CONTEXT: I have been under a lot of stress and my upper back, shoulder and neck muscles get very tight which gives me horrible headaches. I needed a massage ASAP. I went there because they are 5 minutes from my house. I asked for a deep tissue (I get those all the time).The lady who gave me the massage tried, but Im not sure how she interpreted deep tissue She has supper rough. My back is full of bruises and Im in a lot of upper back pain. She pressed a lot on my spinal cord, and her bones keep rubbing on my bones (the scapula). I didnt enjoy it, nor feel better. Im very disappointed. It was like there was no skill, no background knowledge. It seems like she is not a professional. It was just someone who accepted to give me a massage for $80! She never asked, I felt like I count tell her anything. She just kept going, I wasnt comfortable with her. I was so close to walking out but kept thinking maybe it will get better, just give her a chance. I should have walked out. I would recommend not to go there there was no skill in what I received.A professional massage, even deep tissue, should never bruise your body, its only muscle pressure, knots removal, fluid redirection, etc.

Pretty disappointed, the hour service is posted at $70 but when I paid I was charged $73, I also gave a $10 tip. the massage person just walks in without knocking so I am NOT yet on the table and covered for passers by, they started at 10:05 , she answered her phone twice, opened the door to talk to other massage people, left the room for 10 min to help with another customer that only wanted a 15 min massage (which is not actually offered on the services list). Then ended the massage at 10:57 after paying $73 plus tip I would expect to actually get 1 hour. I brought all of this to their attention and they really didn’t seem to care stating , “we are very busy” . They did not offer to fix the situation. Very disappointed, I can NOT recommend , and I will NOT be returning .

Im impressed, this massage business has a great atmosphere.The Asian women they hire are not only stunning, but also highly skilled in their fields. The place was cool and relaxing, which was a welcome relief.

This is a place you don’t want to go to. They added a different tip on my bill and tried to Jack me off
