First time here it was late but the guy was very helpful and it was a pleasant trip; however, our second trip went differently. The lady was attentive and polite for the most part but when I asked about a product her reply was um want me to google it for you?. Just kinda felt off putting so i just picked something to try. I think if I shop here again Id go at a time they were less busy and Ill make sure I google the merchandise first.

I call today asking about availability on a product to see if they carry it. The guy on to the phone and hung up. I had called the gas station Previous to calling the smoke shop, so I called them back after he hung up on me. She told me that the owner was over there and she found it weird that he hung up on me. Not how I would picture a business being ran.

I have been going to these guy for years now and that are all amazing one of the best smoke shops in Tyler in my opinion.

Hey there, I just wanted to give a shoutout to the smoke shop in my neighborhood! Its got everything you need, but the real highlight of my visit was this awesome employee named Kaitlyn. She knows everything there is to know about the products they sell and was so friendly and approachable. She made me feel totally at home in the store.Kaitlyn was super helpful and gave me great advice on how to use the things I was buying. She even suggested some new stuff that I might like. She really went out of her way to make sure I had a good experience.

Kaitlyn is awesome! Super friendly super helpful, honest if she isn’t familiar with something(a rare occasion) very knowledgeable about most everything they sell. She greets everyone that walks in and takes the time to personally help every customer, and knows what I want before I can say it myself! She’s half the reason I keep coming back ;)

I called before driving the 70 miles to get this specific kind of Kratom. A hard to find brand. The lady said yes we have it, abd also in the ultimate form. That was the particular one that I was looking for. I asked, are you sure its this specific kind and she replied yes. I made the drive and .when I inquired about it, the one she offered was a completely different brand and strain. She said oh, they changed the name to this. I replied, no they havent, I buy it everyday and someone else tried that lie on me before. I told her that it was gonna be a 140 mile round trip because of her trying to sell me on something that I have tried before and cant take. She said sorry ,and that was that. Anything to make a buck . Dont come here.

I dont shop with anyone but Mahi for what I need. Hes always in stock with what I need, prices are A1, quality is top notch, staff is very friendly, and theres always something new in. If you can think of it they more than likely have it. Plus you earn points with purchases that lead to discounts down the line. Overall I like the way they do business and always make me feel welcome when I show up.

Best smoke shop prices around Tyler. Everyone else doubles their prices on basic smoke items. Unbleached papers at the hippie or anywhere else cost 35.00.. at the mahi smoke shop.. they are 2 dollars and some change, same as at gas stations. Can’t beat that! Thank y’all!

I love the guys who own this place. They remember you & are always nice and friendly and super informative about anything you need!

They have everything that a recreational smoker could need for smoking/vaporizing their substance of choice. Also, they have delta-8, delta-10, and THC-O-Acetate (my personal favorite). Thats really pretty much all I go to head shops for nowadays, anyhow.
