House of Smoke - Mill Plain

Im just confused and really disappointed I wasted $20. They have good deals on vapes but dont expect them to actually be the same thing as it says on the box. Really dont understand what happened here.

Great little shop. Love their selection of vector wind proof torches and lighters. They stand behind their products and even have a no proof transferable lifetime warranty. Similar to Zippo. If somethings wrong with it simply just bring it to the store theyll ship it out and have it repaired or replaced for you no questions asked. Now that service is if you ask me. Never had a problem with any of the employees love that store thank you guys.

I came in to get incense week before last, the girl at the counter was such a a sweetheart! She greeted everyone, seemed so helpful and just really happy to be at work. Such a breath of fresh air! I will always get my incense here ! ❤️

I’ve been going there for about 10 years and of all the smoke shops. There are definitely the most friendly and I used to go to Mary Jane all the time but then when I discovered the house of snow, I count back there once I know they still have some good stuff Mary Jane, but comparing the prices I don’t know why anybody would go anywhere but the house except maybe 90th St., but that’s all the way in Portland. Yeah I’m in Vancouver I go to the house to smoke.

Not much to share, they sell allota glass, allota paraphernalia for the consumption of drugs, they have a very large selection of product, and we received very good service all ended with a great experience.. THUMBS UP!!!

Wish I could give it minus stars... Had an employee pull a knife on me just because I asked when the owner would be in. Contacted the owner and informed them and havent heard anything back! Think twice before you go into this shop. You may get a knife pulled on you and the owner does not care!

Great smoke shop! They always have what Im looking for whether its the 5 packs of shows or the many flavors of Dutch or even herbal hemp wraps. They also have a game cigar $4 that can be broken down and made into a giant marijuana cigar.

Never had been in before but had a great experience looking for a specific product which had been difficult to find. I was helped by a very nice woman working there named Edina. She was calm and patient in assisting me find what I needed, and spent time answering my questions about it as well. Great service.

They have a wide variety of different items but one of the girls at the front isnt real customer oriented. Maybe she needs to be just a little more outgoing. Maybe shes just shy. Im not complaining about her but some customers might. Anyway keep up the great work. Smile and laugh more

Came here to buy a torch, and was sold on one which was great. When I was in the shop, the employee tested the flame for me by filling up the tank with a bit of butane. When I got home and tried to fill it with butane myself, it created a pool of gas and would not go inside the tank. So I came back in to the shop a couple of days later to see if an employee could help me out, I wanted to make sure I wasn’t doing something wrong. A different employee was working and sold me more butane, then tried to fill up the lighter for me, but again the gas kept pooling and wouldn’t go inside the tank. So she called her boss, and then told me to “go online and see if anyone else had this problem with this specific torch and see what they did to fix it.” When I asked if I could just exchange it for a new one, she told me she “wasn’t allowed to do exchanges.” Needless to say I’m out $30 and on my way to a different smoke shop that hopefully isn’t a complete rip off.

I went in a week or 2 ago and the selection is the best! The lady who was there at the time was very nice and Had great customer service. I will be back. Totally recommend!

The employees are always incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Service is timely and they do make sure to card if you look younger than 40. Prices on products are reasonable, as well.

DONT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!! If you buy it and it doesnt work when you get home, they will not exchange the product.Thats the type of service I expect from an online store. I bought it from the local company, because I wanted to support local business.I had the same problems as other people. I went here on accident (I was looking for Mary Janes) and figured I would still check the store out. The prices were better here, but the service is absolutely terrible.I bought an expensive portable vaporizer ($229). They didnt have any new in box with the design I wanted. So, I agreed to buy the floor model. They refused to discount the floor model, but it was still a good deal.I got home and started going through the box. Inside the box there are re-placement glass pieces in case the installed one breaks. I didnt know how the insides were suppose to look before I read the manual. I discovered that the replacement pieces were broken.I tried to have the pieces swapped from another floor model, but I got the same story as others. We cant do that. When I got mad, the store worker referred me to the manager - who said they would have to call the owners. The owners would have to call me back. The replacement parts are only $10 bucks from the manufacturers website, so I decided to not waste anymore of my time. I sat in the store for an hour trying to get them to replace the broken pieces I was sold.The manager didnt know anything about the products being sold at the store.If you want to find a good deal - just shop online. Youll have the same experience without needing to deal with incompetent staff and terrible owner policies.Just imagine what would have happened if the damn thing was defective... There is no way to test it before you get home.. I would have been S.O.LCRAPPY STOREDONT SHOP HERE

This place is good but I only rated it a two, I purchased a box mod from them at the store on Mill Plain and it stopped working. Two weeks later, I brought it back and they would not replace. Needless to say I did not go back. If you purchase anything electronic they will not replace it. But there glassware is outstanding

Literally went into this place like 3 or 4 days ago, bought a glass nail for my dab rig. Within a couple times heating the nail you can see a stress crack in it already! And just today after being able to use it less than a few times it breaks when I heated it up. I would expect that if Im going to pay $10 that its going to last awhile! I definitely do not suggest buying glassware here, it seems they buy cheap glass to maximize profits

I go here for tobacco monthly. The staff can have problems being attentive even when there is only one person in. And they dont seem to care. However the selection of tobacco products mostly the rolling tobacco and tubes is rivaled by none. They have an awesome selection of many other products as well. All in all it is a good place. The only thing I would change is the customer service.

This is where I buy Ultra pure north sea butane plus. Its a great deal and has 420 ML and I think thats cool. The store has a huge selection, huge, and they offer variety of devices at great prices.

Went to House of Glass to buy kratom knowing nothing about it. I meant Kylie who completely informed me of everything I needed to know and then some and Im leaving completely satisfied and I highly suggest this place

Girl working was nice but didn’t put sign up when she went on break so I had to call because the sign said they were open. Hope she didn’t get in trouble!

Always friendly and helpful. The manager is great. At times though, you can wait to be served because there is usually only one worker and customers who take forever to buy there pot supplies. I go there for the tobacco and cig tubes. It costs e $27 a month for cigs as opposed to $10 per day for a pack. You have to find the tobacco that you like there. I like Sparrow brand, it seems to be the best quality. Also, Top brand cig tubes are by far the best. The other cheaper brands cause me to cough.

They have a range of products but are on the pricier side but the quality of the product is good! They also dont sell single coils for Vapes so that sucks!! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable!! Will be returning in the future!!

Im consistently impressed by the customer service I receive here and from other House of Smoke locations. Ive bought anything from a dab pen charger, to glass pieces and vape juice. They always have the information I need and answer all my questions accurately 😊

Rude staff nothing but a low selection of china glass and the girl that helped me did nothing i asked for a 4.5 in downstem she gave me a 6in and told me bring it back if it dosent fit it of course dident because she refused to measure it or anything then when i went back she said shes doing me a favor for the replacement. But this was her mistake never going back it i could rate it a zero i would dont go here people

Went in and spent 150 bucks buying a E cigarette for me and my wife. After she ran my credit card she informed me that all sales where final, which I found a bit strange.I soon found out soon after, one of the atomizers did not work drove all the way down, because she couldnt tell me over the phone how to fix it, we live in Salmon Creek, it is a bit of a drive.When in told I had come in like she had asked me to, she seemed surprised. I told her that I would like her help to fix the atomizer, she responded with all sales are final. I said thats great I would just like you to fix the atomizer if you can. She snatched it out my hands, fixed it and I went on my way. An hour or 2 later the atomizer stopped working again, I called she was extraordinarily rude told me if I would like I could bring it back in, or buy a whole new e cigarette, as she did not have any in stock.I went here accidentally looking for Brizos Cigarette City, very unfortunate for me now I have wasted a bunch of money for nothing. On a positive not I called up Brizos she tried to help me as much as she could over the phone. Very polite Gal, unfortunately she did not have any atomizers either.Avoid this shop go somewhere else. This is what happens when you are an absentee owner.

I Bought a double perk water pipe, when I asked to test the air flow , they said customers are not allowed to do so. when I got home the and put water into it the I realized the top perk was made wrong and no airflow would pass. I called for weeks asking for help, but every time is WS same story ” we will give your number to owner and they will call you back ” this went in for 3 weeks in the end they didnt replace it$75 of worthless glass.

Bought a e cig and the cartridge melted. They wouldnt let me exchange it nor did they replace it. They basically said that Im SOL. Horrible customer service and they sold a bong to my 15 year old brother. Im never going back there. They need to be shut down.
