I walked in looking for a grav device, which unfortunately they didnt have on site but Emma told me she could order it and let me know. I had such a friendly conversation with her and ended up walking out with a glasslabs 303 piece that she highly recommend. Easily the best piece I have, so Ill absolutely be back soon. The customer service at this location is always amazing. Ive shopped here for years but realized Ive never left a review so I wanted to make sure I did today. When I come in the staff know my name and always greet me. They knew of a product I always buy hadnt been in stock for a while so they ordered it for me from another store without me even asking and called me to let me know when it was in. They always make me feel valued. I always recommend this location to everyone I know.

Went in as a 47 year smoker and left as a vaper. My health has improved ten fold. I knew nothing about vaping but the staff was phenomenal in educating me. Morgan (unfortunately no longer there) and Emma provided exceptional customer service. Down to 6 mg and on my way to inhalant free. Pitbull ROCKS!!!!!

I like the staff at Pitbull. I use to buy all my e-juice online, but now its harder to do that due to politics. The Pitbull staff was knowledgeable about the situation and steered me in the right direction on ejuice flavors I would like, since my Uncle Junks Jon Wayne (the best ejuice flavor that was ever made) is no longer available, anywhere!! Great glass bong selection. Prices arent cheap at Pitbull, but understandable for a local smoke/vape shop. Pitbull is my new spot for buying ejuice and for my cannabis glass needs.

We were disappointed that one of the vapes is discontinued, but that is no fault of the employees. They explained everything and was very helpful in finding something else. They are very knowledgeable and helpful.

The store is very clean and laid out. Lots of cool gadgets and other paraphernalia. Staff was very friendly. My only reason for three stars is the cost of the inventory. Im my onion the items were a bit over priced. I assume this may be do to lack of competition in the area. Other than that this store carries pretty much anything that you are looking for.

I bought an item from this location and it was faulty due to poor workmanship, I immediately contacted the store the next day and they wouldn’t replace it for me.It was an expensive item so I am very dissatisfied with this business and their employees and how I was basically ripped off by them, I will never do business with this company again.Buyer beware!

I usually go from this location to your Ghent location. Great customer service. The only drawback is that Smokers World has kratom shots for $15.99, and you guys are $20. So I end up buying my goods there. It really is to bad bc you guys have excellent customer service at both locations, but thats a big difference in price so I must go there. I called to see if you do price matching. Hopefully you guys will consider it. Happy Holidays.

Ive watched this place blossom with awesome customer service, great product selection and fair prices. Staff such as Warren, Natalie, and a handful of others (sorry I havent caught all of your names yet) always have great advice and seem to know the products they sell. This was a little different then my first review a bit over a year ago. Like I started my review with Ive watched them continue to impress as time goes on, great job to each of you keep up the good work!

Being new to the area, we have been visiting different shops around to see what we liked. We have vaped for years and know what we like. I had absolutely the worst experience at this location! Went in for a disposable pen, the worker was not knowledgeable and could not answer a single question asked. Finally made a decision on which one and quickly regretted my decision at checkout. The woman kept trying to make me “try it” before I left. I did not want to open the product yet. Once the transaction was through she snatched it from me and OPENED IT FOR ME to “check something”. When I asked what she was doing she said “making sure when you come back in with one that doesn’t work, that I know I sold you an unopened one that was full not an old clogged one you’re trying to lie about”. Wow! Accusing customers of being a thief on their very first visit? Great way to make a one time customer! It’s a shame too because there was other great stuff I wanted to check out there!

Im a regular at this specific location. The staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. They will take the time and walk through the proper use of the items sold. If I could purchase stock in this company I would. I love yall and keep up the amazing work.

Great selection of local blown glass. It’s one of those places that has a little of everything for everyone. Prices are generally fair to good. Seems to be taking first in locals choice lately. Always packed with people and updating inventory. I’ve had mostly good service. Some bad service. And one chick that looked smashed trying to give me service. So it’s hit or miss in that department. Some times they recognize you and give a deal so that’s a bonus for repeating customers. I would say stop here for your smoking needs first if your visiting. If you live here. Chances are you already do.

They are never ever opened on time. It’s 9:35, and the employee just got to the store and they were suppose to open at 9. Still not opened yet though.

The staff is always professional and courteous and will have a conversation with you to figure out your needs if that is necessary. We had an in-depth conversation about current events and everyone was knowledgeable. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and will be a repeat customer!

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff! Down to earth and well spoken. Every time I have gone in there Ive seen them talking with people and answering questions. The staff almost makes up for some of the prices on glass. The prices on e juice however are solid. They always have some deals going for vape products.

When in here to get a vape they only have elf bars. Which they said they got a good deal on but not allowed to sell anymore after what they have left because of being banned by fda. This was Saturday.

Well stocked with a nice and knowledgeable staff. Very wide selection. The parking is only meh though. Not the stores fault, but it does get annoying sometimes. The store is way too popular to have such a small lot.

All of the employees speak to you as if you are a regular. We got a short dark haired girl who was very knowledgeable, attractive, and patient with all of our many questions. I bet we spent over an hour inside just browsing and talking to those three employees and it was very clean, smells awesome, and the clothes are so gnarly.

So clean and they have everything! Staff is so friendly! Especially Chase and Josh!

I’m handicapped and my husband has gone in twice for me and has received excellent service. The first time he didn’t know what coils I needed for my cape and the lady that helped him found the right coil. Today he went in and the lady remembered us and she helped him pick out a new one she thought I would like for a birthday present. I couldn’t have picked out a better one if I had gone into the store myself. I don’t and won’t shop at any other vape shop.

This is my new favorite place!! Visited today for the first time . Natalie ( an absolute delight , so friendly and knowledgeable and sweet as can be ) and her coworker.. so sorry I didnt get a name but she was equally delightful ) greeted us when we came in , friendly like they knew us . Answered all my questions , gave me some new knowledge and knew every product 100 percent. I travel up and down the east coast and this is the best smoke shop experience Ive ever had . The products are very affordable, not all jacked up prices because youre in a beach town like other places . The store was very clean, organized and easy to navigate . The bright colors and wonderful aroma of incense when you walked in were very pleasant. If I could give ten stars I would . Thanks yall. Keep up the good work .

Kinda bummed about my experience. Bought a bunch of auto draw batteries for pre filled cartridges and they didnt work with my gear. Tried to return them but at the time of purchase nobody on the staff advised me of all sales are final. I hadnt even opened 9 of them. Got stuck with these junky things. On the other hand, really cool store and lots of selection. Wish I had been better informed. Remember to ask questions.

They helped me out when I broke my vape cartridge first day of vacation. Even found a new iridescent pen vape. I would say it compares to a Waterbeds n Stuff. Definitely want to go back before the end of my trip. THANKS GUYS!!

Hands down the best shop in Virginia Beach. Everyone makes you feel super welcomed as soon as you walk in, unlike other places like Papa Joes. Great little specialty shop for smoking utensils and tobacco products awesome selection sometimes I think their prices are a little high but then again their quality is good Ive only gotten one item there that I have had any issue with and normally if you get a well Ill just say grinder from an establishment and it doesnt work theyre not too keen on you cleaning the thing out and bringing it back this place let me clean it out completely to make sure there was no Trace elements leftover of the nicotine from the tobacco and they didnt give me my money back but gave me a store credit so they kind of get you there but who even with let you return something like that and just to let yall know stay away from the silicone grinders they look really cool but they dont grind s***

Very friendly staff, although some not very enthusiastic. The prices are quite reasonable for local glass and they are very willing to help you find the right piece. Downside is you have to ask every price because theyre not arranged by price and the stickers are too small to see from behind the counter.

I went here instead of my regular smoke shop to grab some pipe cleaner since mine was closed. The store was very nice and had a wide selection. However, the staff was less than courteous. From the time I walked in, until the time I left (wasnt long) the woman behind the counter followed me around the store. Mind you, she didnt come from behind the counter but everywhere I went within the store, she would perch herself as close as possible behind the counter eyeing my every move. Granted I am a short white guy with a baby face, but Im well over 21. I dont know if she was just over doing the customer service thing and trying to be where I could reach her, or if she was profiling me; it definitely felt like the latter. I still made my purchase but her behavior made me too uncomfortable to stay in there a second longer and I really wanted to browse. Just not with an employee breathing down my neck the entire time. I would like to return, maybe during the day when different people are working.

I thoroughly enjoyed my first visit to Pitbull. I was well-informed by the staff and got exactly what I was after.August 2023 update: Pitbull is doing well. Its always a pleasant experience to shop there.

Great selection! And theyre amazingly helpful. I went in with tons of questions and they were patient and super helpful.Theyve got it all...from mild to wild. Flavors, ejuice, glass wear, CBD, etc. Theyve even got some unique clothing, purses, dime bags, necklaces, scarfs, dresses, flags etc.

Remarkable Herbs brand is the best Ive gotten, including online sources and they have it. I got lucky and chose that pack without much thought but a little advice from staff and was disappointed by everything else Ive tried from other vendors. Will buy again and am happy to purchase locally instead of online!

So for starters the manager gave me an attitude from the moment I walked in and when I told her I didnt need any help at the moment she stated well if you buy anything your gonna end up needing help so yeaaaa as she rolled her eyes at me. Proceeded to look because I still wanted my piece. Ended up getting a piece I was iffy about but she assured me it was a great one and the butterfly has only fallen off if your super ruff with the product... it was broken by time I unwrapped the product at my house and they refused to help me AT ALL. Pit bulls staff has the worst attitude ever.And it honestly truly upsets me because Ive been a regular here for the past 2 years. Im so disappointed.

Disrespectful. I am a repeat customer; I have been coming in there once or twice a week since this location opened- the selection is always getting bigger. Im very polite, but am starting to have a hard time remaining that way. The past few times I have gone in, Ive been talked down to, ignored, given a hard time, etc. I absolutely love the selection and prices but this customer service was bad enough to change my mind. If this customer service is a constant thing now, Im taking my business elsewhere.

I did not realize they had four locations. This may be very excited as this is the second one Ive been in. They are both extremely clean, their staff is extremely intelligent. I would recommend this store to anyone

This is probably my favorite smoke shop in the Va Beach/Norfolk area. They have clothing, jewelry, incense, supplements, along with glass pieces, storage containers, Dime-brand bags, etc. Staff is always laid back and friendly. They now have a rewards program too.Only almost complaint is the size of the parking lot but it isnt usually full so its not really a problem.

We are always extremely professional and try to do everything in our power to make sure the customer is happy. We are a family establishment and everyone that works here depends on their paycheck and we would never do anything to jeopardize that. The owner is, in fact, a woman not a man who has been a homeowner since she was 19 years old and has always been an upstanding member of the community for her entire life in Virginia Beach. It is our main goal to make sure all customers are treated with fairness and respect no matter what. It really hurts me that these people feel they need to write such reviews about the business that we try so hard everyday to maintain. If any one who has written a bad review would like to give us a second chance please feel free to come in and let us know about your experience and we will do everything in our power to make up for your previous experience because we truly and deeply care about how our customers are treated.

Brought a vape pen from there it did not last but 6 months just long enough for their warranty to run out. Cant get a new one. It happened just after I brought more liquid and some pods. Never again!

I called to ask about how much a certain juice was so I dont have to make the Long haul there and they refused to give me any info. I used to shop with this company when they were located on witchduck and had a bad experience with the staff then and thought after a year or so Id give it a try since they sell my favorite brand juice but I think its silly I cant figure out if I can afford the juice before going there. not worth the time

Sad...Their prices shot up and they try to upsell everything. I sent in a female undercover shopper to get the cheapest concentrate set up they could make her and it totaled above $230 and didnt even sell her everything she needed. I went to get the same set up and totalled under $100 after saying no thank you to the 3 pricey pieces they reccomend. They used to be good but now they seem to be doing the same thing mechanics will do to a female that goes in unaccompanied to their shop. Area 51 has become better than pitbull unfortunately.

They also sell drinks, clothing apparell and plenty of more interesting things. There is a Very Friendly, pretty knowledgeable rather large staff of employees to assist you with any of your purchasing needs and questions. They helped me choose the best treat for my brothers girlfriends dog who has epilepsy and gave me instructions on what the appropriate recommended dosage would be. They also have frequent sales and discounts on all merchandise. Plus, they have a customer rewards program for further opportunity to receive discounts and bonuses. If you attach an email to the account, you can get updates on upcoming sales and events. Plus even more discounts sent directly to your email address. Not only that, but on top of all that the staff have No problem taking the time to explain anything for you, even things you wouldnt know to ask about because they have been educated on the products they have for sale. As well the staff do not rush you and allow you the time necessary to examine the products and make a Confident Choice about what You are looking to buy without pressure to purchase Anything. The relaxed, but informed atmosphere has led to repeat visits.

I like this store, I dont go in nearly as much as I used to as I now get most of my vaping products online, however when Im wanting to buy something in person this is usually where I go, just bought an extremely nice external battery charger there today, and they have a nice eliquid selection!

Bought a CBD vape that didnt work after 3 days.I told the guy Ben that sold it to me that I was going out of the country for a few weeks. He said if I had any problems to bring it back. I tried to take it back, Ben not being there...nope! They refused to take the faulty product back or exchange it. I had my receipt.The female manager was rude and no help.

Im currently an employee at Pitbull tobacco and more and I love my job. Everyone that I work with is so down to earth and always happy to be there. We get regular smoke breaks. I used to work at subway, and working there was like being an actual slave. Trust me when I say I am more than grateful for this job and the opportunities that have come my way because of this job. I have made amazing friends in my coworkers. We are basically like a big ol happy family.

Bought two delta 8 vapes and one was a defect. It hit one time and never again. Purchased delta 8 gummies and multiple people tried and couldn’t even take off the lid. Did not have much of a selection of anything so if you want something with variety and better products don’t come to this place.

If zero stars were an option that’s what this place would get. Don’t buy any of their juul pods or any of their pods that fit the juul because they’re old burnt and disgusting. They do not back their product I have bought 4 packs of pods and they’ve all been burnt and have black juice in it and they won’t do anything. This place is a sham it should be shut down

Pitbull Tobacco is my top choice for tobacco and vaping products. They have a wide variety of items, the staff is very friendly and down-to-earth, they make you feel welcome in their establishment. The staff is also very knowledgeable with the products that they sell, especially with the vaping products. The atmosphere is inviting and my overall shopping experience is always easy and enjoyable. Even during peak shopping hours, the staff acknowledges you and they are able to assist you pretty quickly. I would recommend Pitbull Tobacco & More to anyone and everyone interested in shopping there.

Dissapointed. I bought a torch reccomended by a man working there,it was a cheap model, but the guy at the counter guarenteed it would work and if it broke I could come back with a receipt in 14 days to exchange it. The torch didnt work right the day after I got it. Upon returning It a week later the guy at the counter Jeff tested it and (of course) it worked right for him and he explained that it couldnt be exchanged. I told him thats the first time it worked right but he did not believe me. He called a manager over the phone and the manager agreed to let me exchange it. I thought everything was ok but jeff had to throw in comments like just remember that next time you get what you pay for and after giving change well I guess lets put it back on the shelf. I understand businesses have to protect themselves from people who abuse the system, but as a customer I felt like Jeff thought I was lying to him. Maybe you should shift your focus more to the customer is always right.

Helpful staff, very friendly, had some items other local stores didnt (mesh coils for specific tank) and let me sample some e-liquid flavors before purchasing (not every store will). Parking is limited & can be difficult if traffic on Rosemount is heavy. Will most definitely be back!

Do NOT go here! I went tonight to buy new coils and juice which Benjamin helped me with after telling him which coils I needed he grabbed a different one and assured me it would fit. However, I could not open and make sure it fit since it is a disposable item and they prohibit that. I went home and of course the coil did not fit and went back to the store. When I arrived an extremely rude and unprofessional Natalie told me that I had basically donated them money as they would not exchange nor credit me the money I spent. Terrible business with the 2 worse employees I have ever run into there. Pitbull would be much better off without them especially Natalie. Again do NOT go here for anything!!!

Terrible customer service. Always get a reciept. I bought a vape top and within 12 hours of buying it, it broke. They give you an option to get a receipt or not, I called to see what they could do about it and the guy on the phone was anything but helpful. Im really upset about my experience.

I guess you have to inspect the glass yourself here....I went here yesterday because I have always had a great experience. I purchased a glass slide prior to this and when I had gotten home noticed there was a hairline crack. They had told me as long as it has not been used to can bring it in and exchange it. This was not the case yesterday. I spent about $170 there, among my purchase was a water pipe. When I had gotten home, low and behold theres a hairline fracture where you insert the downstem. So I called them asking to exchange it for the same type, just one without a crack. They told me they could only offer 10% off my next water pipe purchase. Ive spent over $4500 just this year at their Virginia Beach location, they just lost a loyal customer.

I went to the store on a recommendation from another vape shop, to purchase Organabus tincture. When I was there the guy behind the counter said that they were out but had this other kind that worked well for $60 versus the $160 for the Organabus, so I decided I would give it a try. Well it doesnt work at all & I had 3 other people try it & nothing. Try to exchange it for the Organabus & was told that they no longer carry that & that I could not exchange the product at all. I wouldve gladly paid the $160 for something that worked. Will never go back or give any good recommendations for this shop that gives bad advise & bad recommendations.

I stopped in the Rosemont store to get some information on CBD topical lotion. I am 61 years old, I own a walking tour company and am on my feet for 5 to 6 hours a day. The pain in my ankles has been so bad... for months. It was recommended that I try Nirvanna 600mlg. I have used it for 3 days and for 3 days have had NO pain. I am so grateful to the staff at Pitbull, they listened and were so helpful and I can walk pain free again.

Sell all kinds of tobacco smoking products and glass. Staff is awesome everytime. Explain all the alternative items they sell with legal CBD products very well. For pain and anxiety, etc. Help you find the product that will help you specifically and thats great! Ive been going to pitbull since they opened for Kratom! I decided I wanted to quit smoking and decided to go to pitbull to buy a new vape. I bough the vape on Friday and the tank did nothing but leak I took it back and they replaced the coil twice the fifth time I go in they look at me like I have 5 heads and tell me there is nothing they can do. I just bought this 2 days ago and have nothing but troubles and there response is oh well! You were happy to get my $185 but don’t back the products you sale! Long story short don’t buy a vape from pitbull as they clearly don’t care if the product they sell is no good! So disappointed as I love pitbull and there staff but today was the most disappointing visit I have ever had thank good for epic who gladly gave me a free tank when the one I purchased was clearly defective!

Bought a $20 battery for my ecig. I didnt even have it two days and it just stopped working so i brought it back up there And they played with it just to tell me that its broken and cause its an electronic item they wont do anything for me but offered me 20% off another identical battery. Why would I want to purchase another crappy battery that will probably break again in 2 days and be stuck with no help again. I will never shop in there again

I was given a business card to check out Pitbull Tabacco when i was out at a local bar a few months ago. I generally just take business cards to be polite however, after talking to two employee for about an hour about trying to find alternatives to smoking and ways to help my brother quit smoking cigerettes i decided to go in and take a look around. As a person with really bad social anxiety the calm atmosphere really made me feel less anxious. a HUGE plus is its owned and operated by locals, i prefer small businesses. When i walked in i was very surprised to find the person who gave me the business card recognized me, on top of that i was AMAZED that both of the employees that i met at the bar didnt just recognize me, they remembered our conversation! They started showing what they had to help my brother quit smoking. they showed me their selection of vapes and vape juices and explained that if he gradually gets his juices with lower nicotine level eventually he can quit smoking without quitting cold turkey. Although it worked for a while my brother got lazy and just started smoking again, but i really appreciate the fact they even asked about how my brother was doing the next time i came in. About a month ago i can in because ive been having a lot of stress from work, as well as i recently moved, and ive caught myself wanting to pick up smoking ( which i never have smoked before my whole family did at one point and claimed it helped with stress) but i didnt want to get addicted to the nicotine of cigarettes. Over the last few years ive always bit my fingernails as a nervous habit and when im stressed so it wasnt really wanting to smoke but more of an oral fixation. Sky & Rico suggested i look into a vape and get juice with zero nicotine. I tried it out and it helps when im nervous and stressed out, i just a take a puff or two and i feel better, plus the juice they will is extremely tasty. i LOVE Beetlejuice & Crimson fish. the ONLY bad thing about this place is the smaller parking lot everything else is wonderful. Great customer service, very knowedgable on what they sell, very personable, down to earth owners ( only ever spoke to the husband but hes very kind) and honestly, i get a feeling of genuine appreciation for their customers, and that alone is why i will always come here for my vape juice and my brothers cigarettes ( as much as i wanted him to quit)

Pitbull tobacco and more On Rosemont in Virginia Beach the young man was very rude, Ive been going there since they opened the location. Staff is usually friendly but this young man was rude he didn’t take my coupons he used profanity when speaking to me, I know they except, I usually use them there but this young man was rude about the transaction towards me and would not take my coupons. If they no longer except them they should let Newport know an I’m sure they will take them off the list. That was a waiste of time and gas.
