This place is the best! A special shout out to the store manager/supervisor, she was a young girl. I didnt get her name. But I bought a cart there that didnt work. She exchanged it with no problem and no questions asked. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Its customer service like that, that keeps people coming back. A+

No integrity at this place. I bought a disposable pen for 65+$ that did not work at all. Once I noticed this I called the dispensary and let them know. They advised me to bring it back and they would replace it. I live in Texas so I cant just fly to Union City to exchange it. They said it would be no problem exchanging it. Once at the dispensary a whole other tone and song was sung by the management. Said they couldnt do anything although they made a note of it in my account. When I advised what they had told me about exchanging it the guy laughed and said they couldnt do anything to help. Fukk these idiots there are so many other dispensaries with integrity no time or money to waste at Lemonnade!

Kind of weird place. You cant see or smell any of the product. They dont even have an in store menu. Do your research and make decisions before you go in because like I said there is no menu. Mitchell D was friendly and helpful.

Been here before and placed an order in the past (normally I order to pick up). Decided to order today and drove all the way from San Jose. Once I got here, the security guy at the door didn’t allow me to come in. I had my passport and a photo of my ID because I forgot my I.D at home. He said, “No, only your friend.” Even my friend said you can’t take the info from the phone? And he had no explanation just staring. I just came back from Monterey yesterday, and they took my passport and photo of my ID at another dispensary. I’d suggest not coming here at all even if you have other form of identification. Not sure if the guy at the front entrance is racist or what, but go somewhere else. My friend didn’t even want to purchase anything after that front encounter due to him.
Nat was very helpful with finding me exactly what i want, and she was very polite n fun to talk too.

Havent been in a while bec i had a bad experience with an employee a couple months ago. Came back today with disappointment. Whats the point of ordering and paying online if i have to be behind 10 walk in customers. Ordered 50 minutes ago, got a confirmation but no notification that its been picked or completed😒 I really hope everything I wanted on the LIVE menu when I ordered is still available.
