Been comming here for a while now, they usually always have the newest stuff in stock before anyone else. Only reason im leaving 2 stars is i bought a geek bar pulse less than 24 hours ago worked great when i was in the store but later that night it started auto firing in my pocket, and every time id take a hit on it it would keep firing for a few seconds took it in to swap it as id had it less than 24 hours but was told all sales were final and id have to buy a new one. I understand thats just the policy but kinda annoying cause when i used to shop at tobacco junction i could just swap it out.

I would like to say this smoke shop is a good store. Jay helped me with a problem i had with my vape and was able to exchange it with a new one!

I was in there yesterday afternoon in the vape shop that is next door to Little Caesars. The young lady that was working is super friendly and very customer service oriented. If I still worked in retail as a general manager I would want my entire team to be just like her. She definitely leaves an impression and is very personable. They have a huge selection of merchandise as most vape shops do. It was clean, tidy and smelled great like most of them, BUT what stood out was the employee. She really was an awesome person with a great personality and could not be more attentive. SMOKE MAGIC, you need to recognize her and keep her around FOR SURE!!!

Bought a vape at smoke magic in tyler on front street and Beckham. Had it for 5 days and it will not charge. Store refuses to make it right. Clerk behind the counter also refused to contact the owner to authorize an exchange.Spend your money somewhere else!! These people have ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.No return policy shouldnt apply to defective items.

I personally love this place. Its right down the street from downtown and they have the most variety, amazing customer service, vibing decor that I havent seen in a long time. Not to mention the 5-10% discount with every purchase when you sign up for their rewards program to collect a certain amount of points for more deals. Mention something about a product you dont see and dont have that you know is a must they will get it and tell you when it gets there so we as customers can benefit from that special case. So to be updated on it; it gains more kudos points. Or if you get the wrong thing they will make sure you wont leave disappointed.

I always enjoy coming here , the atmosphere is very nice and the staff is very friendly , the Morning Manager Maleny always does an amazing job! Shes very helpful and very knowledgeable. The owner of this store has done a great job !

I go to this Vape shop because I get points toward discounts on my purchase. Today I was told to go to a side register to check out. As I paid I asked about putting my number in to get my points only to be told I couldnt get my points. I will not use this shop again. Too many choices in Tyler. Salesperson was rude and I will go where my business is valued

Ive been. Two times so far. First time I bought a cart battery. 2nd time bought a bunch of misc. stuff. Both time I had very helpful people. 1st time was Heather. 2nd time was Ocean. Both were very helpful and anwsered all my questions. This has become my new smoke shop.

Friendly. Open to new products and have the most types of nicotine juice brand and flavors. Coils for most vapes. Pipes. Bongs. CBD varieties and Delta strains. Its awesome really. Its close to home so i dont drive across town. And most welcoming. Plus membership advantages like discounts and points for each purchase. Definitely my store now.

This is my first experience going to this shop and they have good customer service and ocan was able to give me exactly what I needed and I will be going back and I really thank him and I do recommend this shop for anyone they have everything that I need all in one shop.
