House of Smoke - Salmon Creek

I come here for my incense. They have a great variety. I have dogs at home so their incense are a life saver. The shop itself is really cool. Im not too familiar with all the items they have but the artwork is cool. They also have a great selection of kratom for those who use it. The younger cashier lady is really professional and makes my trips memorable every time.

Santina was really sweet and super helpful. Definitely a nice collection as well. Definitely coming back.

Came here Sunday, January 26th at 5:03PM, waited outside in my car until 5:16PM since I was unable to get inside, The open sign was on but the doors were locked with a sign that said that they were in the bathroom and theyd be back soon. Watched many customers walk by trying to open the door but not being able to and leaving. Until finally when the employee arrived to unlock the door, after having multiple customers waiting outside.

This place is pretty easy to help you get what you need and get back to smoking. Its a chill smoke shop. They had a few unique things that cant be found anywhere else. The only thing Id recommend is that they carry a few more kinds of cigarettes. 4.5/5

Every time I come in here the ladies at the register are either rude as hell or talk to me like they just dont want to give me the time of day. I had one lady tell me that I couldnt buy something because I was using my husbands credit card. Ive been coming to this shop for over a year and Im about to find somewhere else to go.

I was excited to buy a vape here. But quickly left because of the employee. It was just me, and her. I was looking at the disposable vapes and the employee stood at least 5-10ft, standing behind me. Completely just silent. She was staring at me the whole time.. not even to look away once, or a simple gesture to make it not obvious that her laser eyes arent trying to burn a hole through me. And its not like I could steal anything anyway since everything is locked?? Lol.It may not be a big deal to most, but I have pretty bad social anxiety as is and I was really sad and honestly just disappointed in myself for leaving just because of that... Maybe I am just overthinking it. Her tone of voice was nice, but I did not feel comfortable at all. With her staring at me and so close, it made me feel like I had to hurry up. And before my anxiety got too bad, I quickly said bye and left.

I enjoy the customer service here. They are very personable and take the time to make sure your needs are met. I would recommend them to any ik be that needs convenient products at a convenient price. :)

Always had great customer service and they watch everybody very closely. They make sure you know they saw you come in and ask if they can help you find something before you have to ask! I come here all the time and this place is amazing! The girls who help me out are always so helpful especially if I need some questions answered.

The employees are cool and helpful but the owner sucks. Bought something and changed my mind so tried to return it, all within a half hour and was denied. I think the owner treats her employees bad too from the sound of their conversation.

The staff is very rude and very disrespectful. Business does not care about their employees & how people treat them. Business only cares about their business & not the safety of others. Numerous times I have been in here & the girl at the counter always talks & complains to me about work & how they treat their employees. Not to mention they price of the glass to high for what it’s actually worth. Bought a rig one time & the girl wrapped it wrong & broke it and when I got home it was into pieces & the manager didn’t want to do anything to help. Very very unprofessional business.

I am a new user. Went to them because they are the experts. I now have purchased over $50.00 for vapor unit to help me quit smoking and cannot even use it. The sold me the wrong cartridges, then the wrong liquid to put in them . Now they want me to purchase the correct cartridges, yes purchase. They graciously offered me 10% off. They should be refunding my money for the incorrect items sold me to exchange them. They obviously arent interested in repeat business or word of mouth advertising. I would never go there again and hope others wont either.

Make sure you will never want/need to return an item. Unreasonable NO RETURN policy. Bought a vape, worked at the store but not when I got home. Returned it the next morning right after the store opened. Showed the sales girl it wasnt working. She said theyd fix it, told her no, the product has already proven to be undependable just return it. No call from a manager or owner to discuss. Im out $40, anyone reading this do not shop here. Nice sales people they were all very apologetic about the crappy policy even if a product is defective. absolute worst!

Girl on the phone had zero knowledge as to what was sold in the store and what they had in stock. She sounded completely clueless. Even spelled out the product letter by letter that I had bought at another HoS location. She just kept saying, I dont know

They dont stand behind there products just sell it and out the door. Used my pen 1 time and quit working took it back they couldnt get it to work either. I wish I could give this place negative stars. It is absolutely horrid. I broke my bubbler last night and decided to stop by here for an inexpensive piece because its right down the road from me. Horrible idea. Their selection of water pipes is incredibly overpriced. The person on staff was admittedly sweet, but didnt know much of anything about the glass. I purchased a smaller bong and took it home. I unwrapped it. And noticed a spot where the glass was way thinner than the rest. I also found a dead mosquito in it. I took it back less than half an hour later, with my receipt, and the owner refused to give me a refund. The owner only cares about making money, and doesnt care who she screws over in the process. Save yourself some time and money. And go to Mary Janes.

House of Smoke has some of the most rude, uneducated staff I have encountered. I go to Mary Janes. I went to House of Smoke for a long time and there was ONE girl that worked there and she traded off locations that was nice. Other than that, when I would ask about their Kratom products none of staff knew ANYTHING!! Why? Because the staff that work their are not allowed to use the products they sell. Well thats stupid! If they cant educate their customers, first off they sound stupid, second, they have no business selling ANY PRODUCTS THEY DONT USE AND/OR HAVE KNOWLEDGE IN! Its not good business! DUH!!! The staff is RUDE, turnovers are high, and honestly everytime I went in there it was more of a headache than anything else. I found a MaryJanes by my house, and I go there. The same people have worked there, they know and understand their products, they are knowledgable. AND SO FRIENDLY!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE STAFF they treat their customers like family, never rude! Im sorry, but I will NEVER GO BACK TO HOUSE OF Smoke! Oh and MJs has better Kratom too! But to each their own !

I had purchased an item from House of Smoke and not even two days later needed to return the item because I had found what I replaced from house if smoke and they wouldnt return it even with my receipt. There were not any signs posted stating that they dont accept returns even with a receipt. I just found this ridiculous considering that cashier didnt inform me of any such policy.
