Ive been looking for a go-to vape shop in Tyler since I moved here a year ago, and Artisan Vapor most definitely takes the cake! The atmosphere upon walking in is incredibly welcoming! I got excellent advice and was steered to a product that fits what I was looking for perfectly! I believe the wonderful man with a beard who helped me was named Thomas, but I am horrible with names and thus am not positive. Great variety… Very kind and helpful staff…The only disappointment I have had, which is significant, is the hours of operation apparently are just an approximation. To avoid frustration of the business closing earlier then the posted time, you may want to call to see if they’re still open prior to driving the round-trip.

It’s a pretty good store kinda convenient it’s close to the house and not very expensive, but I haven’t had the best juice from them. I just got the reds apple juice that was a grape flavor. It didn’t taste very well kind of a bland taste after a few hours of hitting. Wouldn’t recament getting that one anyone. 4 stars...

Nice location, easily accessible. Store allows meet ups and hanging out. Their supply however is extremely limited and out of the realm of normal. 2 of the 3 flavors i asked for to get a promotional deal did not come in that size, were out of stock, or in a different nic mg than i wanted. In the end was forced to buy 1 bottle at single price since they couldnt adhere to their own promotion or work with me to get some kind of workaround.

Great place, love to go up there and hangout. They have a good selection of mods and atomizers at the lowest prices Ive seen around. People up there are super awesome especially the girl with the colorful hair, she was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to

I went in there last week and purchased a delta 10 vape pen, I paid around 35 dollars or more for it, they had me take it out the package and puff to make sure it worked, it smoked some, got the thing home and that thing immediately burnt up, my neighbor said the coil was dry, it burnt up literally with all full tanks, no i didnt do it, listen all you folks with good reviews for artisan hey maybe they did you right because they know you, but they absolutely would not stand behind that high dollar vape they sold me ! Some reviews said they just handed someone else another vape without question. I had to eat the loss ! Ive spoke my peace now enter at youre own financial risk.

They have a great house juices at a great price excellent price on all premium juices at a good price.The only problem I had was I had bought a mod and 3 days later it stopped holding a charge carried it back with the receipt and was they refused to replace the mod are even exchange the mod. buyer beware try the mod at the shop other than that keep up the good work guys...

After searching around town for a Vape shop open on Sunday I stumbled on Artisan Vapor. Alli, the girl working the front was awesome and worked hard to find a juice that I liked. The Misfit house juice is probably going to be my new favorite juice moving forward.

My friend had a problem with a baby mod from here. They analyized and corrected the problem. Customer service is forgotten at most places but not here. Convenient location at South Broadway and Grande. They have the best flavors ready to go or fix up your own. Out of state products work on these magnificently. Be an alien in a cloud.

Of the many vape shops in Tyler, Artisan is one of the very few I return to. The clerks are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! Also, Artisan is an actual vape shop; not one of those shoddy shacks with junk vapes, questionable product, and cigarettes galore. Thanks for keeping the image of vaping clean, Artisan!

2 stars for being shady yet, still leaving with the one thing I came for. I am pleased they hooked me up with a car charger battery charger, as it was what I needed, and not easy to find, but the man lied to me saying my (very expensive top of the line specifically for vape batteries) were dented, wouldnt hold a charge when he put them in and ruined and that I would also need to buy a new pair of (decent, but not as nice) ones. I was skeptical, but bought them. after the purchase was made I told him I want my old batteries back still which he must not have expected, because he seemed shocked I said that. he hands them back and since he just read me the batter safety sheet he is required to read, I asked for something to put them in XD He puts them in the box the new ones came in. good. Anyway the batteries had nothing wrong with them and I still use them to this day. He probably wanted to give them to his wife who was sitting there because they are pretty purple and the EFEST brand, the nicest on the market which they dont even carry in their upscale style store :/ the shadiness is real here. Beware, people. ✌️

I just bought a whole new setup from Alli, she was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about every product in the store and I will definitely be coming back.

Guy gave me the wrong coils and when I tried to come back RIGHT after I purchased them and he wouldnt let me exchange them out and made me purchase more coils that actually would work. Instead of spending 16 bucks was forced to spend 32.. he tried to explain he would be put in jail and fined 5000 dollars if he did. He could have just swapt them out and been cool but nah he had to make it hard on everyone. Not going back here. My buddy who works with me said he got the wrong coils and the same kid let him swap them out no questions asked! Sorry artisan but you lost a costumer.

Place is a joke. Cant buy anything without giving them your name and phone number, not even pod refills. They say they have to get that information because its the law because theyre a smoke shop. Thats complete BS, they just want your info for marketing, probably to spam text or sell it. Ive bought these at countless places and Ive never had anyone ask me for that info. You can buy them at convenience stores. Went in for juul pods. They only had two types in stock and their price was higher than any other place Ive been to. I ended up going to 323 shop. They had a full selection and each pack was 5$ cheaper per pack. 323 didnt ask for my name or phone number or anything else, and thats a real smoke shop.

Ashley is cool, like milk in the fridge. As well, she immensely knowledgeable about her craft.

My first request for Nautilus Aspire coils was met with a no. So then I was sold a vaping unit and I asked for a cinnamon flavored juice. There was no direction given to let me know that the cinnamon juice would not work in the plastic tank of the vape unit. I visited again the following week to explain the situation which led to no solution to the problem. IM NOT THE EXPERT. $60 spent for juice that will only work in my Nautilus (for which I cant get coils) and a vape unit that wont accommodate my flavor of juice! 😡😡😡

I was able to get cbd here and kick my recreational habit for good. They offer Koi products and am looking forward to my next flavor. The mod I purchased was reasonably priced for my needs. They offer a variety of options in vape and chewable. They are very professional and seek to help in your needs. They explained to me everything I needed to know being this is my first time to vape and are very knowledgeable in how i should use the mod to get the best results. So far, Im saving a lot of money and am able to get relief of my anxiety and OCD without the side effects of THC.
