I love this place. Always get treated great, everytime I visit. They always try their best to answer any questions I have. They offer alternatives, if they dont have what Im looking for. I highly recommend, for the environment, the hospitality and compassion of the employees.

4 stars for their extremely helpful and friendly staff. 0 stars for prices more than double what the stuff they sell costs online. Im sure a lot of the cost is the ridiculous taxes ignorant people are putting on a products far safer than cigarettes or alcohol but must be awful cause young people use them.On a serious note, they have a ton of locations and theyre more than happy to be of any help they can. This is my go-to vape shop even with prices higher than the web.

She was very knowledgeable.I explained my predicament to her and she honestly found the best solution for me. The vape she sold me literally was the best for me. No batteries (I am the worst with that), and super easy to put juice in. She put the juice in it and explained why I couldnt immediately smoke it. And she even placed it very perfectly back in the box.... She was very patient with a newbie, like myself. I love the vape I bought. Plus the juice is super sweet and tasty.

Worst a vape shop in Vancouver and Portland area. Do not recommend going there today so dysfunctional Vapes

I have been going to this vape shop for probably the better part of a year. The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful with any and all of my needs. I will literally go out of my way to try and hit their store first if I can just because I love them so much. Id give them 1000/5 stars, but Im only allowed to give 5. Phenomenal.

Absolute favorite vape shop! Everyone is so extremely friendly there, the customer service is amazing! The whole staff is great but Harry is fantastic! He never rushes me and always takes his time talking me through all of the products. Every employee there definitely cares about meeting their customers needs!

They sold me on a vape that they never have cartridges for. Sold me a faulty cart, couldnt replace it because they were out; didnt offer anything other than to keep coming back to see if they had them in. 3 months later they do and say its no long in their warranty. While Phat Boys down the road has a better selection, nicer staff and are more reliable. Never going here again, waste of my time.

Valerie and Robert were so helpful and informative! We came in with a large group but they were able to take good care of all of us. One us even left our ID there on accident and they were so helpful with making sure we got it back

Ezra and Valerie are absolutely the best!!! Hands down my faves in the industry!! If you are looking for a shop that will deliver every single time on knowledge and great service, these two are the sure go to of the shop!!

This place is really hit or miss. Ive been in 4 times, and twice the people were super friendly and helpful, even going so far as to help me research alternatives coils for my mod. The other two times the people helping me seemed bothered that they had to deal with a customer. When I went to the Highway 99 location to exchange some coils that were the wrong size, the person helping me didnt seem interested is resolving my issue. They have a no refund policy, which is what it is, but when trying to exchange for the correct size coils, she basically just said they were out. She did call another location to check for availability, but only after giving me the information did she tell me she couldnt exchange purchases between locations.All in all, it seems like a fine place to get juice, just dont hold out hope for successful resolution if you have an issue. Ill likely return once more to try and get the correct size coils so Im not out the money, but after that Ill be going to someplace else for my vape needs.

Ezra really knows his stuff. Helped me find the perfect mod and made sure I was happy. Amazing customer service. The owner really should make him a store manager.

Ezra is so knowledgeable about everything relating to vapes! Im still a novice when it comes to almost everything relating to them, but he really helped me understand how to run my wattage on my coils, how different juices affect coils, how different mods work, etc. He also helped me pick out a great setup and great juice too! Hes also very fun to talk to, hes an all around amazing employee and a great face for the shop! If I could rate higher than five stars I would, just for him alone!

Went in today and Ezra helped me a lot! I bought a new mod and tank and he showed me how to set it up since it was a different set up from my last mod. All the workers are very friendly and can always recommend a good juice when youre not quite sure what you want.

Cashier tonight was very helpful and professional. I dont vape, but I stopped in to buy a coil for my wife and sister-inlaw for one of the vapes they share. My lack of knowledge was not an issue, since he knew his stuff, and the only question he needed answered I was able to get answered while he helped other customers. He also helped other customers quickly both before me in line and after.

Love this place! Always quickly helped. Great prices. If I have any questions about anything they answer and seem eager to help and answer any questions I have without hesitation. One time I wanted to try a different juice but wasnt sure which one so they let me smell the ones I was interested in. Awesome! Excellent customer service. I wont be going anywhere else!

This is my first time vaping. I used to go to the Discount Tobacco store right next to Erupted Vapor to buy my tobacco. I decided on quitting cigarettes for vaping! Christian was very helpful in helping me decide what my 1st experience should be. I purchased what he recommended and left the store happy and satisfied! I highly recommend this vape store.

Sales guy pressured us into buying a particular mod. We asked specifically Is this a mod you keep parts/coils in stock for? And we were told Yes. Two months later, and the shop still does not have replacement parts. Was told I could drive to Camas or Portland to maybe find the parts. Shady. I guess they just tell their sales guys Say whatever you want to make a sale. Very disappointed. Erupted vapors will not be seeing any more of my money.

Nice and knowledgeable staff. Good selection of juice, fair prices, and a great rewards system. Other places in town try to portray too much of a dude-bro attitude, whereas Erupted is much more laid back and accepting.

Super friendly staff, had ton of options! Unfortunately, geekvape is a very touchy product which I didnt know *NOT THE STORES FAULT* but I did ask for 3% nicotine and got 6% which I also didnt notice til I got home. But all in all, would go back again!

The guy that sold me my lucid air vape was very nice and warned me they had been malfunctioning for some customers. I wish I wouldve listened because the vape lasted not even 3 days from the purchase date. The hyde vapes which are rated at 3300 puffs typically last me 2 weeks. This vape was rated for 5000.Im not a heavy or even moderate vaper. I called the store and shared my experience and they told me I could bring it back for an exchange and to call when I returned from my 3 day trip and they would take care of me. I took a video to denonstrate the product was no longer working for good measure.I then saw I had a missed call from erupted vapor the Next day and when I returned the call I was told they couldnt help me. Im very disappointed and wont be returning to this shop. Its a shame because i was looking forward to using their loyalty program.

Oh my god, these guys are awesome. Great mods, great juice selection, and most of all the staff. The owner (I assume), guy with the beard, is the nicest guy Ive ever bought anything from. Five stars is less than these guys deserve.

The staff is always very helpful and attentive they know what I want practically when I walk in the door I come in once a week for e liquid like clockwork and I buy my coils here too because they are reasonably priced for single coils and for the packs the 5 pack coil price is comparable to online prices that I used to pay which saves me from waiting for my coils to arrive in the mail. They always have really good suggestions for flavors if I want to try something new these are my go-to guys and gals very knowledgeable staff!!

So I went in Erupted a new vap smoker and I was greeted with a warm welcome and a helpful guy named Tony... He went above and beyond my expectations.. last time I dealt with a smoke shop it wasnt a good experience.. he helped me find the right set up kit for me and my needs answered my questions and had me hands on do some steps by myself so when I left I was comfortable and had a good feel of what to do as a new vap smoker.. Tony overall made my experience so amazing and comfortable... the location is also very clean and welcoming!!!! Thanks again Tony!!!!!!!!

This place has lost my business. I purchased a clearly defective juice that was supposed to be freeze and had absolutely no menthol in it whatsoever. Ive vaped this juice many times and know the difference between the 2. They would not exchange it or even offer to try it to see. Im very disappointed, this is extremely bad business to say the least

Like this store but not as much as I love the location on Hayden Island. One of the coolest guys I know that works at this location is Christian he knows his stuff. But if you go to the one on Hayden Island ask for Rick he knows his business over on Hayden Island

Its cool they let you open the juices to smell them, something Fatboy Vape Shop doesnt let you do which I cannot stand. Staff really nice although they were integrating a new system so check out was a little long. Other than that awesome shop!

Friendly employees who are willing to honestly help find the best product for your vaping needs.(Edit)Still does not carry stainless steel coil wire or premade coils. Ive been asking the employees for well more than a year and Im always told that theyll pass on the request to the management. Instead, I have to go to Division Vapor in Portland to get the wire. I know very well I can buy the stuff online, but I personally prefer to spend my money locally on things like this, especially when I am well aware of how running a business like this has a lot of uncertainties. Also could use a better variety of rebuildable tanks besides the one dripper Ive seen there forever. Almost no local stores carry them. And how about a squonk? I did lower my rating to 3 stars from 4 only because I think they have the resources and customer base to differentiate themselves from the rest of the strip mall vape shops in the area. I honestly hope they grow the guts to do so.Love you guys, for real.

I’m an eccentric old fart. I know nothing about vaping, think it’s vaguely ridiculous, am intimidated by the equipment, the terminology, the painful youth of the people I see doing it.But I remember the callow days of my distant past when I smoked, a pipe.And boy did I smoke! I was a regular smokestack with billowing clouds of fragrant smoke swirling around me like the creeping fog of San Francisco.I moved on. I have no interest in nicotine or being more of a social outcast than I already am, but I miss it. Not the finicky parts, or the carcinogenic parts, or even the nicotine parts…I miss the the contemplative moments of breathing fire, the Gandalf moments.So I go into Erupted Vapor on 99th as full of trepidation as an unfixed dog arriving at the Vet.And the young woman there spends an inordinate amount of time helping me to feel not quite so stupid and making sure I walk out with something simple and satisfying!Look out Vesuvius, watch out St Helens, the frumious Bandersnatch is here.

Update...Thanks to Jamell for correcting the issues i had.Bought 2 new freemax coils yesterday. My vape worked just fine, coil was old. Installed new coil this morning, got check atomizer error. Took apart and cleaned still didnt work. Went to the the store and the guy said maybe I got a bad coil, so i took the second brand new i bought yesterday and it too said same error. The guy tells me ita a problem with my tank. Wouldnt try a new coil, wouldnt do anything to help other than say sorry cant do anything. Came home and wow old coil works no errors.

Erupted Vapor? More like CORRUPTED Vapor. Most dishonest shop in town. They dont honor the warranty or return policy. I bought a product today and it didnt work after trying it at home. The manager, which had told me before I could get a refund, just try to upsell me and then refused to give me my money back or help in any way, because she misspoke earlier.Not only is in sketchy place with drunks and junkies outside but also a scamy bussines.
