Walked in on a nice sunny day to MeKalia start the weekend and had such a lovely. Bright smile was warm and welcome mean very knowledgeable about the product. I was asking for had good vibes and energy definitively. Going to come to this location more rather than mill plane. I just love her energy she needs a raise. She is just so good at what she does.

Awesome selection. Great prices. The girl working was hella cool and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place...especially if youre buying disposable vapes-their prices were lower than lots of other places I have been. The one thing I didnt like was that they hardly carry any cool torches or lighters.

I bought a defective and expensive dry herb vaporizer a few months ago from here. i came in to try and exchange for a different brand and the (gm?) esha (sp?) went above & beyond to find me a vaporizer that would work. the second one happened to be defective as well but she was very understanding and ended up giving me a full refund, i think due to the ridiculous nature of the situation.never had trouble here before in all the years ive occasionally popped in for something, but the one time i did, it was big trouble and they took it very seriously with the best customer service i could ask for. tysm!!!

Bad service. Gave me a glass nail not quartz. It was cracked when I looked at it at home. Oh and also no refunds. Dont get your bangers here. She grabbed what ever one out of the bin, didnt look at the product while wrapping it or didnt care at all. What a waste.

Actually I would like to say that this location has THE BEST employees. Yesterday I was in the store and I had the pleasure of meeting Kiley who was AMAZING. She was very helpful, she explained everything and she had some of the BEST customer service I have ever seen. I then went back Today because I forgot something and the girl behind the counter was exactly the same as Kiley. I sure hope the owner commends these two great employees and appreciates them....thanks you guys

I went in a few days ago for the first time. It is a very nice store. Items were placed nicely and easy to look at. Precious was very nice and had answers for all my questions. I purchased a torch, dab tool, and a can of butane. I will be back in the future and letting my friend know where to pick up there smoking utensils.

Always use this store to buy Vapor. But last time I came to get elfbar Miami mint. I tried this but maybe 5% of flavour. They changed it to me but another one was the same. Lady said they will not change it twice. I went out to get my old one Miami mint (I bought there as well) to compare the taste, and even old one has strong flavour.I came back to the store but to exchange. But in that time they said they will not change it cause I left the store. I know it’s a policy, but I used always this store to get vape, cause I like it. So they sold me a broken vapor for me and don’t want to do nothing with this and just said it’s a policy and we will not change your vapor.Never come again

Well the House of Smoke today is Definitely Not the same House of Smoke when it first opened its doors... The variety of different pieces and the uses are mind boggling... And the art, the Beauty my fxxxxn lord people... The Wife and I had some time to kill, so we thought what the hell... We stopped there to check it out, and like anything else things are different now days than when we were younger... ANYWAYS, if ur looking for paraphernalia of any kind (yu kno for smoking yor tobacco). I definitely encourage yu to check out The House of Smoke and make sure ur not in a hurry, as they are wall to wall with beautiful pieces of art to look at...

House of smoke in Vancouver Washington off of fourth is probably the best overall place to fulfill all your smoking needs. whether it be smoking or dabs flour or tobacco or whatever you will find it there and the staff is extremely helpful.

You walk in and they have someone to greet you. Great customer service. I like the store. The staff is always wonderful ❤️. I wish the owners cared more about their safety especially since they schedule single people to close. How about a security service to drive by and stay there in the half hour between close and your closer leaving? Research Anchorage coffee shops and you wont want to make that mistake.

House Of Smoke is one of my favorite places to go and get my smoking essentials. They have great prices and so many different bongs, pipes, torches, incense, detox items and so much more!! Cant forget there munchy section on the way out because you know once your walking out with your new pipe that you soon will be having the munchies! Ive been buying e-liquid here for years. They sometimes have great deals on e-liquid and cigars. Its an attractive shop too. Very quiet and dead inside though. I hope they stay in business a long time anyways!

Best prices on Kratom, will buy here again. Went to Mary Janes first and they were selling 1oz. for $22 and the quality wasnt great..... unreal, will never go there again. House of Smoke was much better priced and much friendlier.

If I could rate this zero stars, I would.Their sales person sold me a piece of glass when I was concerned about a crack in the bottom. She lied and said it was nothing to worry about, not a crack, and was just part of how it was made.FIVE WHOLE DAYS LATER it’s sitting on a table and breaks, with all the water on the table top. I take it back and the manager says there’s nothing they can do. There is, though: they can treat customers with respect and not lie to them for $45.I will NEVER purchase anything from this store again.

I have been to House of Smoke Fourth Plain a few times. The first time I purchased a hookah that had a broken valve. I tried to exchange it for a new one that didnt have the problem with the threading on the valve. They wouldnt do it. That should have been my last interaction with HOS.But shame on me. I went back there recently and we were totally ignored. The individual I was with asked where something was located behind the counter she pointed over in the corner. Well we went over there and waited for a few minutes. A few minutes more. She was counting change in the cash register we could hear it. Obviously she didnt want to help us. So we just left after a few more minutes. Incredibly rude customer service. This establishment is the absolute worst is always empty. They cant even consummate a simple transaction.

Worst place to go if you want customer service or advice on anything. Rude and uneducated people usually work there and often told they dont have the items your looking for. Cheap breakable items and they lie about items to sell them. I would recommend the Maryjanes down the street even if the prices are really high. I had a employee at house of smoke drop a high priced piece on the floor in front of me and they wouldnt let me return it...in the store. Bad people in general. Go anywhere else.

I go there every week. I always find new things Id never seen before. If I had to complain about 1 thing is the .60 fee charged for card purchase. But staff is friendly and always new and fun things to look at or purchase.

The cashier was rude and unable to service the clients in the store. Standing around and couldnt think of how to complete tasks. This caused confortation between customers. Jumpping between customers not completing transactions. She was rude and incompetent. I will shop elsewhere, get someone that knows what she is doing. One thats going to made you money not make customers leave because they cant get help or service

Place has an amazing array different items! They have afforadable quality glass, and quanity. They sell just about everything you could possibly want. All sorts of cool nectar collectors, bongs, tobacco etc

I have no idea how these places get the ratings that they do. Everything in their shops are either knock offs or made in China. Service always sucks. This one in particular Ive been to about 4 or 5 times now with that same girl working and it seems like she doesnt even want to be there. Literally got a long drawn out sigh when i asked to see a bong in the case. House of smoke is only good if you WANT to buy a piece of garbage.

Shop House of Smoke or Jiffy mart they have multiple locations for any part of the Vancouver areas, battleground and even Longview. Staff is the worst Ive ever seen. They have to call another store if they dont know something, things that should be covered in training. Make sure your stuff isnt broken. They wont take any returns, Even if the product came out off the box that way.

The service here is terrible, but this is one of the few places that sells the cigarettes I prefer. Unfortunately, sells is a relative term because theyve been out of them for some time. On top of that they have the least knowledgeable staff I have ever encountered. No one there can offer me something comparable to the type they are out of or answer my questions about other varieties of the same brand. One employee even asked me how many cigarettes come in a pack. I consistently have to wait to be helped for one reason or another. Today it was because she was running late and didnt have the store open on time. Last time it was because she was having a personal conversation (during which she was swearing like a sailor). I dont have very high expectations for customer service when going to an establishment of this type, but they are incredibly unprofessional.

The customer service is actually terrible. We went in there to check out some of the E-juice products that they had and they knew absolutely nothing about them and could not give us any information whatsoever. In my opinion why sell something you know nothing about. We stared through the glass cases for over a half hour before anyone even approached us to see if we had questions. And when we did have questions they had to go find someone else that spoke English. That person did not know what they were talking about whatsoever. Overall it was a terrible experience and I have no intentions of going back there. I would recommend Bubbas vapor & tobacco shop or Mary Janes house of glass depending on what youre looking for.

They Do not open on time … I had to wait to be helped while they opened the store because the person opening did not show up until 1 minute after the store was supposed to be open 😣 I didn’t even get an apology or a thanks for your patience

Just bought a 19mm female glass quartz banger and some cleaner. Ocean was super friendly. Gonna have to come back again and tell you how the cleaner works.Update:BEWARE OF THIS STORES NO RETURN POLICY!Went home and the 19MM piece didnt fit so i had to pay an extra 16 bucks for a 14mm. Mind you, the 19MM piece still had the sticker on it and wasnt used.Store is aight if you aint buyin glass pieces, and if you need something for your rig, your better off bringin it in or just goin up the street to the smoke shop by Burger King.

Great shop for everything except E-juice and mods/tanks. dont get me wrong i love this place, i go there for everything, except e-juice and mods/tanks. their staff is very friendly but isnt very knowledgeable in the field of Vapeing. more or less they have the attitude of if you dont know what youre looking at, neither do i . their e-juice selection is pretty vast, but the size bottle you get for $8 to $20(usually around 15-20ml) just isnt worth it when you can travel like 4 blocks down the street and run into two other shops with better juices at better prices. as an example, got a 20ml bottle of bubblicious e-juice for $8 for my wife, who said it tasted aweful

This Place Sells Nothing but Inferior Glass! I bought a gift for a friend and noticed that there was a hairline Crack in it, and although it still hasnt been used yet. They wont exchange or take it back! Dont waste your time or money with this company! They do dirty business and dont care for there costumers! Doesnt matter if you have your receipt! Most places give you thirty days on items not used, but this place is so shady and they know there selling you junk, because they dont allow any returns! #Products Junk #Companys Junk!

Worst store ever. Sells broken products. Least knowledgable staff Ive ever met.Save your money for somewhere that wont rob you.Shopped there 10+ times, price is only thing reasonable, by at end of the day not worth it for horrible experience.
