Turns out I’ve been charging them completely wrong and that’s why they only last me 2-3 days. She will save me money in the future and I appreciate that!

EPIC VAPOR. - 5+ STAR VAPE SHOP !.For the past few months my friend and I have been looking for a new, vape shop that carries everything that anyone, who vapes, needs. A store that offers variety in types of vapes, juice flavors and vape replacement parts. .Then a few weeks ago, my friend and I walked into Epic Vapor. The staff were friendly and helpful and I was really impressed by the quantity & assortment of products available. This was exactly what I was looking for - a one-stop shop that carried my favorite brands & flavors. I believe I left the shop with a new vape, two bottles of flavored juice and coils.No more searching - Epic Vapor is my one & only choice for all my vaping needs.

Great store with a solid selection. Kay helped me get the parts I needed for my vape setup and found a couple other nice accessories too. I’ll be back again :)

New to VB, been there a few times. Great selection of delta 8 items along with a bunch of stuff in comparison to a few other stores in the area. Andrew helped me check out a new brand that i hadn’t used before and Alex hooked me on the Rice Krispies. Probably gonna keep coming back unless they lose their options as i like to change it up. Super friendly staff

Logan was a big help in getting the right disposable vape, piece of glass, and overall knowledge. The guy is super well informed in like every product they offer. 10/10 would come again because of the experience.

Amazing shop, iv been going here since i discovered it a few years ago. Staff is well knowledgeable, courteous, always willing to help and sometimes i could just go in there, chill and have a normal conversation with some of them. Chris is amazing and always keeps the shop in line and well stocked. Only negative thing i have to say is i dont see Mike anymore. I miss Mike :(

I share the same experience as the other reviewers, they were extremely friendly and knowledgeable! Great customer service...only difference I noticed from my experience is I purchased a disposable pen for $30 or so, and the battery died on me less than a day later. Didnt have time to go that day, but I did go the the next day, and instead of what I am seeing in the reviews here(making it right, replacing it, repairing, etc) they told me you must have used more than you think even though it was almost half way full and shrugged me off. I wish it wasnt so close to my office or I would not make a purchase here again.

Fantastic customer service. Took my fiances vape in today after the tank shattered after being dropped the night before. It was originally purchased from Avail and after going there and being told, I dont carry that anymore and dont have the tanks for it without even attempting to look, I went to Epic. 15 minutes and $10 later, I was out the door and it was working like new. Cool store with employees who actually care. Highly recommended.

Nice shop, little hard to see from main road. Good stock, decent prices, staff could do a wee bit more research on the items (sold me what turned out to the the worst battery on the market), but had the wire I was hunting for. Also offered to help set up a problem RDA I couldnt figure out. Will go back, if I know what I want beforehand.

Im an older guy and was looking for my first vape to purchase. Saw these guys had great reviews and went in feeling a little stupid, not even knowing what questions to ask. Bottom line, the super friendly guys that were there took great care of me, gave me a super deal, and made me a customer for life! Cant recommend them more strongly!

Ive been shopping at Epic since they opened. Convenience was what first brought me in. Chris, Jeremy and the entire staff are fantastic! They are fun, helpful and super knowledgeable. Always there to help with any problems or questions you may have. I go out of my way to shop Epic. They have great products and prices!

Great and very knowledgeable staff. They have all of their flavors of juice set out on a racetrack to sample. Makes it easy to check out all the flavors. They have new flavors each week to sample. Feels like a higher end boutique than the typical vape shop.

First time coming in met a guy named Logan, great costumer service, he showed me their selection or juice and mods as well and there are such a variety. Great first experience will definitely be coming back!

I love this place. I will continue the praises of Logan, he is knowledgeable about the products and has many great suggestions for vape liquid. This place is one of the only locations that has my preferred liquid (NOMS). To give perspective: I live in Norfolk and travel here for my vape needs. The places on Norfolk are either overpriced (that is to say overpriced before the VA tax) or have people working that are not helpful at all, that is the reason why I travel here. If you live around the area or are passing through, you should definitely come here for your vape products. They have a great selection (even an amazing selection of disposables). You will not be disappointed!

Terrible customer service. They sell defective desposibe vapes. Elfbar vape did not work directly out of the package. Brought it back within an hour and was told 2 bad. I will never shop here again n highly recommend anyone considering shopping here to take your buisness elsewhere.

EXCELLENT place to go....the most variety of juices, biggest selection of mods for beginners, as well as experienced users. Best vape shop I have been to as far as variety, price and the staff is AWESOME!!! They will listen to what experience you are looking for and suggest what will be best for you. They definitely are NOT just trying to make a huge sale, but sell you what you are looking for.

My husband and I were visiting from PA and it was suggested to us to stop in to Epic Vapor. It is a great store!! We sampled a lot there and asked a lot of questions - everyone that worked there (and didnt work there) were awesome! They now have customers 300+ miles away. We will be going to them for what we need!

Excellent, knowledgeable service. We went in with a basic idea of what we wanted, and the gentleman working helped us make selections and answered all our questions. He even helped us put the vapes together and talked basic care with us. Will definitely make this our go-to place.

Been coming here for 2 years now. Friendly staff, great prices and inventory! I enjoy the juice flavors they have. I also get my coils and tanks from here, at times they are at vendor price or they reduce the price a tad. I had a defective Sigelei 213 Fuchai and was about to contact Sigelei, but the store has a policy, where if the box is defective in a month, they will try to repair it for free. And I was not charged, so I bought more juice for their assistance.I enjoy chatting with the staff, and the music they have going is always good! I have recommended this place to a lot of people. Hopefully more read this and make this their choice for their vape supplies!

Great selection of Vape Flavors, device selection is second to none that I have personally seen. Dale was great, had lots of knowledge about flavors and devices. Would reccomend anyone looking for a solid selelction and great assistance to stop in and take a look around, you wont be dissappointed.

I’ve using a vaporizer for years now and even worked at a shop.and it took me a min to realize where the best spot is and that’s epic!! I just bought a product and had some issue with it and I was so worried it couldn’t be fixed and I was screwed. Nothing could have been further from the truth! I went in there very upset about it and tyler made my whole day! He did what I call “making it right”. I’ve always been treated great there but Tyler really made my whole mood change!! Props to him, the owners and epic vape! I was gonna back anyways but now it’s in stone lol thanks Tyler !!
