I received the best service and help from the 2 guys. I knew absolutely nothing before entering the store and left with exactly what I was looking for! I highly recommend this vape shop over every other shop in the area. All of their products are top of the line. 5 stars all around. Thank you guys

Was a two pack a day smoker up till 3 weeks ago. Jim and Lloyd recommended a midsized vape which was also not the most expensive one. Also assured me they also smoked cigarettes at one time and it is possible to stop smoking. Excellent customer service. Excellent sales help and you are always welcomed to stop by and ask questions even if you dont buy anything

This place used to be THE best place around but has since gone downhill. Ive got a hectic schedule and dont get many chances to shop so when I do, I buy a lot but the last 4 times I went there they werent open during their normal business hours and I saw other people going up to the door only to see that theyre closed. I will say the owner is a really cool and generous guy who sometimes gives you good deals but this has happened too many times and left me going days without anything. Now its time to find another shop.

Ill give it 5 stars. The employee seemed to be very knowledgeable and it was a very nice looking shop. I enjoyed the experience. I dont smoke was maybe considering products but with my job and some further research I found out its not safe and its not for me.

One of the most knowledgeable and friendliest staff you will ever meet. They make sure you know everything about vaping before you leave. Customer satisfaction is number one to them. They will spend all the time you need answering your questions and will make sure that you leave happy and confident with what you buy. I cannot say enough good things about this store

This is my GOTO shop, no question about it. At the least its an hour round trip for me but worth it. When I first started vaping I had no idea what I was doing. Jimmy was genuinely interested in helping me figure out how to get -me- started. I was a smoker for about 28 years and tried many things to quit with little sustainable luck. So, this was a big deal for me. Everyone that I know that works there doesnt just work there - they know the products (this is in contrast to some other shops around the area). Not only that, but if you want one of the best premium juice selections you can find - this is the place you want to be. Theres a LOT of juices out there anymore, and weeding out the ones that are good and not so good is laborious. Jimmy does this on a regular basis in attempts to ONLY stock his shop with quality products AND things his customers want.

Theyre a decent little shop. The prices can be a little crazy but theyre knowledgeable and have a good selection of juices. For coils or replacement parts Id recommend going to steel City vapor as theyre much cheaper.

This shop is the definition of top quality. The products that these guys carry are only the best. Not only that, the customer service is top notch. These guys know how to inform you about anything you could possibly have a question on. Great, great shop. This guys are doing it right. I would incredibly suggest everyone giving this place a look.

The only complaint I have is that they NEVER open on time. I live close enough to walk, so I walk there and end up turning around often because they aren’t open when they say they will be and that’s super annoying. So, as long as you’re okay with that, they’re honestly great!

Great shop! Jimmy and Lindsey really know their stuff. Authentic Paradigm box mods, premium juice and all kinds of awesome vaping and dripping equipment. Hang at the juice bar and try out some delicious flavors, or just chill and get to know the place! Jimmy and Lindsey will not let you down!

Jimmy is by far the best vape shop owner Ive ever met. His knowledge behind what he sells is unbeatable. The selection of hardware and juices is VAST! You will always find what you are looking for at Wicked Vapor. They will have answers for all your questions. Ive been using the wrong coils for like 2 months and when I came here, Jimmy immediatly fixed my problem and I even learned some cool things about my vape!

Coming from a new Vaper, these guys are great. hooked me up with a starter set, and then an IPV D2. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Seeing them open and expand so quickly right in my home town is great. I support small business and am glad to give them my business any day.

This is the best vape shop in western PA. I have been to other shops and they offer less knowledge, very little help, no advice about juices, and very little personality. Jimmy is phenomenal he is all about the customer. He wants you to have a good experience everytime so that you return. At other shops I feel like just another guy. At Wicked Vape I feel like I want to stay....it feels like home.

Walked in looking for a quick solution to stop chasing cigarettes. Shop owner Jimmy walked me through the best deal I could have. He wasnt some bruh who was looking to make a deal and quit. He literally walked me through maintenance and using my vape thingy. I would definitely recommend this place out. I didnt even realize it was rated top vape store in 2016 either. I thought it was some random smoke shop. And no, nobody paid me to write this review. Im in a benevolent mood right now so why not.

Great shop with many options for people just starting to vape or seasoned vapers. Great juice selection from Nic Salt to Standard Eliquid. Customer service is very good. If you are looking to pick up juice, coils, devices, or mods, stop by and feel at home!

Hands down the best vape shop around! Having visited several vape shops recently, the customer service here is beyond compare. Good information exchange, learned about things I didnt know enough to even ask about! Not just a place to buy supplies, Wicked Vapor is a true resource. Stop by and experience it for yourself.

They have many many flavors but They do not have any tanks to test anything. So unless you have a dripper youre SOL. On top of that theyre very pushy when it comes to sales. I bought the worst tank I have ever owned..They dont have a very large selection of tanks or drippers. They got juice. Thats about it.

I went there not knowing what I was doing and the guys were so helpful and knew exactly what I was looking for. I reccomend this shop over any other vape shop. Love the customer service and all the products they have

Down right the best vape shop Ive ever been to. Super friendly place, killer prices that either beat or compare to online prices. You can go in there and talk and chill for hours, try new flavors before you buy some.

I think it’s closed for good. They haven’t been open in months. What was once a great vape shop, fell from grace. From what I heard, it was problems with the owner.

Called ahead to see what time they close, they said 8, well I got here at 740 after work and they’re closed. This happens more often than not. I pretty much only shopped here but screw them.
