It has always been an enjoyable and memorable experience anytime I come down. Though this past time was definitely worth mentioning. First off, this place is well organized, clean and eye catching to say the least. The staff, specifically these two all stars, Travis and Dave, have always been professional but a blast to interact with. Anytime they are there I know that I get quality service, amazing recommendations and just seeing their passion about their job makes it a great experience. They know their jobs and know how to brighten a customers day without even trying. If youre looking for a recommendation, I promise you, this is the place. On its own Vapor World has very competitive pricing, welcoming atmosphere and just overall the spot I will go to. But for those searching for that one ideal spot as your go to, say no more, this review is meant for you. Love being a loyal customer here and plan on being for a very long time!

Just wanna say…. Every time I stop by “Vapor World” in Union,Mo it’s always a great experience !!!! And I don’t know where y’all found the night Clerk “Dave”But he is one of the coolest , funniest & most positive guys I’ve ever met. You could be having a bad day & stop by Vapor world when “Dave” is there an you will leave with a smile an totally forget bout the day you was having. And finally he does a outstanding job I was in the store one time an “Dave” was the only clerk on duty And there was like 10 customers & he not only got everyone what they needed and rang us out as quickly as he could but he engaged with every customer all at the same time an still helping only one of usHe had all the customers laughing & thanking them for their patience all in the same…. Every store should have a clerk like “Dave” The dude is a rockstar & genuinely has a love for people & his jobHonestly Dave should be on a stage somewhere speaking to the world !!!There’s customers that go to Vapor World in Union,Mo just to interact with “Dave”He ain’t just selling Vapes he changing lives cause every leaves happy laughing & smiling !!!!!

The staff was extremely nice and helped me pick out an awesome flavored vape by a good brand. Im very pleased.

Favorite smoke shop so far! Travis and Dave are very friendly and understanding and help keep the atmosphere light and friendly! Cotton Candy Vape recommendation is also phenomenal!

New to the area, walked in and was greeted by Brian and Keegan. Although the pod I was looking for wasnt stocked, they showed me alternative and similar devices. They showed me the features of newer devices. Their knowledge and honesty is impressive. Prices were a lot lower than expected! They made an amazing juice recommended. The rewards system seems like it will pay off, it is free. Cant wait to take my wife and show her this store.

Ive been a weekly customer at this store since late spring. This store cant seem to keep its help. Employees dont know what falls under their happy hour discounts and when you inform them what is, they may or may not apply the discount anyway. Basically, all signs of poor management.Sometimes the store just isnt even open.I just stopped by midway through their happy hour on Tuesday, only to see the kid locking up shop. He stops and says, Duhh... Sorry, I gotta go to the bank; Im outta bills and dont know how long itll take. Great. Guess that means the card reader isnt working either but I wouldnt know and he didnt ask how I was paying.Its bad enough they sell your info to marketers each time they scan an id but since they cant seem to be their during their posted hours of operation then Ill just take my business elsewhere. Might not be much but they just lost a reliable $120-$170 a month.This place cant be relied on so Id recommend and encourage patrons to go elsewhere for their head shop needs

Bought two disposable vapes here and neither one of them worked. Waste of money. Go somewhere else

I would recommend this store. They have a decent selection of vapes, mods and juice. They don’t always have the vape I buy. Which is strange because they’re pretty popular. You would think they would keep them in stock. I’m not sure what the situation is but every single time I go in there they say that their shipment hasn’t came in yet and it is always several days late. Idk the truth behind that. Just know what I’m told. So that gets frustrating. And they also charge twice the amount for my vape than other stores.I’m also pretty upset that they got rid of the points program they had. My boyfriend and I had thousands of points. And we didn’t get to use them. They’re just gone. We could of used those points to save a ton of money on our purchases. One last thing is that the employees are constantly complaining about their boss and their job. In the past few months their entire staff quit and they had to hire new employees. Not sure what the issue is but I’m surprised that they are still running. Beats me. I would recommend this store for certain vape products but it’s not my favorite.

Awesome staff and lowest prices in Union.

It has been a year since I went into the store and all I can say is WOW! Staff doesnt know anything about vapes (why work in a vape store?) and have their friends in there talking instead of helping customers. Its went downhill in a quick way and I dont know how much worse the store can truly get.Sad but there is only 1 store in Union that actually knows about vapes and mods.

Great atmosphere overall. Clean well kept establishment employees are very polite, professional & knowledgeable of most all products and the RM “Joe” one of the best inthe business !!!

Knowledgable, friendly staff members educated me on my option fora nicotine vape and the THC vapes.I’m now spending half of what I used to pay for similar products. 😁👍🏻

Came In to buy an new mod and tank and clerk was working with someone that was asking for their product to be refunded or replaced. The clerk didn’t even act like I was there for 15 minutes. No hi I’ll be right w u, no sorry for the wait, nothing. Like I literally wasn’t even there. I guess the clerk has never working in customer service because that’s horrible customer service and to too it off after 15 minutes of waiting I told him I knew what I wanted and he acted annoyed and then rolled his eyes when I was asking for a specific juice that he THOUGHT they didn’t have but was there the whole time. The store has a great selection of products and juices but it’s a shame they have horrible workers because I won’t be back, and I read the last post about the B.O. and he’s right I’ve smelled it in there before. It’s some of the worst and strongest body odor I’ve ever smelled coming from an employee of a business. Zero stars

They recommended an incompatible coil after we told them the exact coil model we use for our tank, so we bought it. They conveniently have a no returns policy. Waste of $20 and our time. Sorry to say this, but youre essentially buying from thieves. Id be willing to change my review if they can own up to their mistake.

Excellent prices and selection for salt nic and devices. The manager is knowledgeable about the products and personable with customers. The store is always clean and well stocked.FYI: Be prepared with ID. They card everyone regardless of age per store policy.

Very clean, knowledgeable staff, do me a favor... Think of a flavor that youd like to vape.... Yea they have it!! If I could leave 10 stars I would! These people leaving 1 star reviews are just petty street trash who either cant do basic math or, are upset because they dont know how to take care of their devices then blame it on the store or the employees when something breaks. Overall great store who Id recommend to anyone looking for vape or glass products!

Worst vape store i’ve ever been to. arrogant employees. can’t text people back or be on your phone at all in store apparently? Very stupid store i will never come back and recommend nobody else go here either. Hope their business shuts down.

The Place smelled of the worst rotten body odor Ive smelt in a long long while. Beth was Super Helpful forsure. Other than that I have no desire to go back and highly suggest the other employee who was worked ng Take a Shower and present yourself better. Yuck!!!

If I could give a half star or none I would. This place is a joke. I got a vaporizer that clearly stated on the sign that it was $19.00 and I even told the worker that I couldnt afford much. I was given my total and it was $166. I walked out in shock wondering why then outside I realized I was charged $19.00 and then another $89.00 for a separate piece in same box. When taken back inside they said no refunds. Talked with corporate and they said I should have looked in the store. Wth is wrong with this place??!! So crooked its insane. Do not fall for the scams here.

Love this place, I use to go to other vape stores in the area but once I walked into vaper world I was astounded by the wide variety of juices,mods and other products they have. The staff is amazing, their prices cant be beat.I would reccomend to anyone and everyone who is looking for quality juice,mods and more to come to this shop for their needs.Any questions you have, they have answers for you, best staff, best products and a wonderful atmosphere.

Ive always loved going to vapor world while beth is their. She does an amazing job. She is very knowledgeable about everything. I definitely recommend going to her for any questions you might have.

This place is a joke! The items I purchased broke within minutes of leaving the store. Then I was told by 1 employee that they would order a replacement and let me know when it was in (I could NOT get a refund). After 3 weeks, I called then to be told by another employee that they cannot order another item and Im S.O.L.! Will NOT go there again!

Out of all the vape stores iv been to in the past this one is my favorite the Manager is super friendly and helps me with all my vape related questions as well as they have a wide select of disposable vapes and vape juice flavors so I can get what I need as well as what my sister needs

First time being in the store this morning cuz my wifes coil went bad had seen it passing by decided I would stop body coil took it home was bad took it back the lady still charged me for another coil after saying there was something wrong with the coil this morning they had a new customer 2 hours later no longer a customer
