Very nice customer service and great prices. I changed store because its great.So I went back in today on 4/5/24 and the person that was in there was pretty rude not very talkative and it wasnt the same guy thats always in there this person asked her ID for me and my friend when I was buying which I get but my friend didnt have ID and was going to leave he would not sell to me when I told this person that she had no idea he refused my service I changed stores to come to cloud City because of the friendliness the prices and the convenience spot of where it is I spend lots of money in there because of the great deals almost every other week and he refused my services rudely I cant say that I will never go back but if that person is there I will not go in.

This place has the best prices Ive seen in town. The staff is very knowledgeable and was able to direct me to a vape id like. Im going to keep returning, they also have a large selection to choose from.

Went in Tuesday morning right after they opened, had no clue what I was gonna get but knew I wanted a disposable and the guy working was very knowledgeable and showed me something that was on clearance and it was really good, I will definitely be back and recommending this place to anyone I know whos looking for a great local shop with great prices.

Bill has got the best selection of products in both of his locations compared to any other smoke shop. You get fair pricing and good customer service. Make sure to check out the Portland shop too. Cloud City got the best inventory

Big selection on brands and colors. I was able to get into a nice 230 watt smok arkfox kit in a really unique color way that I haven’t seen anywhere else yet. Pleasant staff and generous pricing. I’ll be back!

I’m glad I stumbled across this shop, it’s brand news and usually I can Never find 0mg juices anywhere but they have an entire shelf dedicated to it at this shop!! They had all the brands u can think of: pachamama, cloud nurdz, juice head, non menthol, menthol, cloud nine, etc. They are pretty friendly as well

Helpful employee got me into a really nice voopoo drag 4 kit and I got it at a really good price !! He was able to help me set it up and get a really nice red’s apple juice as well, good people.

This place deserves 10 stars. They have the best flavors of Vapes and awesome deals on their product. Staff is also very friendly. Will definitely recommend going here.
