I’d like to mention Shani and Leila - they’re newer to the crew but not only are they helpful, they make you feel like a friend when you’re there. Sam is also amazing and super helpful! I had such a wonderful time visiting this vape shop/smoke shop man! They had everything I could dream of! This place is huge. Their range of glass pieces and juices were amazing and over the top! I was astounded by their massive selections of everything from Glass vape juice, herbal supplements to these delicious, exotic snacks, that I’ve never seen in any other store before! their pricing and selection instantly put a grin on my face. But what made my experience absolutely spectacular, was their staff who are definitely, hands down, the MVPs!

This place is the best! Amazing staff and a very wide selection of quality equipment and juices. The staff is all very knowledgeable, and can curate a product that will fit your budget and taste perfectly. They will make you feel right at home here, and you will quickly get on a first-name basis. I moved over to the west side a while ago, but just recently came back to live closer to take care of my grandma. I stopped in, and they welcomed me back right away and actually remembered my name on the first try after all these years! This is not a common thing nowadays, and people that actually care that much about their customers should be celebrated.

Purchased something that was defected and didn’t know till I got home, went back and they exchanged it with no problem. Very nice people work there, answered all questions asked.

Owner and son are very helpful and very knowledgeable. Not just stoners go here but people that have medical issues that need relief and dont want addictive narcotics. I go here because of the owner and his son they are great people and good business owners for the community. Dont judge the place or people that shop here in your preconceived notions. If you are in pain from disability go see these guys and get off the pharmaceuticals - it is possible.

I order online from them as they were one of the few places left that still had my vape juice in stock. There online payment processing was down so I called to place my order. After ordering for the first time from them I was blown away at how quick I received it. I ordered on a weekend and received it 2 days later for a flat shipping cost that was no more than other sites charge. I also enjoyed placing my order by phone as I found it more reliable to speak to someone about the product I wanted. Very friendly too great group of people working there and always willing to go out of the way to make sure you have all you need. If I didn’t live so far away I’d be glad to shop there in person and I’ve since placed 2 more orders with this company. Highly recommend for any vaping needs or anything else you may need.

What a great smoke shop. They have literally everything you need. The kratom selection completely covers all strains. They also have great priced vape mystery bags that include 5 disposables for 15$. The staff are very knowledgeable and happy to help. I would rate this place higher than 5 stars if I could, its really that good.

They sold me chinese fakes of name brand products for full price. i bought a machined aluminum chromium crusher grinder for 20 dollars. turns out it was aluminum plated copper? im not sure, but the plating is getting worn out after a few months, and its starting to smell like pennies! dont trust their products! they are mostly cheap knockoffs, and low quality glass. try BDT! its higher price, but higher quality!came back 8 years later and they sold me fake nootropics 😂 I dont even remember going there the first time. yeah, steer clear of this place.

They sell fake delta 8 carts, these people scam you and will lie about their products, they sold us a fake delta 8 cart and wouldn’t retunr it or give us anything of value other then trying to give us the same products back but in a different flavor. This is so crazy that I have to worry about buying real products from these vape shops, the fact that we had to come back and they scammed us and stole our money, charged us 28$ For a fake product wow

My experience in this store is really bad!!! The owner is absolutely NOT a fair person!!! First he don’t want to change a piece to a bigger size and then he offered me 50% off of the new piece. 18$ - 50% = 12$ ???? Really???? People before you buy something there CHECK the price!!!! It was the end of the day and not to mention my girlfriend and my 4 year anniversary! and as a 4 year anniversary gift she asked if I could get her a blow torch for work(cause shes is a bartender/waitress and the gift I ready got her wasnt enough lol) very late at night the day of! I had to get what the lady wanted and even tho it was way past closing time the gentleman kindly opened the door and re opened the register for me, not only did he go above and beyond, he was kind beyond belief! props to these lovely people at Woodstock 100% would recommend!

Amazing people that work here. They helped me out a ton on prices and have a really good selection with extremely fair prices. Their quality is nice to, you can get okay stuff for cheap or high end stuff for a lot more. So there is a good range of prices and stuff.

Bought Aspire Breeze. Price 29.95, they end up charging me 42 for it. Claims web prices are lower because of shipping, etc. If thats the case price for Aspire Breeze 2 would be higher in store but its the same as on the website. They lost a customer and will be getting a charge back for it. Look at your receipts folks.Response: wrong. The website that is clearly associated to YOUR shop, has a price which you did not charge me. Instead you STOLE $12 and made up excuses as to why you charged the extra. Whoever I spoke with on the phone yesterday stated price on the website is lower because you charge shipping and other fees. So by his logic you charged $12 extra because you had to hand me the device from behind the counter. No problem though. Already contacted my credit card. Ill get my money back, you will lose that money and a customer. Wild Bills up the street is definitely less shady than your place.

I got sold a moldy cart from a delta 8 cart brand that was clearly not legit. It had directions to put under your tongue and consume it. They told me it was oxidation but this cart was nearly black and had separated agents. There was a layer of terpentinw at the top. When I went back I did not get much help.

Ive been going to Woodstock for quite a while now. They always have sales. They always take care of you and make sure that they get you what you are looking for. Audrick, Dedrick, Dave, and Deb are all amazing people and they work hard to make sure that every customer is happy and satisfied. They treat you like family.

Used to come here a lot but I purchased a “Scorch Torch” for $29.95. It worked for less than a month. When it failed my boyfriend and I started to troubleshoot. In that process we found out these “Brand Name Torches” are completely counterfeit. The company said this is a knock off and they make no such model so now, I can’t even get parts! Box has no inserts or website but I never noticed. Just trusted what they were selling was legit. So careful when trusting them and READ THE REVIEWS. When I called and confronted Woodstock they said they couldn’t do anything (less than 30 days with the box and receipt) but he could sell me another??!! didn’t spend $30 plus tax for less than 30 days of use. We’ve been customers since the gas station, with a lot of our friends. Noticed MANY price increase lately... seems like I’m always being ripped off. Beyond disappointed.

I wish I could give zero stars. Went in there looking for a recommendation on good new vape pods. The manager recommended these new CS pods. I open them up that night and found all of them to be leaking two packs worth at $20 each. I went to see if they could be exchanged this morning after less than 24 hours and the store told me theres nothing they can do for me. what kind of store doesnt stand behind the product they sell and simply offer an exchange for an unhappy customer? Absolutely horrible and dissatisfied and I will never return

Came here to get a glass and I told the employee to get me a 18 F Size bowl and he came and got me the wrong size. After getting home I noticed it didnt fit. they wouldnt allow an exchange lol. They dont care about loyalty. Not to mention they didnt even ID me. Sloppy.

Sarah was extremely knowledgeable with all the Kratom strains and took the time to help us decide on which ones would be good for us. Kyle helped us pick out some good e-juices and was very patient and helpful while my boyfriend is very picky about his selections. I gotta say that Audrick, Dedrick, and Dave are by far the best and most passionate employees at the store that Ive seen so far. I just moved to Michigan and was lucky enough to have this place right across the street from me. The store is very up to date on all glass and vape options. I was just in to purchase a new glass piece and Audrick and Dedrick did all they could to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my purchase. I was stuck on two pieces and Audrick was very knowledgeable of all the percs and what not. All my questions were answered no problem and I was given some awesome deals including 30% off my big piece then another 20% off from my rewards. Overall, I can say you feel welcomed right as you walk in and everyone in the store is super nice and chill. No complaints for these guys.

Pay attention to how much they charge you! During my first two visits I purchased alot, but still noticed and suspected I was overcharged - It wasn’t until my 3rd and final visit that I made sure I asked the cost of my two items multiple times before checking out. Sure enough, when adding the cost of the items and tax - it didn’t add up to what I was being charged. This time I questioned it. (stupidly after I had payed) The employee ringing me up tried saying it was Tax. After I did the math aloud and said it didn’t add up still, he literally said they using ROUNDING for ease. He even offered up a receipt to show how he got the total - which is pretty much a written admission to stealing. This is not only a joke, it’s criminal.I’m NOT talking about charging $10 for a $9.9X purchase - on one of the occasions I recall it being around $6 (was keeping track of how much I was spending) - but since I purchased alot and most of what I bought was sold by weight, I thought it may have been a honest error & didn’t look into it further. Now they have admitted to ripping me off. I have alot of down time at work this week and will make sure I research which government entity would be responsible for investigating this company and make a report. If they are doing such a blatant scam to me on multiple occasions then # 1 - I’m for sure not the only one # 2 - they are probably upto other illegal activities, tax fruad ect.

Not to pick on Smok, but its hardly top shelf kit, and their premium juices are far from premium. Ive given this place 3 chances, theyve blown every one. Never going back. There are plenty of good vape shops around. This isnt one of them.

I have been to many headshops all around michigan but this is by far my favorite. Every staff member is extremely polite and knowledgable onf every product that they offer. Everytime I come in one of the gentlemen will hook me up with the best prices and service possible and I am everytime I am walking out it is with a smile. Woodstock is about 15-20 minutes from my house but I make the trip almost everyday because it is worth it.

I asked about the whipit brand whipped cream charger tank and one of the employees blew up on me saying he couldnt sell it to me because i was trying to misuse the product ( i just wanted butane ). Everytime i went there, theres 3 employees helping 1 person and 5 people waiting for assistance . sometimes i wait 15 minutes to ask one question, then they just walk away while im mid sentence and help/talk to someone else; they are all over the place. Prices are somewhat high and the selection is pretty bad. Their ejuice is okay though but not even nearly good enough for me to want to visit it again.

Dedrick and Audrick are honestly two of the greatest guys this industry could ask for. When I come in they dont just treat me as another face they treat me like family. They may not be knowledgable on everything vaping related but they do their best to stay up on it and give you an entertaining experience while you are there. Im changing my review from a 5* review to a 4 due to the woman who works there not knowing anything about vapes when Woodstock is a vape store. ALSO a vapor we saw a vape for sale for $79.99 at the store, we looked it up for reviews etc because she didnt know ANYTHING!!! We saw the vape for sale on eBay for $40.. HALF PRICE!!!!! Decent customer service, good selection of tobacco products, vapes, juices, glass, and more. They always give us a decent price and treat us well.

Was just in here for some vape juice. Had what I wanted in stock and at a decent price.EDIT: Well, they went full circle and tried to abuse the ban and raised their prices. Not like a sensible amount or anything. $25 for a 60ml. Went right up the street and got the same thing for $13 for a 60ml. Taking advantage of the flavor ban is very scummy. Tsk tsk.

Place was closed when I was here but the concept is genius. They sell bonsai, theres nothing better than getting stoned and caring for a little tree. Theres also a wicked mural on the wall.

I love coming in to see the og owners. They sold me my first rig 4 years ago and taught me how to build a rda way back when that was a thing vape shops could do. My favorite things Ive found in the store are the local pieces/ functional art. I bought a handmade pinecone pendant and another time I bought a wire wrapped roach clip. Also I should mention they have a huge variety in herbals supplements and vape supplies/juices.

Guys are awesome very knowledgeable always friendly and have a huge selection!!!! If you cant find what you want here you prolly arnt gonna find it. I highly recommend this shop. I have been going here for years

A shady business operating in a historically safe environment. I expected trash like this place when I lived in Flint, but not here. It is a store opened by a gas station owner as a way to get around not being able to sell K2 in chain gas stations (the citgo station nearby in this case) and sells drug paraphernalia and all the K2 derivatives. Theyll probably keep finding new strains until eventually every THC imitator is banned. Even then theyll probably sell it under the table.Dont go here! Keep this area safe! Im not some overbearing mother or parent, Im a college graduate who lived in Flint, MI for five years and saw the rock bottom of humanity. This is the type of place I expect to find in Flint. Dont let them take root here! There is a legit tobacco place literally less than a quarter mile away that has been open for the better part of a decade. Yet in the past year or two I;ve seen no less than three smoke shops open up. You really mean to tell me there are that many people taking up tobacco smoking in this day and age? No! I hope these cretins go bankrupt.

Everybody there was very informative all I went in to buy a new RDA for my vape they had a wide variety of selection and then also had one of the largest varieties of juices Ive seen in a vape shop. They have deals on Tuesdays that will blow your mind I went in there bought hey top of the line RDA and 3:30 Ml juices all together would have costed me over 70 bucks ended up paying like $48 if you vape I would definitely recommend going here

Bought a Smok fit a week ago and it already broke. Went to the store and they said there was nothing they could do in store because Smok offered a warrenty. Smok requires an app that is nonexistent to “verify” the product, and smok wont email me back. Cant call them because they are in China. I feel like I’ve been ripped off. Not cool.

The owners of this business sell K2 !! Do NOT give them any of your business. The same people own the Citgo Gas Station down the street from the smoke shop. If they do not care about the kids in this community then we cannot let them continue business in it !! Say NO TO K2 !! and say no to these folks.

Bought a vape pen migi pro 32 dollars it doesn’t work unless you wiggle it took it back the next day same guy sold it to me checked it out said ya that’s weird he tried his cartridge on it doesn’t work tells me I have to try to file a claim online he can’t exchange it this guy talked me into buying a broken battery I was gonna buy a different one he said no go with this one . It was one day old stand by your products looks like I won’t be doing business with Woodstock ever again
