I used to love this place, but after having to deal with the owners son only a few times Ive decided to take my money elsewhere. He had a horrible attitude and was basically incompetent. Even there falling down drunk employee was better than Lumpy. Also, theyre almost always out of everything now and they raised their prices. Hard pass.

10/7/14Ive unfortunately had experiences here that only go downhill each visit. The employees dont seem very educated on the difference between products. Ive bought several items here (broken, lost, and non-working replacement items). Its definitely pricier than some other places, but if the employees could offer better explanations of the differences between certain products Id probably have no problem paying more.Plus, most of the time I feel like the employees are more interested in puffing away themselves than putting down their own items down to help a customer. Yeah, its water vapor. You dont need to blow it in my face every two minutes. I get that its a lounge, but perhaps employees should be limited to working, and only lounging and vaping on their breaks. Just because your customers are sampling flavors doesnt mean you need to spend every other breath doing the same.6/14/13GET YOUR VAPE ONAttention cigarette smokers! Pay attention to this review and change your life!While out walking today on my lunch break, I stumbled upon a business Id never before noticed! Thats because their GRAND OPENING is TOMORROW! But they let me inside anyhow and I asked my questions, met some staff and the owner, and even sampled their products.Electronic cigarettes are growing in popularity. Ive seen vape pens in my circle of friends and notice them more and more frequently when Im out socially. I know a lot of smokers who have given up their cigarette habits for this healthier alternative. A couple for health reasons and sometimes just because its more pleasant to vape. And it doesnt leave your clothes smelly or affect those around you.The owner (John) introduced himself to me. Hes been a local business owner over twenty years in this same Walnut Creek neighborhood and I actually talked to two other people who knew him as I walked back to work. He was friendly and informative. He invited me to tomorrows Grand Opening Party: 11 am - 11 pmI tried two samples: Baja and Tropical. Um, yum! They were both really tasty (I preferred baja). Small, disposable caps over the pens mouth area guards you from the germies, so try a flavor or two! Theres a lounge area with TVs; and music, snack, and video games will be going on during the opening party. Stop by! And make the choice to give up cigarettes - or at least have some fun and support a local business.

By far the best vape store in the bay. Extremely. Knowledgeable staff. I just love this vape store it always have new flavors and best selection!

These guys have been around forever, they have a vast amount of knowledge. Minus 1 star for not having the juice I want whrn I want it. (Vapor1 you know its true)

Really glad I came in the first day. The staff is super friendly and knowledgable and they have a great stock of all the hardware and juice anyone would need.

Best vape shop in the area. Usually have a good selection and the staff is friendly. Prices are reasonable for a retail vape store.
