Disappointed they ended complimentary services like the massage and mini-facial when you have your hair done. If someone makes a mistake on your hair they do not offer discounts or refunds. Have been a customer since 2007. The stylists are awesome and very knowledgeable about trends. You have to book each service separately. You may not have your hair cut or even styled the same day you have your color done even if you schedule. Over-all it is a great salon. The spa is amazing.

I received a facial from Amarah! I left with my skill looking AMAZING. Amarah did such an amazing job at making sure I was comfortable. The atmosphere of the room was so calming and enjoyable. She was a so very knowledgeable about the products that she was using, which was nice. My skin was glowing and felt so hydrated, soft, and nourished. She also incorporated messages to help me relax during the facial. She also did a lymphatic drainage treatment that was heavenly. She was such a delightful, professional and caring aesthetician. I will defiantly be back to get more facials from her!

Absolutely love getting my facials with evelyn! she does an amazing job, it is so relaxing and my face is GLOWING afterwards every time! highly recommend.

I only visit to buy gift cards for my lovely wife, but she LOVES this place. The staff is so friendly, the atmosphere relaxing, and the services are out of this world.

If youre looking for an amazing massage, Michelle and Sherry will not disappoint. They are wonderful! The general atmosphere of the spa is quiet and serene. It is very clean, and the staff are incredibly hospitable.

Had Katie today and I did a big change with adding bangs to my hairdo! Absolutely nailed what I wanted. I’ll be returning to her everytime!

One of the greatest experiences I have ever had at a spa! I greatly enjoyed my hot stone massage with Shelley. She was absolutely kind, knowledgeable and thorough. Would highly recommend and I cannot wait to schedule my next appointment. Everyone in the office was also very friendly and sweet :) I felt so comfortable and I loved everything about my experience from the time I arrived. This was such a wonderful treat!

If I could give Zero stars I would! I had an appointment scheduled for a 60 minute Relaxing Massage w/ 15 minute Foot Soak. I was contracted by the spa and was informed my Appointment was Canceled due to unforseen circumstances. I was told my scheduled Therapist came down with something and needed excused. I am not upset with the sudden illness, Im upset I was not offered any sort of Discount. All I was offered was different services at different times at REGULAR PRICES? It was not until I voiced my dissatisfaction when I was offered $15 off on other services. This left me baffled cause usually when the Customer Cancels they are expected to pay Full Price!

Casal’s cancelled my daughter’s appointment to get her hair done for prom 2 weeks prior to the event, leaving us stuck. Beware for wedding parties, prom, and special events. Don’t let them ruin your special occasion at the last minute!

Amazing service and my hair looks amazing! They got it from my natural, very dark brown to a pastel pink! Im so happy with them, and Ill certainly be going back

Best hair salon ever! Staff is friendly and hospitable. I love when I get a haircut I get a complimentary stress reliever and mini facial. I book everything separate just so I get those. They did a great job pairing me up with a stylist that matches my personality.*Edit* Since covid they no longer offer the stress reliever or mini facial.

I have been going to Casals since 2012 and I can honestly say, I will never go back. This is the second time I walked out mortified, but at least the first time was salvageable. My haircut is terrible, looks like a mushroom terrible and she cut it so short that it’s unsalvageable. For color I asked for blonde (again) and I came out with it darker than when I went in. The only reason I can justify one star is because both stylists were very nice.

My wife Erica loves how her hair looks after each cut. She also loved her massage I got her there for her birthday... Shell be back again

Emily is WONDERFUL! She takes time on your hair and always makes sure that you like it. She is very friendly and a great conversation starter. She truly does an amazing job at her job. Highly recommend her :)

The nail salon was not relaxing at all. Two girls were training. They should not have been on the floor in a spa/salon setting. I felt like I was at Raphael’s. It took the nail tech one hour to remove THEIR polish from my toes. I left two hours later with a decent pedicure.

Although the prices are a bit high here, the work is very nice and tips are included, which makes checking out much easier than other salons. I had my hair colored and a manicure and it came to about $110 after tax and I loved the results, so I will be returning. It is a bit hectic when busy, but the nice relaxing touches like the mini facials make it a relaxing time.

I had the best experience the other day with Jordan. Not only did I love the way my hair came out, but I had so much fun talking with her, and I honestly didn’t want to leave! Definitely going to request for her from now on!

Horrible experience. My whole head was bleached after I told her I use foils instead. They had to fix it and my hair is still super blonde. I left crying and still hate the way my hair looks. I feel like it’s ruined. Never again

This was my first time coming here and there will never be any where else I go!! From the time i made the appointment to the time i paid for my services I have never been more impressed with EVERYTHING and EVERYONE! There are no words to describe how profeessional, caring and attentive all of the staff is. If you want the best spa experience i would recommend you only go to Casals!

Joyce is amazing, she is so kind, makes you feel very comfortable. I did the facial, and lip wax. You will want to go back every week. She explains everything, but has the best hands ever

If you are every needing to get a hair cut or if you need your hair colored then make an appointment and stop here. You will not regret it because I got my hair colored and the girl was Candace. She is probably the best one their.

This place is the best, you get a stress relief & mini facial each time you come there. Who cant use that! Today I went for a hair cut Bre did a good job and I was on my way home in about an hour. Also no tipping, they just ask you to come back which I certainly will do.

Tried this location again and after yesterday we will definitely not be back. you can’t even tell my daughter had a haircut and i’m glad i was charged for a total color when only my roots were touched up. happy i had a gift card but i still had to pay towards services we were not happy with.

Took a friend to pick up his jewelry that got left behind during his appointment.It was still there.Praise God.

I enjoy getting my haircut here. They really take care of you even for a simple cut. My favorite part is the hair washing, but the mini backrub and facials are OK lol. Really it is awesome. Sure $35 is a lot for a haircut, but its a no tip salon, and the extras make it worth it.

It was a pleasant enough experience, but it was a turn off when the staff member helping me insulted her mom during a large portion of the appointment. I got a bikini wax and came away with no issues so they know what theyre doing.

Stephanie did a phenomenal job of blending my hair. She is on point! She knows what she is doing, is extremely profession, down to earth and kind. I highly recommend her!

For my birthday my friend Deb treated me to a massage. So it starts with a luxurious robe and slippers, then a foot bath filled with wonderful things..oils maybe and a hot neck pillow. You pick from 3 fragrances for your massage and tell them where to concentrate (eg: neck) then you actually melt under the hands of an expert massage therapist. My girl was Jennifer who had magic fingers. I went in stressed and in pain. Came out like a lump wet noodle with a big smile. Highest recommendation for Jennifer. You should go here right away. Lots of free parking.

Went for gift certificate. They were helpful and quick. My wife and daughter will be so happy.

I have never been more upset in my life!! I had bought my mother a gift certificate from casals as i have been there previously and loved it for christmas..... well since january we have not been able to get scheduled as they have been booked and my mother and i have schedules needed to be worked around.... now in september we finally got a booking for the both of us and i get a phone call the day before while im at work that they need to cancel because the girl called off no i can not reschedule i work at a hospital and my mother works also we had are hearts set on thos and you dont have another employee to cover!!! This is absolutely rediculous i hope i can get my mothers gift certificate refunded bc we will never be able to get in im so disappointing!! And i will never be booking with them again!!!

Just finished a shellac type manicure with Erika. She is wonderful. Very thorough and neat. Erika added a glitter to my polish that I adore. My nails look and feel beautiful.

Daughter had a color appointment scheduled for 2:15pm they called at 11 left a message that the hair sytlist called off.My daughter did not see it until she was on her way.I called went to voicemail 7 times. Finally got through they put me on hold. It transferred to Canfield location. They sent me back to Howland it went to voicemail again. Called 2 more times. Finally got to them asked to speak to a manager they gave me Erika. She said she was the Saturday manager and the stylist got sick and left early. Which was it ?Very poor management and unorganized. Phone answering is terrible. Canfield is way more organized and professional.

Is a little pricey but always have great results. They offer all kinds of different services, love my results every time. Staff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.

The facial was so expensive for 90 minutes was suppose to include a foot and hand massage but they just massaged it for a couple seconds, put gloves and booties on and left the room. I would prefer a longer massage while the face mask is on. If you have to wait awhile for the facial why not stay in the room and massage the hands and feet for that kind of money!

Miriam was awesome and so personable! Her experience at casals dates back over 20 years. Definitely recommend her for waxing services!

I get my hair colored and cut here, pedicures, and have had facials and massages at Casals. The facilities are always clean and the staff is talented and professional. I wont go anywhere else!

My hair dresser was Jordan and she was awesome, very friendly knew exactly what she was supposed to be doing. She was very good I will be going back again.

Nice atmosphere, seem clean. A bit too pricey for me to go often. But,they did a good pedicure.

Always look forward to visiting when I come home from Texas. The salon has a peaceful feeling upon entering...Smells good, staff are polite and skilled, and the products used are top notch.

It was my first time to use this place and it will be my last. I miss the professionalism and quality haircut/ styling I was accustomed to .

They cancel the appointment and then tell me I can’t get in for 7 weeks. Would not recommend. Terrible customer service.

Cost for pedi is about $45 including tip. Compares to $10 more than other places but much better service. Enjoy!!

I have been getting my nails done here for over 3 years and I wont go anywhere else, I love it. The atmosphere and the employees are fantastic!

I went in for a hair cut and color she was supposed to cut it shoulder length nope way shorter and uneven and she tried telling me it wasnt so the another one that did the coloring and couldnt even do what I wanted because of how short my hair is now so I had to get minimal highlights she had to agree my hair is uneven I never cried so much its just horrible and to top it off I paid 110 bucks trust me never ever again will I go back !!!!!!! And the only one to apologize was the lady that put high lights i it just absolutely horrible I will tell everyone I know how bad she messed up my hair
