Sold me a bunk vape.Worked when I tried it in the store, then it stopped hitting later in the day. And wasn’t chargeable. Brought it in but they stuck with the “no returns or exchange” policy. So I also wasted my gas and time.I liked this place before that but taking business elsewhere now.

Walking into this establishment I was a bit thrown back. Wow this seems bigger inside than it appears outside.Nice selection of glass pipes and an exuberant selection of glass bongs to choose from at a reasonable price.This store has a good selection of vapes & cigars for your new blunt excursion.Dont forget to get a lighter MAN !YA, I was pleased to see whats up at this new store. I have been going to Puff Land since I moved to Vancouver, Washington. Ive been pleasantly surprised at the knowledge of products here,I couldnt remember a fraction of it! Plus, great customer service. Omar the owner and Connor helped me when I lost my keys. Way beyond kindness! One place for almost all smoke needs, best smoke shop for me in the area good stuff at good prices, highly recommended.

We bought a disposable vape and were able to test it in the store and thank God because it was broken. The juice had leaked out and stained the device, no flavor or anything as a result so they let us open another from the same POD brand. They were ALL messed up and had juice leaking out and staining the outer device and were extremely harsh and tasted messed up. We had to settle on one from that brand though and we are extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.

Has the most WILD selection of pipes, bongs and weed accessories ranging from scraping/cleaning tools to rolling plates with magnetic lids, even has locking cases! The tall dark haired guy with glasses (I assume is the owner, only one I’ve ever seen working too.) is super friendly and knowledgeable with all products in the store. If you’ve got questions, he’s got answers! My new favorite smoke shop by far! ☺️ You’ve got to come check this place out!!

They carry my favorite juice which is hard to find in this city. I use to drive north 30 minutes to have my juice special ordered until I found this shop close to my house. Always has my coils, which are the most popular ones. Prices are great too! Staff is also quite lovely!

Bought a Puffco Proxy about a week after it came out, and hotbox was the only store in Vancouver that had it, but they still didn’t bump the price up for profit like you see at other smoke shops. Very respectable, they also have a wicked amount of backwoods to choose from. Atmosphere is very welcoming, super clean and overall was the best smoke shop experience I’ve had

Cheap imported glass at 400% markup does not make for a decent head shop, every single item is so grossly over priced even when discounted. Save yourself some time and money and go literally anywhere else.

Great place . The staff and Owner are very Nolagable on Thier products . Many flavors . If they dont have what you need the will go above and behind to try to get what you need . Best vape store . !!

The new hot box is a great place for all your smoke and vape products. They are clean and very knowledgeable about all their products. The owner is great and very personable. My wife and I went there and got some great new vape that she loves. Go there and check it out you will be glad you did!!

Got sold two disposable devices that are defective and the store wont exchange them dont waste your money here.
