First time here and I did eyebrow waxing ~ DOLLY WAS AMAZING. She really took her time and didnt rush even when a customer walked in. 5/5 I will be coming back to her for more and may even look into things Ive never done before! Thank you so much for a great first time experience!

I usually got my eyebrows done from another brow place in Cali and was pretty nervous about moving and finding a good brow place. Usually when I changed the person doing my brows would butcher my original shape, but this place is the place to go. If you need a go to place this is it.

First time coming here! I called ahead to see if I could walk in but the lady was nice enough to schedule me an appt so that I wouldn’t have to wait if there were walk-ins. I definitely was nervous because I’ve gone to a different threading place for years but had my eyebrows messed and was never the same ever since. The lady who did my brows was so sweet, I didn’t mention to her how I wanted them and that they were uneven but she immediately knew that the left side was thinner. She did an amazing job and brought my brows back to looking the way I want!! I will definitely be back!

I came in shortly before they were due to close and received Exceptional service! Dolly was amazing, not only did she do a great job with the my eyebrows she also gave me information about the other services they offer and introduced me to tinting. I must say the has made a lifetime customer out of me on my first visit and highly recommend anyone curious about tinting to take the jump. It made my eyebrows so much more fuller and more pronounced. Thanks Dolly!!

First time I came here lovely experience. Eyebrows were beautiful.Got waxed, threaded and an aromatherapy treatment here. The brows were just cleaned up and not shaped but I was rushing. Wax was spilled on dress I wore for the first time and servicer did not tell me. I developed a horrible infection for which I had to be prescribed antibiotics. Dr clearly told me it was an infection from the service. I had to go to my baby shower with my face looking like this and it’s 3 days post and still looks awful and disgusting. Also noticed scar on my face from the skin being torn which you can see on my cheek in the pictures.Tried to blame “pregnancy hormones” or saying I must have had an allergic reaction.Only thing they could do for me was notate my account so it wouldn’t happen again. No offer for a refund, doubt they threw away the pot or anything. I had to leave before I blew my top.Pregnant women get waxed everyday and it does not result in swelling, itching, burning and pustules. I have been getting waxes since I was a teenager and have never experienced anything like this even when I did have an allergy to a wax.I will not be back. Make your own judgement.

Always an awesome experience beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. My eyebrows are done to perfection. Please go see Ms. Dolly she will get you right and she she is the sweetest❤

Came here for the first time today to get my eyebrows done. I am visiting from out town and didn’t have a chance to do my brows before coming here to Virginia Beach to visit family. So I googled the closest eyebrow threading place near me and saw this place popped up. I scheduled an appointment with no problems and when I went to my appointment, Dolly did my brows and she did amazing! I loved the atmosphere of the place, it was just so calming and inviting, and Dolly made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to get their brows, facials, massages, THEY DO IT ALL! Thank you Dolly for this amazing experience and it just makes me so sad that I won’t be able to come here as often as I would love to!!

Found this place after moving from New York. So glad I looked around before choosing. Nobody likes their eyebrows threaded wrong!! She did them just as I asked, waxed my upper lip and threaded my chin to perfection. This is my new go-to for threading and waxing!! I got my eyebrows threaded by Dolly, she was attentive and did a great job!

Went in for a Brazilian wax and a 30 minute facial… Sudhi did my service and it was the most wonderful experience ever!!! This was the best Brazilian I’ve ever had and I’ve been waxing for the past 7 years. She was really thorough, took her time and got everything off and it was as painless as ever. Facial was awesome as well, she used the best products and my skin felt great after. 10/10 would recommend this place and Sudhi, she gives great service and she is a wonderful person. Can’t wait to go back for another appointment.

Had my first threading appointment here and it was very quick and straight forward. I don’t recommend wearing mascara lol. My eyebrows are slightly thinner than I’d usually keep them but after adjusting to the look I like it and plan to return!

Such a kind and relaxing place! I came in for a threading, and it was hands down the least painful threading I’ve ever had. Ms. Dolly is literally AMAZING when it comes to threading. I have been going to her for almost 3 years now. She moved her business from Chesapeake to Virginia beach and I still take that drive to make sure she’s the only one touching my eyebrows! She is the best at what she does, and I will forever continue to go to her!

I went in on a spur of the moment. First impression was how incredibly clean the place looked! And service was even better. I had Dolly do my eyebrow threading and she was great! She convinced me to tint my eyebrows and i have to say i loved hownit looked! Didnt looked stamped on and was the perfect shade for me! I will definitely be back! Dolly is AMAZING! I have been going to her for years! She’s always been professional and has the sweetest spirit. I always get compliments on my eyebrows and asked if they are drawn on (NOPE!).

I got facial acnes treatment but the didnt extract the impacted acnea they did regular facial and they charged me acne treatment price. I am not happy by the service.

Mrs. Dollie always gets me together....never disappoints me. I started with her about 2 years ago at Chesapeake Square Mall and I plan on continuing services with her.
