They sell broken glass. And the lady refuses to refund pipes. And sometimes anything thats like 100$ or more she wont refund you even if its unopened...all because she wanted to make a quick buck

Rude woman working, had to wait 10 minutes while she babbled with some guy about inventory (he wasnt a customer) then get told I cant open the e-liquid to sample, like I have done many times in that store. Will not shop here again, and will let every vaper and smoker I know to go elsewhere.

I bought a vape pen from them, got it home and charged and it was dead on arrival. I took it back and they would not stand behind it or help me in any way. I contacted the vape pen manufacturer and they said that it was a COUNTERFEIT vape pen based on the pictures I sent! No wonder it broke right away! I am filing a police report for selling counterfeit merchandise. I will NEVER do business here again!!!
