Elegance Massage

I have ongoing neck and shoulder tension issues, which also leads to tension headaches. I go to the chiropractor. acupuncture and medical massages to help with that. But sometimes between those appointments I need a massage and they do a great job. Most of the time its a better massage than the one I get at the chiropractor. They are super friendly. The rooms are clean and the temperature is prefect.

Worst massage experience ever! Went in for a half hour chair massage and received a mid foot massage mostly just rubbing lotion around on legs. Lots of heavy breathing and basically no pressure. Had been there previously gotten a really good back massage but second time was a total failure!

Weirdest massage experience I ever had. Went in for a 15 minute neck & shoulder appointment. Had to wait 10 minutes for that, move from room to chair. The person who started the massage was adept but left me 4 times and ended up bringing in a different person. All of this happens with minimal communication as there is a huge language barrier. I hadnt been here before, glad I didnt ask for a 30 minute or more massage. The guy who took over was pressing way down on my back, tailbone, buttocks. I was weirded out but what do I know about massage techniques? He also did a lot of heavy breathing which maybe, I thought, is asthma? The first persons massage techniques were great but I was not well treated with all the interruptions, hand-off, overall length of appointment.

I don’t have the time or energy to get into everything. This place should be shut down. People are getting screwed over, misled, and physically hurt. The manipulation, lack of professionalism, and cost all for an awful experience is not worth it. Seriously beware and don’t listen to the positive reviews. They got lucky or are lying.

I Always love this place but I just got a massage and when I turned onto my back she put a ton of hand sanitizer on her hands and started rubbing my neck and face . It was terrible. She showed me the bottle when I asked her what she had used. It’s an extremely disappointing way to end a massage !

The massage therapist Lita is an amazing masseuse very professional and well mannered. Gets the knots and kinks worked out to a tee! She is a compliment to a very nice shop! Will see again for sure! Five star experience... classy and beyond expectations!

The women were very nice. The place was very clean. We were able to get a couples massage same day for a very reasonable price. These women know what they are doing, if you need a good massage, this is the place to go.

My husband booked a full body massage for me for my birthday. 90 minutes. I didn’t know what to expect since it was my 1st massage ever. But it was really nice. I felt comfortable. I will be back again.

The massages are very good, but I paid $70 for an hour massage and gave her a $100. I asked for $10 in change and she did not want to give it to me. I felt like $20 was a nice tip for the services. However, $30 is steep. She didnt speak English well and decided that I wasnt getting any change.Just be ready to only give the exact cash you want to and no more.

EDIT: went again today 05.17.2023 for a 90 minute massage. The massage was great when she was massaging me but between leaving the room at least 6 times after the front door bell rang, making a phone call to someone whos call she missed while she was outside taking to another customer (instead of massaging me), leaving the room because the other lady I guess needed help with translation or something I dont think I got 60 minutes of actual massage. When I said that this is unprofessional she said that she needed to check on the customers that walk in and that she is sorry. When I was paying she asked for cash and I said no but I will give her $20 tip in cash, then she said use the ATM to get cash, NO I will not do that. At that time again I said that it was good but unprofessional for her to be leaving me like that and I will be back only if I could get the service I paid for and her response was, then another girl who dont speak English!!!!For my 50th birthday my sister got me 6 gift certificates for this place. Today I used the second one and decided to write this review. First one was in June. Both times I made appointment online, for the first one lady was there, waiting for me. Massage was good but for the whole hour some other lady was standing at the door and they were talking the whole time. Really unprofessional. Today I got there and this lady (Tina) had no idea about my appointment, didnt understand a thing I was saying. Thankfully there was an older gentleman sitting there and he used the Google translate to help us out. Massage was really good but Im wondering why did she massage me when I made the appointment it was showing different name. Also, like others were saying there was no paperwork to fill out or sign, there was no receipt. I really wish that I didnt get so many certificates but at least now I know to bring my own phone and use Google translate to communicate. 3 stars is because of this technicality, massage was more like 4

My work requires lots of driving and randomly lifting heavy objects. This does a number on my back. I heard about Elegance Massage from a friend and decided to go in for a session. I have to admit, this has been one of the best experiences Ive ever had. Mia was pleasant and attentive to all my requests. Got all the kinks out and I felt 10 years younger. The place is clean and very tastefully decorated. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

The sheets are so soft and the massage table very comfortable.My massage therapist was Mia and she was FANTASTIC!!! YOU HAVE GOT TO GIVE HER A TRY!!! She is an expert at massage and very strong! Had a wonderful massage from Tila today. She was great at relaxing the entire body and focusing the deep tissue where it was needed. The hot stones are very hot so be sure to speak up if theyre too hot. I was probably just not used to them. Overall an excellent experience!

I visit Elegance weekly and look forward to my visit all week long.The therapists are well trained in a variety of Eastern and Western techniques, using their body weight, hands and feet, and also traditional massage to achieve a blissfully relaxing and theraputic experience. Tila is the best. She is able to locate each problem area, adjust pressure and technique, all leading to a massage that will make you want to return soon for another.Elegance does work hard to accommodate your schedule and requests, but for same-day appointments its good to be flexible on times. The therapy rooms are neat but sparse, but youre there for a massage not the decor. Most of the tables are quite comfy. They accommodate couples and do 4 hand. Hurry in if you want a blissful massage and you will not be disappointed.

The best massage Ive ever had...and Ive had a lot. Have been suffering terribly with neck pain for 2 weeks. Saw David today, he gave me a 70 minute massage. When I left it was 80% gone!! Yes, their English could be improved but with the care I received today I could care less. Thank you David, youre terrific.

The massages I have received here in the past are always very good but todays by Tina was exceptional! Very thorough, paid attention to sore areas, and listened to my request for no hot stones (a previous therapist used them and they were too hot). Thanks for the great treatment...will return again for certain!

I went here on Feb. 2, 2022. I was the first customer of the day. The worker does not speak or understand any english so it was hard to communicate. The place is okay but the massage is a bit horrible. First, She legit stepped on my back and used her feet to massage me. she probably between 100 to 125 lbs and she was stepping on my back and neck which I already have a c-spine problem. Her full weight was on my back because left foot was on my lower back and right foot is stepping on my neck. Second, she legit sat on my back and start massaging me.I told her to get off and she did. The checking out process I was using my debit card to charge $80 for the total amount. I open my wallet took $20 for tip and she suddenly speaks english and said use cash to pay its better. I said I only have $50 cash its not enough and I am Giving you $20 for tip. She then said. $70 on card then give me $10 cash for cupping. I said why? i need my cash but I ended up doing what she wants. Also, I tip $20 because I saw the reviews here and they force you to give big tip so i did it first so I dont get irritated by them.

I booked a 2 hour massage over a week in advance as I had been working out and wanted to address some sore muscles. I received a confirmation text with lots of emojis the morning off and I replied to confirm again. I took the afternoon off and was looking forward to the appointment. About 5 minutes from my destination, and 10 minutes before the appointment began, the phone rings and then when I didn’t answer (driving) I received a text that the person in front of me was delayed and they had to push my appointment back an hour. What the heck? At that point, you tell the late person no and to reschedule.. don’t screw over someone else. I responded that moving my appointment an entire hour when I was 5mins away was not good for my schedule and to cancel it. I won’t try to go back. The texts with emojis were nice, but the customer service wasn’t the best, especially considering the $$ I was going to pay for a 2hr massage that then didn’t happen. Reading reviews, this isn’t a rare occurrence either. :(

During my work my hands, arms and lower back hurts very bad, a specially after Covid 19 issues and no activity I decided to book apt on short notice. Like always this is amazing pace for the massage, excellent service and reasonable price. I received mask, bottle of water upon my entry, filled paperwork, got my temp check and was taken to the room. Very very nice work, I wish I can afford to have massage more often. The only one things I will suggest to whole place and thats to have some nice air freshener to create more pleasant atmosphere other than that in my opinion this is the best place to go. If you have hectic work schedule they are open late hours so you should not have any excuse. Thanks ladies keep it up. Language barrier isnt a big deal for me you know your job. My husband and I dropped in last minute during a date night when our original plans fell through. They were able to get us in quickly (within half an hour of arrival). There was a language barrier but the massages were amazing. I had a 30 minute hot stone foot massage and my husband had a 30 minute body massage. We were impressed by the professional atmosphere, attention to detail, and quality of massages. Will definitely be going back!

I scheduled my appointment a few days in advance. The day of the appointment I got a text to confirm. I confirmed and showed up about 5-10 minutes early. The appointment was at 2pm. A lady who barely spoke English greeted me and told me to wait in the corner massage room. I asked if I had to dress down. She said, “no wait and I will be back in 5 min.” I sat in that corner massage room for about 15 minutes when someone showed up who didn’t speak a word of English. I said my appointment was at 2pm and it’s 2:15pm right now. She went and got the other lady who kept telling me go into the room and dress down. I said no thank you and left.

Just had my first couples massage at elegance. Was not a bad massage. When I called to setup the appointment I specifically asked about the 10% off first time guests discount advertised on their website. The website lists a couples massage for 90 mins for $180 add in 10% off I’m thinking right around $162. Tina who I spoke to on the phone when I set up the appointment confirmed and said she would take $20 off for me. When I went to pay at the end, she said it would be $180 and that instead of the discount, she threw in a “free” hot stone massage as my first time guest perk. I need to specify that I never asked for hot stone massage, she just broke them out in the middle of the session. I did not want that INSTEAD of 10% off the bill.Needless to say I only brought $200 cash and I only expected to pay $200. As per the original phone call, I was ready to pay $160 plus a $20 tip to each masseuse. I should have showed Tina her own website to clarify but I chalked it up to I’ll probably never go back. It was not until we left that my wife realized her masseuse Lita who did a great job gets less tip because of the mistake made by Tina on the price.Hopefully she can fix her website that says 10% off first time guest because that was a false advertisement.Tina also had to interrupt the massage multiple times to either greet a walk in guest, greet guests who arrived early, and to just grab little things that should have been ready in the room. A few times, I also caught Tina texting with one hand while attempting to massage at the same time. I appreciate she’s working hard, but I didn’t feel like the priority and it was awfully distracting. Maybe she needs a receptionist.Anyways hope this helps so you don’t confuse people in the future. My boyfriend and I walked in and got massages within a few minutes. The ladies were very friendly and kind and I can personally say that Angel was an amazing masseuse; she made me feel comfortable and used just the right amount of firm pressure. Already looking forward to my next visit!

I think that Elegance Massage offers the best massage in town. I have been suffering from back pain for a long time and have tried different kinds of treatments, but none of them have worked as well as this one. Highly recommended to anyone who needs a massage!

Had a great massage. I have lots of pains and very tight muscles my therapist worked hard to accommodate my needs. The owner is very professional and friendly. Place is nice, clean and tidy but not over the top where you would wonder if youre paying extra for the decor. The only comment I have is it seems like the therapist wasnt completely prepared because she had to leave the room serveral time. I understand she had to go out to get warm towels but she also went to get oil and other stuff I think and sometimes she forgot to close the door and Im lying there not really covered. Its OK, I was at the end of the hallway so I wasnt too worried plus she was back very quickly. BTW, my last massage place in LA, they had something like a crockpot in each room in which they kept the warm towels so the therapists didnt need to leave the room. Just an idea. Overall, a great experience. Ill be back.

LITERALLY THE BEST MASSAGE OF MY LIFE!!!!!!!! I went there after my back went out and the lady Angel did a deep tissue massage on me. She was extremely professional and kind. I cant believe that tiny person had that much strength in her.... I felt AMAZING after my massage and slept so good afterwards. The staff is just amazing and treat you like family. Ive been to so many high end massage parlors yet none of them were as good as this place. Ive been to Massage Envy and even Dosha spa, and they cant even hold a candle to Massage Elegance. Im not going anywhere else from now on. I found my spot.

I went yesterday for the first time for a 60-minute, full body, deep tissue massage from Kim and it was wonderful. I will definitely be back. She was very professional and did an outstanding job getting the deep muscles in every area. Not much else to say other than thank you, and highly recommended!

Fantastic massage, one of the best yet. My masseuse was very strong which is great. Rating is from the atmosphere. Our masseuses left a couple times to get towels which is fine, but the door seemed to squeak throughout the massage. She also answer a phone call and scheduled another appointment. CD player skipped a couple times too, these are all little things but they added up to be a just okay experience. If they brought their A game it would be 5 stars easy.

The massage was wonderful;however, when it came time for payment first thing asked was pay with cash? I read the reviews prior to going, which made me a little reluctant , due to the lack of professionalism. A little piece of advice to the owner of this facility Do Not ask a customer if theyre going to pay cash and then act disappointed when you say no youre using a card. We all know that wanting a customer to pay cash is just to evade paying taxes.

Went to elegance with my friend. We called in advance because there were two of us. They got us in in about 30 minutes and two nice ladies met us at the door. Very nice massage she followed my directions throughly. I was mostly there to relax but i did have a sore calf from running the day before. She spent some extra time on the calf and it helped my recovery significantly. I will be returning.

Absolutely fantastic experience here, one of the best massages i’ve ever gotten and i’ve gotten a lot of massages across the country. I’d recommend this place to everyone. The owner is very nice, and her employees are very good, everyone in my family loved their experience here.

I went here for the first time today. I got a 60min full body massage. I arrived 15 minutes early and when I walked in they greeted me right away and escorted me back to my room. The bed was comfortable and the massage felt good. I will definitely be returning.

I am active, and at this stage in life something is always tweaked. Like many women, I just dont take care of myself first. Problems then exacerbate, until you wake up one day and cant move your neck from all the shoulder stress. Angel got in there and found knots that had been building since 2020 I am sure. She really knows what she is doing, and I felt a relief for the first time in a long while.

I wish I could echo the other reviews on here, but my experience was unfortunately terrible from beginning to end. When I arrived I stated I would be paying with my card as the sign states is acceptable (with a higher charge and I was ok with that). I stated that twice and was told I had to go to the atm outside and get cash because my masseuse preferred it that way. So I paid the atm fees and began my massage. During my massage my masseuse left the room to answer the front door(gone over 5 minutes) and also a second time stopped my massage TO MAKE A CALL ON SPEAKERPHONE IN THE ROOM! After my massage was over, I went to leave and forgot to tip due to paying at the beginning and not the end as I am used to. When I did this I was asked by my masseuse What, no tip for me? This was a completely unprofessional , unrelaxing, and disappointing massage . I will not go back, and based on my experience, urge others to not waste their money here.

I did not have the 5 star experience that most others have had at this business. I hesitated to leave a review before, as I visited a couple months ago, because I had never had a professional massage before and was not sure if what I experienced was normal or not. As I gathered more info from people who have, I gained the knowledge I needed to poat an honest, informed review.I asked in advance, if they could accomodate pregnant women, ie. a hole or space in the bed to have my pregnant belly in so I was not laying directly on my baby. They happily said yes. When I arrived, I was put in a room to put my feet in boiling hot water for over a half hour i had waited, and then finally put in a room to be massaged. I expressed my concerns to the masseuse on laying directly on my stomach, as, surprise, there was no hole in the bed for my stomach. She insisted i lay on it and i kind of just laid on my side and the whole massage was very uncomfortable and it was not very good at all. I paid and left a tip but wont be coming back.EDIT: Replying to the comment I recieved. It was not today that I came in. As I said, it was about 2 months ago.

By far hands down, Elegance Massage is the place to come if you are in need of a massage! Angel is one of the best MTs Ive ever had. She and her very friendly staff target all the right places whether its neck and shoulders, back, or a full body massage . I highly recommend this place.

I highly recommend this massage parlor. The staff is very friendly and great at what they do. My wife and I were treated nicely and with respect during our couples session. We will definitely be going back. Also, there is a guzheng (traditional Chinese instrument) in the lobby that one of the masseuses plays beautifully!

Went for a massage after making an appointment and being told that they accept insurance.Arrived before appointment to do paperwork and found that nobody could speak english, and when I asked about my Automobile insurance being able to cover my massage as I am prescribed massages, was told that they dont have insurance..........Then in a text message after I left they stated again that they have no insurance and offered me a discounted massage..I recommend that nobody goes here since they clearly have no insurance so if they hurt you, you are screwed.

OK this was my first time here at elegance massage I had a great massage the people were very friendly and nice place is clean and comfortable and I felt really good, when I left I gave a bigger tip that I normally do.
