! The product is terrible! I asked to speak to a manager and a lady named Sarah came from the back and she didnt know anything about the product either and all she did was try and give me a free pre roll of indica when the whole time I was there looking for sativa! 2 thumbs way down! The only way I would return is if they have a whole new staff!

Ive visited several times and have had a great experience every time they have stock - however they do sell out of the Cartel super fast and their shipments are not 100% accurate... but in spite of that, the shop is great and the people are attentive, informative, and always a pleasure each trip. I got myself something and when I went to check out, the owner gave another customer a random discount for buying 10 of a certain item, I heard him talking to the customer about it so I went to go buy that product too. I’m poor and I only had a certain amount, I TOLD THEM THAT. He couldn’t give me the same so I had to pay full price for the item. Why? Unfair and humiliating. Any good reviews for this place were made by employees. The weed is brown and old. They’re trying to sell 5 month old bud. Trash

I had no problem with them the first few times I went in there until yesterday and today. Yesterday I asked for an 8th got home and weighed it out and it was just 2 grams. They wont give me the other 1.5 grams. They did offer a discount on my next transaction but I honestly dont want to go back since they shorted me.

The bottle labels do not conform to state law, it felt very back door and a particular employee was rather rude which unfortunately does diminish initial impressions. Over all it was a pretty meh experience, giving it 2 stars since Ive only been there once.

I have had back/anxiety and sleep issues for years.. medical marijuana has been a game changer. The staff at Nirvana is phenomenal and the manager, Erin, is on point! I like trying new dispos, but if I had to say one is my “regular spot” or “go-to” it’s definitely the Nirvana on Peoria. They always have friendly and knowledgeable staff and always want the best for their patients, it seems. The crew in there during my last visit, Tyler, Caden, Nicole, and Anthony were all really helpful. Like they literally all played a part in getting me what I needed, ringing me up, finding the best deal for me, verifying my card, and recommending strains. They work really well individually and as a team. I also like their smoke shop next door. Reasonable prices on that side too- AND BIG TIP (lol big tip) if you take your receipt from the smoke shop, you get an EXTRA discount in the other half on your weed too. Love this place (: haven’t had a bad experience yet.

They Hired new managment there and I was very disappointed when I visited because Nirvana used to be my go to dispensary but Now they have 3Time DUI offender Erin Gentry who hit and severely hurt a Owasso woman while under the influence.. 😔 It saddens me to know thats who is in charge of My home dispensary, I will not be going back due to the circumstances.. She is a terrible person to put in charge of a dispensary if you ask me!! 🤔😒🕵

Horrible customer service and inferior quality product. After being lied to about the quality and sold a profuct (and being told I couldn’t get close or actually examine it due to coronavirus procedures), I tried to call a manager to complain.The manager said “our people were supposed to tell you that product was fertilized and low quality, if they didn’t and you ended up buying it I can’t help you” in a super sarcastic tone and then they hung up on me!Beyond unprofessional and unacceptably bad product. Will be boycotting this business and calling on everyone else I know to do the same.

I visited the new Nirvana store a few days after their grand opening. The store looked really nice and they had about 15-20 strains on the shelf, which was nice. My budtender was Steph and she was incredibly knowledgeable. I had a few questions for her which she happily answered. The entire process was pretty quick compared to some of the other stores in town. I was happy with the quality of bud and extremely happy with their service. I would recommend this store to other patients. Ask for Steph!!!

One of the best dispensaries in town. Smoke shop attached is really convinient. You get a discount in both if you bring the receipt from the other. They have really expanded their cart and wax selection lately. Decent selection of edibles and bud as well. They have a lot more than I can list. The smoke shop has a large inventory of smoking utensils as well. A good selection of tabacco too. If you smoke and are in the area check it out.

Do not ever come here, they will try an sell you on a product then give you something else, I was an every day regular until they turned me away the one time I forgot my card, literally come in everyday. Had to drive all the way back to broken arrow. Nirvana you can go to hell.

Their weed is worth the price however you should have more affordable flower. It’s so good though. They have a huge variety and the staff is very friendly. White lavender is the best.

Nirvana is one of the best dispensary I’ve been in so far. Everything is bright, clean and well laid out. The staff has vast knowledge of cannabis and well as there selection of cannabis product. I would recommend Nirvana is any cannabis user!

This particular dispensary has been the most customer-friendly, most affordable place to get your medicinal marijuana in Tulsa. Everybody behind the counter was friendly and easy to get along with, while all the information I needed for the strain I was getting was being displayed on-screen behind the counter. Worst service Ive ever experienced, I bought pre rolls and wanted a mix of all indica, hybrid and sativa, got mostly sativas. Didnt complain still. Its whatever. They were more for my social smoking. Bought 7 grams of triple x for my personal medicinal use and was told just how amazing it was and would be best for my needs. I call today to tell them Im not happy with the 7 grams. Does nothing for me. Nothing for physical pain. Nothing for my anxiety and depression. And I was told there was nothing that can be done about it because it doesnt get me quote on quote high. And i could have a discount on my next purchase. Thats it? I depend on medical marijuana for multiple reasons and for someone to downplay it to me over the phone is unbelievable and has never happened before. Was it because i was too nice about it? Should i have shown how I really feel going days without the actual medicine i need. I reached back out to get some sort of help and was only met with more disappointment. But dont worry, he assured me theres 2,000 other dispensaries in Oklahoma. THANKS NIRVANA ON PEORIA.

Nirvana has excellent customer service and a wide selection of different cannabis products ranging from infused ice-cream to vape cartridges, moon rocks, and specialty prerolls. I recently had to return a defective product and they happy accepted the item for in store credit. MY budtender was super helpful and had a great attitude. I will be returning again soon.

My boyfriend and I went to stop and get some weed for himself. He has crohns, so he needs it. They took a long time and they didn’t know what they were doing. He told me the lady refused to move the scale over to weigh it out and they shorted him half a gram. We went back to the convenient store next door where we came before and the lady there told him they shorted him as well. ALSO when he walked back in, there was ANOTHER guy talking about how they shorted him too. We’re from okc just passing through, if this happens with anyone else. It’s considered stealing, you’re stealing our money when we’re not getting the amount we desire. We won’t be coming back. Just fair warning to those who go in, make them weigh it out in front of you.

Great staff always good to me I only shop here for the deals coupons $5 grams of gold shelf but I probably wont be shopping there much longer since the limit has changed to 1 a day buds good but pretty high but staff is amazing super cool

They are horrible to the employees and cant seem to get pay right. Its always the next week. Any employee that rocks the boat is no longer there. They promoted me to shift Supervisor and then refused to apply the raise. When I refused to do the job they switched up a bunch of dates to fit their story and let me walk over $100. Theres no real sanitary station or what you would deem medical procedure in place for the flower and the amount of moldy/old edibles they push is ridiculous

Dragons breath (light/airy)-- Skunk #1 (light/airy)--Sweet Skunk (dense and GOOD) Im thinking it was a certain distributor/hydroponics due to the airy buds. Everything went well but that/taxes not inclu.
