It is comfy here. There is vape juices, pens, edibles, drinks, and delta 8 and 10 products available. The prices are reasonable. It’s much better to buy thc through retail stores until delta 9 is available. I like it here. The staff are nice. I will come back to try some juices. Here are some edibles I will try later

Bought $100 worth of juice yesterday. None of it is any good. No samples to taste juice before you buy. Customer service was very poor. The guy acted like he was too busy to deal with us, then we had to wait for about 10 minutes to checkout and leave. Very poor experience. Cant recommend buying any juice here since you cant try it before you buy it. If you can try it before you buy it, they made it seem like you could not. Wont be returning.Edit* posted my reciept due to reply from owner or employee. Ive seen the way they talk to people on here. Im definitely not going to try to act like Im lying. The receipt even says no refunds etc. No point in contacting or wasting any of my time here.

Ive been coming to lava vape since I was able to smoke. Back in 2018! My fiance recently moved here from Kentucky and we needed too get him new coils and cant forget the juice. The man behind the bars name was Jeff. He was amazing. We ran into a slight error with the coils and asked for assistance and we had his full attention. He was amazing and thanks to him we got my fiances vape working properly again! Highly recommend they will always take great care of you. And from previous personal experience, they are super friendly, help whenever you need it, and give AMAZING recommendations! They are the best vape store hands down for anything mod related or if your going in completely new to it. 💯- Haylie and Nik!

This is absolutely my favorite vape shop and always will be. We travel from Richmond just to come here because Jeff has never sold me a juice I didnt like. The selection of juice and other products is absolutely unmatched. The owner Ben is super awesome as well and is very personable with the customers and cares about everyone who comes in. Customer service and selection is A1 here and I will never go anywhere else!!! 5 is not enough stars :)

One of the best shops in the area. They also just did a major renovation on the inside which is very cool and up-to-date for all of your c b d and marijuana needs. They are the only shop in Hampton Roads that carries my vape juice. The owner is very pleasant and always attentive to his customers when he is there. He has multiple staff members and they are all very well trained

Went in today, not 100% sure on what I wanted. I knew I needed to quit smoking and multiple people said vaping is the best route. Zach was super helpful, super nice and took the time to explain the products and what will work best. He ever took the time to show me how the mod I chose worked! They have a huge selection of juices! I am glad I took the time and stopped on in! I have already recommended a friend to them!

E is very helpful every time I come in! Lava Vape has a really welcoming environment with bar seating while you look, the whole place is clean and displays are well organized. I’ve had staff spend a good half hour with me trying to help troubleshoot some issues I had with an old vape. I recommend it over any shop in the area.

I was looking for a Christmas present and I think his name was Zach who helped me and super friendly and to be honest nice to look at too. He helped me pick out a really nice mod that I’m completely clueless about mods and tanks, a little more expensive than online but I prefer buying from smaller local shops anyways. Will definitely suggest Lava Vape to friends and go back myself! Enjoyed the small talk and seeing a picture of his beautiful dog 😉

It would have been nice if the music wasnt blasting while we were there, maybe I could have heard the vape I bought was continually firing after testing it...worst vape shop experience but thats IMO

Been coming to lava vape for a few years now. They have always been very helpful in all of my vaping needs. Jeff is very nice, learns his customers, treats them like old friends, and always ends up selling me more than what I originally came to the store for! Very broad selection of devices, accessories, flavors, brands, you name it. Also another shout out to Jeff...if youre looking for any delta THC, HHC, CBD and all things in between, go see Jeff at lava vape.

The Filipino guy that works there is very friendly and accommodating. Always have good conversations with him when Im trying out vape juices. The store also has a TV and chairs to sit and chill while vaping or trying out different flavors. Would recommend coming here for your vaping needs. They also have CBD productsUPDATE 29MAY22: They improved their store look and have been bringing many more products in. Plus you get a free refresher. Always a good service! This is why we keep coming back to this store.

Used to live very close and after my first visit I refuse to go anywhere else. Come here like every two/three weeks and spend a good amount of time checking out all the new products. Great selection of juice and new vapes every time I go. Exciting to see what is new and the owner is my favorite guy ever! Coolest shop, brought every friend of mine here. Everyone that works there is extremely patient and will help you out with whatever you need every time. Can’t express enough after over a year of coming how much i recommend this shop. If you don’t come here for all your vape goodies your missing out!!

This place is so great! Amazing selection of juice and mods, and the customer service is great (they served us half an hour after closing with a smile). They also have an amazing rewards program with free points for anyone who refers a friend. I will always buy my juice and vapes here!

Jeff is just AWESOME! Hooked me up with a new charger and mod base and couldnt have been nicer. Vape stores need to know what theyre selling and I hate a lot of these places where you can just tell the associates dont have a clue about vaping, they just want to sell you stuff. Please recommend Lava to your friends-we need to keep them in business!!

The wealth of knowledge, customer service, and variety is the reason I frequent this shop 2-3 times a week. You will not find that combo at any vape shop in the seven cities. Triple double no assist. Fun fact: Free drink with every purchase

The staff is amazing, they have great customer service, and there is an option to mix your own flavors, which I thought was nice. The prices are pretty standard, and I loved the environment. Its acceptable just to go in and hang out, and they offer free drinks to the customers.

This place sucks. I bought a mod and 3 days later, the button got stuck on it and the battery door came loose. And no I didn’t drop it and I kept the case on at all times. I tried to take it back and have someone fix it or give me a refund. The guy basically broke my tank and then told me there was nothing he could do for me. I was later told that the guy ripped me off. So I’ll be sending it back to the manufacturer and I’ll get my money back that way. Which is something the owner could have easily done after replacing my product for me, but that is called excellent customer service which this place doesn’t have. I went down the street to Master Vapor and got an awesome new mod and they also fixed my tank for me! So I’m happily back to vaping, no thanks to this place.

Save yourself time and money and just order online or elsewhere.Have visited multiple times and always out of stock of what Im trying to get. Shop was once very friendly but hasnt been in months.Prices have crept up to absurd amounts when you can get the same product often for almost half the price online. I get its typically a bit more from shipping and profit margins, but its borderline scalping at this point.

Best vape shop around! The owner, Ben, is extremely knowledgeable and provides great customer service. Hes helped me out on several occasions now. He also gives a military discount which most places these days dont often give anymore. Great guy and great shop. I wont go anywhere else.

Made a few calls around looking for a specific mod, I was in luck, Lava Vape had in stock what I was in search of. A young man who goes by “E” was working the front counter. Very polite and well informed on the stores selection. I’m from out of town but if I’m ever in this neck of the woods I’ll be sure to do my shopping here. My wife and I love coming here and hanging out. The owner is like family to us since we have been coming here since he opened the store. They always have new flavors to try. You tell them what you like and they make suggestions based on what you like. You can even watch tv

Just started vapes this year. I been to most vape shopes near me. But this shop was pretty impressive I may say. My brother and sat down with the employees and had small chat with the owner. I received more knowledge in this shop then plenty of others Ive been to. If you have any question on mods tanks or any items, they were actually sit down with you and go through everything you need to know. Even what was most unique while educating us, they gave us free drinks and cookies! Good company and down to earth employees.

I have been to many vapeshops before this one but i am glad that i found this one. The manager Ben and staff Tom and Jeff are very nice and professional. Unlike the other shops i have been to, they take the time to make sure you are using the device correctly and they also teach you how to do basic maintenace. Great team

Good prices. Be careful of their batteries ive gotten a few that were dead straight out of the box. They did exchange them for me no questions asked. They do have a good selection of juices and cbd products. They staff is pretty knowledgeable and helpful. I do wish the had fuggin brand vape juice however. Oh well noones perfect.

This is the only place I go to for my vape products. Its cheaper to buy things online, sure, but you cant beat the amazing customer service. Ive been going here for a couple years now, had different vapes, etc. Everyone is always so friendly and knowledgeable.I went there before Christmas to get a smaller sized device. The manager immediately showed me some options, gave his opinions and listened to my preferences to help me make the best decision. From picking a whole new system and 2 juices and being informed, I was out in 20 mins.I ran in the tonight to get some more cartridges and couldnt figure out why my vape wasnt working all of the sudden. Apparently, mine had turned off and I didnt realize it or even think of that lol. No judgements and I didnt feel like an idiot.The manager is almost always there and always very helpful and goes above and beyond the job duties. Thanks again for letting me have some of your sisters cake, it was delicious!

Lava vape is one of the nicest vape stores in VA beach. The beach area has many but this one stood out to me, great atmosphere, great products and great service. I have never had an issue at this place. If you need vape products this is the place to go. A young guy that goes by the name of “E”, helped me out with no hesitation. He helped me with all my questions and hooked me up with a some good quality things. Highly recommend this place if you need vape products in this area!!

Just discovered this shop.If they made it possible to taste some of the hundreds of juices this place would get 6 stars.I ’m new to vaping and the staff are very helpful. I’ve been there twice now and compared to other places I’ve been like a tobacco shop and a “vapIng lifestyle” boutique they have way more to choose from in everything from juices to coils. A little disappointed they don’t have a convenient tasting bar or something setup but that’s my only complaint. I have visited at least 8 different vape or tobacco/vape shops since I started vaping so I have a little bit to compare it to.

Got to give mad props to E. He helped a noob like me out and was very informative. He answered all my questions and was professional the whole time. Thank you E for making my experience a good one. You the best!

I have been traveling to different vape shops as if I was a connoiseur of vaping delights. Some were too expensive, lacked shipment, did not have a wide range variety, or have good customer service, but this place provides cheaper prices, a mix your own flavor station, has a bar for beverages, and provides great customer service and proves they are not the typical salesman type, but are there to help people, and give extensive knowledge on vaping as a whole. I no longer need to keep searching. SPREAD THE WORD PEOPLE!!!!!!!

I got a call to go in for an interview. This call was not annouced as a phoje interview or anything. The guy who called me asked me questions that were illegal and highly inappropriate, claiming it was part of the questions he had to ask. For example, if i was single or not. Super fishy, dont recommend.

Awful experience. Bought vape 4 days ago. It was cheap and refuses to charge. The OWNER accused me of dropping the vape, and refused to replace or reduce cost of a second. Disgusting.
