Vape City

I use this facility quite frequently and build up reward points regularly! The employees are great and they would get 5 stars from me however, The thing about the reward points is that they dont give you very many options and I feel if I just spent $500 with you and you give me $100 voucher I should be able to use it however I like and that is not the case here

Great customer service and a wide selection of vapes, delta, cigarillos, the whole lot. New store manager displays the best knowledge of all things in the shop, what they do, how they work that i have seen at a vape city in a while. Like they actually know what theyre talking about and are passionate about it. Very helpful and informative, great attitude, as well as seems to genuinely have great interest in their job. The prices are appropriate for what the product is, as well as great deals with the selection of disposable vape products they have. Overall, this is the best experience i have had at any vape city and i will definitely be taking all my business at this location.10/10 highly recommend.

I bought my first rechargeable vape (Id been using disposables), and Chandler was such a huge help in finding everything I wanted. He took his time to answer my questions and even reported a HORRIBLE customer service experience Id had at the Gentry store that had left me in tears. Chandler, I REALLY appreciated your patience with all my questions!

Not even 9000 puffs. Only had it for 2 days and the juice bar is already on red

I had a great experience at vape city.Michael assisted me during my visit. He is absolutely amazing and provided great customer service. Michael was very professional yet personal as well.
